In a sixth embodiment of the wall module according to the present invention, based on the one to four embodiments, an insertion groove is formed in an outer surface of the outer form, a hanging plate fixing member is installed in the insertion groove, and a dovetail groove or a rectangular groove is formed in a surface of the inner form.
In a seventh embodiment of the wall module according to the present invention, based on the one to four embodiments, the outer surfaces of the outer form and the inner form are provided with slots, and the hanging plate fixing members are installed in the slots.
An eighth embodiment of the wall module according to the invention is based on the above-mentioned one to seven embodiments, wherein the inner and outer formworks are designed to have the same shape, and the shape includes a flat plate, a corner plate or an arc plate.
A ninth embodiment of the wall module of the present invention is based on the above one to seven embodiments, wherein the inner form and the outer form are designed in different shapes, one is a flat plate and the other is a flat plate with a protrusion; or a square plate with a bulge at the corner.
A tenth embodiment of the wall module according to the present invention is based on the one to nine embodiments, wherein the connecting rib is formed integrally with the inner formwork and the outer formwork by one-step molding using the same material as the inner formwork and the outer formwork.
An eleventh embodiment of the wall module according to the present invention is the tenth embodiment, wherein a bottom plate is provided at the bottom of the inner and outer formworks, and a reinforcement positioning groove is provided in the bottom plate.
A twelfth embodiment of the wall module according to the present invention is based on the one to nine embodiments, wherein the connecting rib is a rib made of a rigid material and having insertion plates at both ends, the opposite side surfaces of the inner formwork and the outer formwork are provided with insertion grooves, and the insertion plates at both ends of the connecting rib are inserted into the insertion grooves to integrally connect the inner formwork and the outer formwork.
The shear wall is based on the wall module, and comprises an integrated wall module consisting of an inner template, an outer template and connecting rib plates connected between the inner template and the outer template, wherein the wall module is spliced into the wall template, reinforcing steel bars and concrete are distributed in a cavity formed between the inner template and the outer template, and an inner protective layer and an outer protective layer are arranged on the outer sides of the inner template and the outer template, so that the first implementation mode of the shear wall is formed.

The hanging plate fixing piece is made of plastic, steel plates and other materials, and screw holes are preset on the hanging plate fixing piece. The shape of the hanging plate fixing piece is matched with the slot.
The third implementation mode of the shear wall is optimized and designed on the basis of the first implementation mode, the outer surface of the outer template is a plane, the outer surface of the outer template is provided with a slot, a hanging plate fixing piece is arranged in the slot, the outer protective layer is an outer wall decorative plate, the outer wall decorative plate is fixed on the hanging plate fixing piece through a screw, and the screw penetrates through the outer template and extends into concrete; the outer surface of the inner template is provided with a dovetail groove or a rectangular groove, and the inner protective layer is a concrete mortar layer smeared on the outer surface of the inner template. The hanging plate fixing piece is made of plastic, steel plates and other materials, and screw holes are preset on the hanging plate fixing piece. The shape of the hanging plate fixing piece is matched with the slot.
The fifth implementation mode of the shear wall is optimized on the basis of the first implementation mode, a dovetail groove or a rectangular groove is formed in the outer surface of the outer template, and the outer protective layer is a concrete mortar layer smeared on the outer surface of the outer template; the outer surface of the inner template is provided with a dovetail groove or a rectangular groove, and the inner protective layer is a concrete mortar layer smeared on the outer surface of the inner template.
The shear wall comprises a door opening, a window opening, a door opening and a window opening, wherein the bottom of a wall body module arranged above the door and/or the window opening is connected into a whole through a bottom plate, and a concrete mortar protective layer is coated outside the bottom plate.

The connecting rib plates comprise an upper layer and a lower layer, and the two layers of connecting rib plates are staggered with each other. And a reinforcing steel bar positioning groove 4 is arranged on the connecting rib plate.
Fig. 1-2 are two schematic structural diagrams of the wall module of the present invention, the outer surfaces of the outer formwork and the inner formwork are both flat and provided with slots, hanging plate fixing members 9 are installed in the slots, the inner formwork and the outer protective layer arranged on the outer side of the outer formwork are fixed by screws 10 penetrating into the concrete layer, a bottom plate 8 is arranged at the bottom of the inner formwork and the outer formwork, and a steel bar positioning groove is arranged on the bottom plate.

Claims (19)

1.
