Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in order to increase the fixing stability of the pin 24, a vertical plate 207 is arranged in the drawer 20, the second fixing plate 236 is located between the side plate of the drawer 20 and the vertical plate 207, a third insertion hole 2071 matched with the pin 24 is formed in the vertical plate 207, the pin 24 is arranged to be fastened and fixed on the drawer 20, so that the fixing firmness between the pin 24 and the drawer 20 is ensured, the pin 24 sequentially penetrates through the second insertion hole 206 on the side plate of the drawer 20, the first insertion hole 232 on the fixing member 23 and the third insertion hole 2071 on the vertical plate 207 of the drawer 20, and the pin 24 is fastened and fixed on the first insertion hole 232; the two oppositely arranged first and third insertion holes 232 and 2071 of the drawer 20 support and fix the pin 24, so that the pin 24 supports the fixing member 23, and the drawer side plate and the vertical plate 207 limit the fixing member 23 in the left-right direction.
The third socket 2071 is a U-shaped groove with a downward opening, a vertical connection plate 2072 connected to the vertical plate 207 is provided on the drawer 20, and the lower portion of the third socket 2071 is connected to the outer side of the vertical connection plate 2072. That is, the vertical plate 207 and the vertical connecting plate 2072 are two vertically arranged flat plates which are stacked, and the third socket 2071 is arranged at the lower end of the vertical plate 207; through the stack setting, be favorable to increasing the structural strength of third jack 2071 department to the cylinder 241 passes and is located the top of vertical connecting plate 2072 behind the third jack 2071, is favorable to increasing the support to round pin post 24. In order to further increase the guiding and limiting for the installation of the fixing member 23, a second inserting guide plate 208 for connecting the vertical plate 207 and the side plate of the drawer 20 is further arranged at the front end of the drawer 23, an inserting guide groove 2081 for installing and guiding the fixing member 23 is formed in the second inserting guide plate 208, the inserting guide groove 2081 is provided with a front end opening, and the inserting guide groove 2081 is wide in front and narrow in back; when the lower part of the fixing member 23 is assembled, the fixing member 23 is pushed backwards, so that the fixing member 23 enters the insertion guide groove 2081 and moves backwards to position the fixing member 23; then, the pin 24 is inserted through the second jack 206, the first jack 232, and the third jack 2071, and the pin 24 is fixed to the second jack 206 by snap fit. The areas of the second insertion hole 206, the first insertion hole 232 and the third insertion hole 2071 are sequentially reduced, the cross-sectional dimension of the corresponding pin 24 is also sequentially reduced from the top to the end, when the fixing device is installed, the end of the pin 24 sequentially penetrates through the three insertion holes, the end of the pin 24 is smaller, the pin 23 can be ensured to penetrate under the condition that the fixing device 23 is inaccurately positioned, and the positioning device 23 is accurately positioned and fixed after the pin 24 is inserted and fixed because different parts of the pin 24 are respectively matched with the second insertion hole 206, the first insertion hole 232 and the third insertion hole 2071 even if the fixing device 23 is inaccurately positioned. The second plug guide plate 208 is preferably arranged horizontally.
