The horizontal wellhead plugging device according to claim 1, further comprising a first hanger (31) and a second hanger (32), wherein the first hanger (31) and the second hanger (32) are both arranged in the flange (10) in a penetrating manner, a first end of the first hanger (31) is rotatably connected with the flange (10), a second end of the first hanger (31) is connected with the first plugging member (21), a first end of the second hanger (32) is rotatably connected with the flange (10), and a second end of the second hanger (32) is connected with the second plugging member (22).

The plugging device for the wellhead of the horizontal well according to claim 3 is characterized in that a first installation through hole (11) and a second installation through hole (12) are formed in the flange plate (10), the first installation through hole (11) and the second installation through hole (12) are arranged on the flange plate (10) at intervals, the first hanger (31) is arranged in the first installation through hole (11) in a penetrating mode, and the second hanger (32) is arranged in the second installation through hole (12) in a penetrating mode.

The horizontal well wellhead plugging device according to claim 4, wherein the first installation through hole (11) comprises a first hole section (111) and a second hole section (112) with a cross-sectional area smaller than that of the first hole section (111), a first step surface (113) is formed between the first hole section (111) and the second hole section (112), the first hanger (31) comprises a first hanger main body (312) penetrating into the second hole section (112) and a first stop head (311) located in the first hole section (111), the first step surface (113) is in stop fit with the first stop head (311), and the first hole section (111) is a first conical hole.

The horizontal well wellhead plugging device according to claim 4, wherein the second installation through hole (12) comprises a third hole section (121) and a fourth hole section (122) with a cross-sectional area smaller than that of the third hole section (121), a second step surface (123) is formed between the third hole section (121) and the fourth hole section (122), the second hanger (32) comprises a second hanger main body (322) penetrating into the fourth hole section (122) and a second stop head (321) located in the third hole section (121), the second step surface (123) is in stop fit with the second stop head (321), and the third hole section (121) is a second tapered hole.
7. The horizontal wellhead plugging device according to claim 6, further comprising a sealing plug (70), wherein the sealing plug (70) is plugged in the third hole section (121).
8. The horizontal well wellhead plugging device according to claim 5, further comprising:
a first sub (60), a first end of the first sub (60) being connected within the first bore section (111);
the plug valve (40) is positioned above the flange plate (10), and the first end of the plug valve (40) is connected with the second end of the first connector (60);
the oil pipe assembly comprises an oil pipe short section (50), and the oil pipe short section (50) is connected with the second end of the plug valve (40).

The horizontal wellhead plugging device according to claim 3, characterized in that it further comprises a second joint (80) and a third joint (90), said second joint (80) being connected between said first hanger (31) and said first plugging member (21), said third joint (90) being connected between said second hanger (32) and said second plugging member (22).
10. The horizontal well wellhead plugging device according to claim 1, characterized in that the flange plate (10) further comprises a plurality of connection holes (13) arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction thereof.
