Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a dipped headlight, and more particularly to a miniaturized dipped headlight light-emitting module capable of satisfying the illumination requirement.
Background
According to the requirements of laws and regulations, a high beam, a low beam and a direction lamp are required to be arranged on the front side of the vehicle, daytime running lamps are increasingly popularized, the positions of the front surface of the vehicle body for mounting the vehicle lamps are less and less along with the diversified changes of the vehicle body shape, and the light emitting area of the vehicle lamps is smaller and smaller; even so, the lamp still needs to meet the brightness, light shape and illumination angle of the regulation to ensure the safety of driving.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above, the main objective of the present invention is to provide a low beam light, which has a long and narrow light emitting area and still satisfies the required light pattern and illumination.
In view of the above, a light emitting module of a low beam lamp is provided, which includes a plurality of light emitting elements, a light guide element and a condensing lens. The plurality of light-emitting members include a primary light-emitting member and two secondary light-emitting members disposed at opposite sides of the primary light-emitting member in a straight line. The quantity of the light guide pieces and the light gathering lenses is the same as that of the light emitting pieces, and the light incident surface and the light emergent surface of each light guide piece are provided with the light emitting pieces and the light gathering lenses.
A central light source is formed by a main light emitting piece, and secondary light emitting pieces on two sides of the main light emitting piece are used for light supplement, so that a long and narrow light type can be generated to meet the illumination intensity, and the size of the light emitting module can be reduced.
In addition, the light-emitting surfaces of the light-guiding members can be integrated into a mounting seat, and the light-emitting surfaces of the light-guiding members are provided with light type boundaries so as to form a specific light type and limit the light ray divergence angle. However, the light emitting elements may also be electrically connected to a control module, and the control module adjusts the intensity of the supplementary lighting.
Other functions and embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Drawings

Detailed Description
The following is a detailed description of the embodiments and implementations of the present invention, and an embodiment is provided in conjunction with the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, a low beam light emitting module 30 is disposed between an outer shell 10 and heat dissipating fins 40.
The light emitting module 30 is a narrow module with an upper and lower edge width of about 2 cm, and includes a plurality of light emitting members 33, and light guiding members 32 and condensing lenses 20 having the same number as the light emitting members 33. The light emitting members 33 include a primary light emitting member 332 and two secondary light emitting members 331,333 disposed at opposite sides of the primary light emitting member 332, and the three light emitting members are separated from each other and located on the same straight line. In addition, the light emitting elements 33 are disposed on the base 34 to be mounted on the heat dissipating fins 40, and the optical axes of the light emitting elements 33 are parallel.
The light emitting sides of the light emitting members 331, 332, 333 are sequentially aligned with the light incident surfaces of the light guiding members 321,322, 323. The light-emitting surfaces of the light-guiding members 321,322,323 are integrated in a mounting base, so that the light-emitting surfaces form a specific light pattern and limit the light divergence angle. In the present embodiment, the light guide members 32 are integrated into a whole and can be assembled on the mounting seat 31 at two ends thereof.
The plurality of condensing lenses 20 are integrated into a plate and disposed on the light-emitting surface of the light guide member 32, and the condensing arc surfaces thereof are aligned with the light-emitting surface to concentrate and modify the light pattern of the light-emitting members 33. In addition, the integrated light guide 32 and the condenser lens 20 are disposed in front of the base 34 through the module mounting seat 31, and an outer cover 11 is disposed between the condenser lens 20 and the outer case 10 to protect the condenser lens 20.
Through forming a main illuminating part central light source to and the secondary illuminating part of its both sides carries out the light filling, can produce long and narrow light type, except satisfying the illuminance, can also reduce light emitting module's volume.
In the present embodiment, the light guide member 32 is mainly used to control the uniform optical rotation and light pattern of the light emitting member 33. The light guide 322 of the LED with 2-crystal primary light emitting element 332 has a light type boundary, and generates a central light source with a high right and a low left when the light source is projected. The secondary light emitter 331,333 is a 3-crystal LED, and the corresponding light guides 321 and 323 have different lengths to meet the light supplement requirement of the two side illumination ranges of the light emitter 332. However, the light emitters 33 may also be electrically connected to a control module to adjust the intensity of the light emitter 331,333 for light compensation.
The above-described embodiments and/or implementations are merely illustrative of preferred embodiments and implementations for implementing the technology of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the implementations of the technology of the present invention in any way, and those skilled in the art can make modifications or changes without departing from the scope of the technology disclosed in the present invention.