Referring to fig. 8 to 10, the door panel assembly 2 further includes a support block 22 disposed inside the door panel 21, the door panel 21 includes a door panel 211, door panel side plates 212 bent backward along left and right sides of the door panel 211, and a hem 213 inward along a rear end of the door panel side plates 212, wherein the fixing member 23 is fixed to the hem 213 by screws; the support block 22 is fixed in a space surrounded by the door panel 211, the door panel side plate 212, and the hem 213. By arranging the supporting block 22, the structural strength of the door panel assembly is increased, and the stability of the door body assembly 2 after installation is improved; the arrangement of the door panel 21 comprising the door panel 211, the door side plate 212 and the folded edge 213 is beneficial to increasing the structural strength of the door panel 21 and is beneficial to mounting and fixing the door panel assembly 2 and the drawer; and is favorable for increasing the firmness of fixing the supporting block and the door panel.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the supporting block 22 has a supporting back plate 221 and a supporting bottom plate 222 extending forward along the lower end of the supporting back plate 221, that is, the supporting block 22 has an L-shaped vertical cross section, the supporting back plate 221 abuts the folded edge 213, and the front end of the supporting bottom plate 222 abuts the door panel 211. In order to fix the supporting block 22 and the door panel 21, a first door panel bottom plate 214 bent backward is disposed at a lower end of the door panel 211, and a plurality of positioning and fixing structures for fixing the supporting block 22 are disposed between the supporting bottom plate 222 and the door panel bottom plate 214. By arranging the positioning and fixing structure, the assembly efficiency of the supporting block 22 to the door panel 21 is improved, and the firmness after fixing is improved; the positioning and fixing structures are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the positioning fixing structure includes positioning posts 2221 disposed on the supporting bottom plate 222 and positioning fixing holes 2141 disposed on the first door bottom plate 214, and the positioning posts 2221 are located in the positioning holes 2141. By providing the positioning post 2221 and the positioning hole 2141, an accurate positioning function is achieved, the firmness after fixing is increased, and the degrees of freedom of the support block 22 in the front-back, left-right, and downward directions are limited. The positioning and fixing structure further includes a first positioning and fixing rib 2222 protruding downward on the support base plate 222 and disposed on the left and right sides, and the first positioning and fixing rib 2222 is located at the rear side of the first door panel base plate 214; the lower end of the folded edge 213 is provided with a second door panel bottom 215 which is folded forwards, and the first positioning and fixing rib 222 is positioned on the front side of the second door panel bottom 214; the first positioning fixing ribs 2222, and the positional relationship of the first door panel base plate 214 and the second door panel base plate 214 are provided for defining the degree of freedom of the support block 22 in the front-rear direction. The positioning and fixing structure further includes second positioning and fixing ribs 2223 disposed on the support base plate 222 in a front-back manner, the lower end of the door panel side plate 212 is provided with a third door panel base plate 216 bent inward, and the second positioning and fixing ribs 2223 are located on the inner side of the third door panel base plate 216. The third door bottom plate 216 has two left and right portions, and the second positioning fixing rib 2223 also has two left and right portions, so that the second positioning fixing rib 2223 and the third door bottom plate 216 can be matched to have a limiting effect on the supporting block 22 in the left and right directions.
In this embodiment, a folding avoiding notch 2211 is provided at each of the left and right ends of the rear end surface of the support back plate 221, and the folding 213 is located in the folding avoiding notch 2211, so that the support back plate 221 is flush with the folding 213 and a flat rear end portion is formed by providing the folding avoiding notch 2211. A limiting clamping structure is arranged between the supporting back plate 221 and the folding edge 213, and the limiting clamping structure is used for limiting the upward freedom degree of the supporting block 22; the limiting and clamping structure comprises a folding edge notch 2131 arranged at the lower end of the folding edge 213 and a back plate clamping groove 2213 arranged on the supporting back plate 221, the edge of the folding edge notch 2131 is positioned in the back plate clamping groove 2213, and the opening of the back plate clamping groove 2212 is upward; the bottom of the back plate slot 2212 is a portion of the hem relief notch 2211.
In order to increase the support for the flanged notches 2131, the support back plate 221 is further provided with an auxiliary block 22132 adjacent to the back plate clamping groove 2212, the upper end of the auxiliary block 22132 is flush with the bottom of the back plate clamping groove 2213, the support for the edges of the flanged notches 2131 is increased, and the fixing firmness of the support block 22 is improved. In order to facilitate the engagement and detachment of the back plate clamping groove 2213 with the edge of the flanging notch 2131, the back plate clamping groove 2213 is arranged to be adjustable, preferably, the back plate clamping groove 2213 is provided with a downward extending hand pressing portion 22131 for adjusting the back plate clamping groove 2213, the hand pressing portion 22131 is located in the plane of the supporting back plate 221, and a gap capable of achieving the movement of the hand pressing portion is formed between the hand pressing portion 22131 and the supporting back plate 221; the back panel card slot 2213 has a backward movement by pressing the lower end of the hand press 22131 forward, facilitating snap-fit installation and removal.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the support bottom plate 222 extends forward by a length equal to the distance from the support back plate 222 to the door body panel 211, that is, the front end surface of the support bottom plate 222 is adjacent to, preferably in close contact with, the door body panel 211; in order to further increase the support for the door panel 211, a first support claw 2214 extending forward is provided on the support back plate 221, and the length of the first support claw 2214 matches the distance between the support back plate 221 and the door panel 211. Preferably, the lower end of the first support claw 2214 is provided with a lower connecting plate 22141 extending downwards, and the rear end of the lower connecting plate 22141 is connected with the back plate slot 2213; that is, a back plate slot 2213 is disposed at the rear end of the first supporting jaw 2214, and the back plate slot 2213 is connected to the first supporting jaw 2214 through a lower connecting plate 22141.
