The scrap steel conveying device according to claim 4, further comprising a filter plate (28) and a filter screen (29), wherein a clamping groove is formed in the right side of the bottom end of the collecting cavity (21) of the collecting box (10), a circulating pipe is arranged in the bottom end of the clamping groove in a communicating manner, the filter plate (28) is fixedly clamped, clamping holes are formed in the top end of the filter plate (28) in a penetrating manner, the clamping holes are fixedly clamped with the filter screen (29), and the plurality of groups of high-pressure nozzles (9) are located on the right side of the upper portion of the collecting cover (25).