In order to increase the structural strength of the first support claw 2214 and increase the support for the door panel 211, an upper reinforcement bar 22142 extending upward and connected to the support back plate 221 is disposed on the first support claw 2214, a through hole 2215 is disposed on the support back plate 221, and the first support claw 2214 and the upper reinforcement bar 22142 surround the through hole 2215. The supporting back plate 221 is provided at both left and right sides with side reinforcing ribs 2216 having front edges, and the side reinforcing ribs 2216 have side reinforcing rib folds 22161 bent inward and connected to the first supporting claws 2214.
In order to further increase the resultant strength of the support back plate 221 and the support bottom plate 222, a second support claw 2217 extending forward is provided on the support back plate 221, lower support ribs 2218 extending downward are provided on both left and right sides of the second support claw 2217, and the lower end of the lower support rib 2218 is connected to the support bottom plate 222. A plurality of vertical reinforcing ribs 2219 which are arranged in parallel and are convex forwards are arranged on the supporting back plate 221 at intervals; a bottom plate reinforcing rib 2224 connected with the support bottom plate 222 is arranged at the lower end of the vertical reinforcing rib 2219, and the bottom plate reinforcing rib 2224 is triangular.
In this embodiment, the assembly method of the door panel assembly 2 includes the following steps:
A. the door panel assembly 2 is assembled and the fixing member 23 is fixed to the door panel 21.
Specifically, the supporting block 22 is first installed in the door panel 21, and then the fixing member 23 is fixed to the hem 213 of the door panel 21 by screws.
B. The door panel assembly 2 is brought close to the front end of the drawer 20 and the door panel assembly 2 is moved upward and rearward so that the upper end of the fixing member 23 is inserted into the drawer 20.
Specifically, the assembled door panel assembly 2 is assembled to the drawer 20 on the assembly line; firstly, the upper end of the fixing piece 23 is inserted into the front end of the drawer 20; the door panel assembly 2 is brought close to the front end of the drawer 20 and the door panel assembly 2 is moved upward and rearward so that the upper end of the fixing member 23 is inserted into the drawer 20.
C. Then, the lower end of the door panel assembly 2 is pushed backward and positioned on the drawer 20, and the lower end of the fixing member 24 is fixed to the drawer 20 by means of the pin 24.
Referring to fig. 1, a handle display panel 1 is further disposed at the front end of the drawer 20, the handle display panel 1 is disposed at the upper end of the door panel assembly 2, and the handle display panel 1 and the door panel assembly 2 constitute the front end surface of the dishwasher. In order to avoid water drops from penetrating into a gap between the handle display panel 1 and the door panel assembly 2, the upper end of the door panel 21 is provided with a bent and upwards extending overlapping part 217, and the overlapping part 217 is positioned on the inner side of the outer wall of the handle display panel 1; thus, even if water drops reach between the handle display panel 1 and the door panel assembly 2, the water drops are stopped at the overlapping portion 217; meanwhile, the phenomenon that the assembly gap between the handle display panel 1 and the door panel component 2 is too large is avoided, and the product quality of the dish washing machine is guaranteed. The handle display panel 1 is slidably fitted to the drawer 20; therefore, when parts need to be maintained or replaced at the position of the handle display panel 1, the handle display panel 1 can be detached, so that the operation space is ensured, and the operation efficiency is improved; and through the slip switching of handle display panel 1 to the dish washer on, be favorable to improving the fastness of handle display panel 1 fixed to and improve the efficiency of loading and unloading.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 15 to 20, a first limiting structure and a second limiting structure for sliding assembly are provided between the handle display panel 1 and the drawer 20, wherein the first limiting structure is a limiting guide groove 111 provided on the handle display panel 1 and a limiting guide 201 provided on the drawer 20, the limiting guide 201 is matched with the limiting guide groove 111, and the limiting guide 201 is located in the limiting guide groove 111. The sliding assembly of the handle display panel 1 is facilitated by arranging the limiting guide plate 201 and the limiting guide groove 111, and the contact matching area of the limiting guide plate 201 and the limiting guide groove 111 is large by arranging the sliding assembly, so that the firmness after fixation is facilitated to be increased; and plays a role in positioning at the time of assembly and realizes at least the limitation of the front and rear directions of the handle display panel 11. The second limiting structure is a limiting claw 112 arranged on the handle display panel 1 and a second limiting groove 202 arranged on the drawer 20, the second limiting groove 202 is matched with the limiting claw 112, the limiting claw 112 is clamped in the second limiting groove 202, and the movement trend of the handle display panel 1 in the up-down and right directions can be at least limited, so that the first limiting structure and the second limiting structure are matched to realize the fixation of the handle display panel 1.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 20, an L-shaped guide groove plate protruding backward is provided on the handle display panel 1, and a limiting guide groove 111 with a downward opening is formed between the guide groove plate and the handle display panel 1. A limit guide 201 extending upward is provided at the top of the front end of the drawer 20, and the length of the limit guide 201 is the same as the left-right dimension of the drawer 20. The limiting guide plate 201 with the left and right full length is arranged, so that the structural strength of the limiting guide plate 201 is increased; the first stopper structure can restrict the degrees of freedom in the front-rear direction and the downward direction of the handle display panel 1.
In this embodiment, the drawer 20 is provided with an installation avoiding groove 203 for installing the handle display panel 1, and the installation avoiding groove 203 is connected with the second limiting groove 202; when the handle display panel 1 is installed, firstly, the limiting claw 112 extends into the installation avoiding groove 203, and then the handle display panel 1 is lifted upwards to enable the limiting guide groove 111 to install the limiting guide plate 201 from the upper part; then, the handle display panel 1 is pushed along the direction of the limiting guide plate 201 and the limiting guide groove 111, so that the limiting claw 112 slides into the second limiting groove 202 from the installation avoiding groove 203. The fitting assembly of the first and second limit structures is ensured by the provision of the mounting avoidance groove 203.
A third limiting structure is arranged between the handle display panel 1 and the drawer 20 of the dishwasher, wherein the third limiting structure is a third engaging groove 119 arranged on the handle display panel 1 and a third engaging plate 204 arranged on the drawer 20 of the dishwasher, and the third engaging plate 204 is engaged and fixed in the third engaging groove 119. A third stop plate 209 for limiting the installation of the third locking groove 119 in place is arranged at one end of the third locking plate 204, the third locking plate 204 is vertically arranged left and right, and the third stop plate 209 is vertically arranged in the front-back direction; when the handle display panel 1 is installed, the control panel is pushed to the right to be slidably assembled, so that the third engaging groove 119 moves to the right, and after the third engaging groove 119 contacts the third stopper 209, the control panel is installed in place; the third engaging groove 119 may be formed to have a width equal to the thickness of the third engaging plate 204, so that the engaging and fixing are performed. The third locking plate 204 and the third locking groove 119 are arranged to facilitate fixing of the handle display panel 1; and the opening direction of the third engaging groove 119 is opposite to the opening direction of the limiting guide groove 111, so that the stability and firmness after fixation are improved. A third engagement groove 119 which extends backwards and is opened upwards is arranged on the panel body 1; preferably, two third positioning grooves are provided on the handle display panel 1.
The following describes a method of mounting the handle display panel 1 in the present embodiment, including the steps of:
A. the handle display panel 1 is close to the drawer 20 of the dishwasher, and the limiting claw 112 is extended into the installation avoiding groove 203;
B. the handle display panel 1 is moved upwards, so that the limit guide plate 201 is arranged in the limit guide groove 111;
C. the handle display panel 1 is pushed to move rightward, so that the handle display panel 1 slides in the direction of the limit guide groove 111 and the limit guide 201, and the limit pawl 112 slides into the second limit groove 202.
Specifically, at the same time, the third engaging plate 204 is engaged and fixed in the third engaging groove 119, the third stopper 209 stops the third engaging groove 119 from moving rightward continuously, and the handle display panel 1 is mounted in place.
Referring to fig. 20, a display control panel box 14 for accommodating a display control panel is provided on the handle display panel 1, an assembly cavity is provided on the handle display panel 1, and the control panel assembly 1 further includes an insert plate 15 for pressing and fixing the display control panel box 14, wherein the insert plate 15 is slidably inserted into the assembly cavity. By arranging the inserting plate 15, the inserting plate 15 is inserted into the assembling cavity in a sliding manner, and when the inserting plate 15 slides in place, the inserting plate 15 is tightly pressed and fixed between the display control plate box 14 and the wall surface of the assembling cavity, namely the display control plate box is also tightly pressed and fixed; this is favorable to improving the assembly efficiency of control panel assembly, also is convenient for show the dismantlement of control panel box 14 to increased the area of contact between show control panel box 14, picture peg 15 and the assembly chamber, be favorable to improving fixed stability and fastness. The up end of handle display panel 1 is for the inclined plane of forward and downward sloping, is favorable to the water that drips on the up end of handle display panel 1, flows forward to the front end face of panel body 1 flows downwards, avoids rivers to get into the fitting gap between panel body and the drawer 20 backward.
In this embodiment, the assembly cavity is a cavity with a downward opening, and guide limit plates 115 matched with the display control board box 14 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the assembly cavity; an extension limiting plate 1411 extending leftwards and rightwards is arranged on the front end face of the display control plate box 14, and the extension limiting plate 1411 is matched with the guide limiting plate 115; the width of the display console box 14 matches the distance between the two guide limit plates 115, that is, the width of the display console box 14 is equal to or slightly smaller than the distance between the two guide limit plates 115; the top face of the display control board case 14 thus abuts on the top face of the fitting cavity, and the display control board case 14 is restrained between the two guide stopper plates 115 in the left-right direction.
In this embodiment, the display control elements on the display control board extend from the front end surface of the display control board box 14, and a mounting portion for matching with the display control board and a display 116 disposed in front of the mounting portion are provided on the front wall of the mounting cavity. In order to display the positioning of the control board box 14 during installation and the stability after fixation, a first positioning structure is arranged between the front end surface of the display control board box 14 and the front wall surface of the assembly cavity; specifically, the first positioning structure is a positioning cylinder which is arranged on the front end face of the display control board box 14 and protrudes forward, and a positioning hole which is arranged on the mounting portion of the front wall face of the assembly cavity.
Referring to fig. 21 to 26, a guide rail and guide groove structure for positioning and guiding the board 15 is provided between the display control board box 14 and the board 15, specifically, a guide rail 1421 in the sliding assembly direction of the board 15, that is, a guide rail 1421 in the up-down direction, is provided on the rear end surface of the display control board box 14, and a concave guide groove 151 matched with the guide 1421 is provided on the front end surface of the board 15; the insertion plate 15 is slidably inserted between the display control plate box 15 and the rear wall surface of the assembly cavity along the guide rail guide groove structure, and after the insertion plate 15 is slid in place, the insertion plate 15 is clamped between the display control plate box 14 and the wall surface of the assembly cavity in the front-rear direction.
In this embodiment, a fifth buckle 1422 protruding toward the board 15 is disposed on the display control board box 14, and a fifth claw 152 matching with the fifth buckle 1422 is disposed on the board 15. After the board 15 is slid into place, the fifth latch 152 is snap-fit onto the fifth catch 1422. The fifth jaw 152 is disposed at a lower portion of the front end surface of the board 15, and the fifth jaw 152 extends downward to form a handle protrusion 153 protruding out of the board, and the handle protrusion 153 is used to manually release the locking relationship between the fifth jaw 152 and the fifth catch 1422. That is, when the card 15 is removed, the handle protrusion 153 is pulled back and the card 15 is pulled down, so that the fifth jaw 152 is disengaged from the fifth catch 1422. Because the fifth buckle 1422 protrudes from the rear end surface of the display control board box 14, a buckle avoiding notch 154 for avoiding the fifth buckle 1422 is formed in the board 15, and the buckle avoiding notch 154 extends along the assembling direction of the board 15, or the buckle avoiding notch 154 is arranged in the up-and-down direction. In the sliding assembly process of the display control panel box 14, the fifth buckle 1422 slides in the buckle avoiding notch 154, so that the buckle avoiding notch 154 and the fifth buckle 1422 also play a certain guiding and limiting role. A fifth catch 1422 is disposed within the catch relief notch 154.
In this embodiment, the vertical section of the board 14 in the assembling direction is trapezoidal, that is, the vertical section of the board 14 in the up-down direction is a structure with a narrow top and a wide bottom, which is beneficial to compressing the display control board box 14 on the wall surface of the assembling cavity in the front-back direction, that is, compressing the front-back wall surface of the assembling cavity, the display control board box 14 and the board 15 in the front-back direction; it is advantageous to increase the fixing firmness between the display control board box 14 and the inserting board 15. At the lower end of the insert plate 15, a handle 155 is provided which extends further downwards and is used for withdrawing the insert plate 15.
In this embodiment, the display control board box 14 includes an upper cover 141 and a cover bottom 142 that are fastened together, and a plurality of fastening fixing structures are disposed between the upper cover 141 and the cover bottom 142, where the fastening fixing structures include a fixing clamping board 1425 that extends toward the fastening direction along the end surface of the frame-shaped cover on the cover bottom 142, and a fixing clamping groove 1415 that is recessed in the end surface of the frame-shaped cover of the upper cover 141, and the fixing clamping groove 1415 is matched with the fixing clamping board 1425, and after the display control board box 14 is fastened and assembled, the positioning clamping board 1425 is located in the fixing clamping groove 1415. By arranging the clamping and fixing structure as the fixing clamping plate 1425 extending along the end face and the concave fixing clamping groove 1415, the fixing clamping plate 1425 is positioned in the fixing clamping groove 1415 after the upper cover 141 and the cover bottom 142 are assembled and fixed, so that the clamping and fixing structure is not protruded out of the box body, the clamping and fixing structure is prevented from being touched in operation, and the stability of the display control panel box 14 after clamping and assembling is increased; and be favorable to the structural setting of the display control panel box 14 installation department on panel body 11, need not consider dodging to protruding block fixed knot structure, be favorable to the simple of panel body 11's structure.
In other embodiments, the engaging and fixing structure may be a fixing clip plate disposed on the upper cover 141 and a fixing clip groove disposed on the cover bottom 142.
In this embodiment, when the upper cover 141 and the cover bottom 142 are assembled, the fixing clamp plate 1425 slides in the fixing clamp groove 1415, so as to perform a certain limiting and guiding function, thereby facilitating the improvement of the assembling efficiency of the upper cover 141 and the cover bottom 142, and improving the assembling accuracy. A fixing jaw 14151 is arranged in the fixing slot 1415, a fixing jaw hole 14251 matched with the fixing jaw 14151 is arranged on the fixing clamping plate 1425, and after the display control panel box 14 is clamped and assembled, the fixing jaw 14151 is clamped and fixed in the fixing jaw hole 14251. Thus, the fixing clamping plate 1425 is positioned in the fixing clamping groove 1415, plays a role in limiting and guiding, and simultaneously plays a role in clamping and fixing, and ensures that the clamping and fixing structure does not protrude out of the outer end face of the control plate box 14.
In this embodiment, a boss is formed inside the fixing slot 1415 of the upper cover 141, and a positioning chute 1426 for slidably covering the boss is provided on the cover bottom 142; the positioning sliding groove 1426 is located on the inner side of the fixing clamping plate 1425, and preferably, the positioning sliding groove 1426 is disposed to cooperate with the fixing clamping plate 1425. The boss and the positioning chute 1426 play a role in accurate positioning, and in the sliding assembly process of the upper cover 141 and the cover bottom 142, the boss slides in the positioning chute 1426, so that a guiding function is achieved, the matching of the assembled display control panel box 14 is accurate, and the sealing performance is improved; through setting up block fixed knot structure, realize the restriction of all directions's such as front and back, upper and lower, left and right sides degree of freedom, be favorable to the fastness after the assembly is fixed. In order to further increase the sealing performance, matching annular sealing protrusions and annular sealing grooves are respectively arranged on the assembling surfaces of the upper cover 141 and the cover bottom 142, and the sealing protrusions are positioned in the sealing grooves.
