Specifically, a plurality of first opening folding edges 1021 extending backwards are arranged along the edge of the first opening 102, and a clamping and positioning structure is arranged between the display module 20 and the first opening folding edges 1021; the front end of the display module 20 is fixed by clamping, so that the clamping can be directly completed when the display module 20 is installed, and the installation efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 4 and 24, the engaging and positioning structure includes a second claw 221 protruding outward from the display module 20, and a first engaging plate 10211 bent and extending inward from the first opening edge 1021, the first engaging plate 10211 is inwardly close to the axis of the first opening 102 and outwardly away from the axis of the first opening 102, and the first engaging plate 10211 is engaged with the second claw 221. Preferably, the first locking plate 10211 is disposed on the first opening folding edge 1021 disposed on the left and right sides of the first opening 102, and the second locking claw 221 is disposed on the left and right side surfaces of the display bracket 2 of the display module 20. A limiting bar 222 is arranged on the display module 20 in front of the second claw 221, and the limiting bar 222 is stopped at the front side of the first clamping plate 10211; that is, the first catching plate 10211 is located between the position limiting bar 222 and the second catching jaw 221, and the position limiting bar 222 is used for limiting the installation position of the display module 20; two guide edges 223 which extend backwards and are far away from each other are arranged at two ends of the limiting strip 222 and are used for guiding the second claw 221 when the second claw 221 is clamped.
In other embodiments, the second claws may be disposed on all of the four first folding edges of the first opening 102, so as to engage with four surfaces of the display module 20 at the first opening 102.
Referring to fig. 4 and 12, in the present embodiment, the display module 20 and the viewing window 50 are disposed immediately above and below. A rear bent portion 1052 extends rearward and upward along the upper end wall of the mounting groove 105, and a rear extension portion 1022 is formed extending further rearward along the rear bent portion 1052, the rear extension portion 1022 serving to define support of the display module 20. By arranging the backward bending portion 1052, the mounting groove 105 is communicated with the first opening 102, and there is no other component between the front of the display module 20 and the front of the observation window 50, so that the two are closely adjacent, so that the observation window 50 is upwards arranged at the display module 20, and the second edge end surface 501 is closely adjacent to the display module 20, so that after a user views the display condition on the display screen, the user can see the washing condition of the clothes in the drum through the observation window 50 only by adjusting the downward angle of the sight, so that the washing machine has a wider visible range for observing the washing condition, and the convenience for the user to observe is increased. By providing the rear extension 1022, the rear extension 1022 is located relatively rearward such that the rear extension 1022 is supported at a middle rear portion of the display module 20, contributing to strong support for the display module 20, and contributing to stability of the lower end of the display module secured to the rear extension 1022.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the middle portion of the display module 20 is fixed to support and fix the rear extension portion 1022 and the lower portion of the display module 20, in order to increase the fixing of the rear extension portion 1022 to the display module 20, the rear extension portion 1022 includes an extension body 10220 horizontally disposed, and an opening flange 10221 upwardly extending along the rear end of the extension body 10220, and the extension body 10220 is gradually reduced in size in the front-rear direction from the left and right sides thereof toward the middle portion. That is, the interface between the rear extension 1022 and the rear bending portion 1052 is located in the horizontal plane of the extension body 10220 and is in an arc shape with a convex rear portion, the extension body 10220 supports the display module 20, so as to ensure that the rear extension 1022 has sufficient support for the display module 20, and meanwhile, it is required to ensure that the rear bending portion 1052 transitions to the rear extension 1022 through bending at different positions in the front and rear direction.
Referring to fig. 4, 12, and 24, a first card hole 10222 is formed in the rear extension portion 1022, the first card hole 10222 spans the extension main body 10210 and the opening flanging first card hole 10222, that is, a part of the first card hole 10222 is formed in the extension main body 10210, and another part of the first card hole 10222 is formed in the opening flanging first card hole 10222; a first claw 24 is provided on the display module 20 to protrude backward, and the first claw 24 is provided to match with the first catching hole 10222. The first latch hole 10222 is formed on the extension body 10210 to avoid deformation of the first latch 24 during latching; by arranging the first claw 24 to be engaged with the first engaging hole 10222, the first claw 24 can be engaged with the first engaging hole 10222 during the installation of the display module 20, which is beneficial to improving the assembling efficiency. The first claw 24 has a first inserting plate 241 protruding rearward, a first claw portion 242 provided on the first inserting plate 241, and a stopper 243 protruding out of the first inserting plate 241 for stopping the opening from being flanged to the first catching hole 10222, the stopper 242 is located on the front side of the first claw portion 242, and the first inserting plate 241 passes through the first catching hole 10222. When the display module 20 is mounted, the display module 20 is mounted at the first opening 102 from front to rear and pushed rearward such that the first insert plate 241 passes through the first insert hole 10222; and continues to push backwards, so that the first claw part 242 on the first inserting plate 241 passes through the first clamping hole 10222 after being elastically deformed, and is stopped at the rear end of the first clamping hole 10222 after the first claw part 242 is elastically reset; meanwhile, the stopper 243 stops at the front side of the first opening flanging hole 10222, so that the display module 20 cannot be pushed backward any more, and thus the lower end of the display module 20 is fixed at the first clamping hole 10222 in a clamping manner.
When the display module 20 is installed, the display module 20 is installed into the first opening 102 from the front end of the box body, and the display module 20 is pushed backwards, and a clamping and positioning structure is arranged between the display module 20 and the first opening folding edge 1021 for clamping the display module 20 at the first opening 102; meanwhile, the first claw 24 at the lower part of the display module 20 is clamped with the opening flange 10221; in the process that the display module 20 is pushed backwards to the right, the clamping and positioning structures at the left and right of the front part are clamped and fixed, and the first claw 24 at the lower end of the middle part is clamped and fixed with the opening flanging 10221; then, the display fixing column 23 is fixed on the top flange 107 through a fastener; therefore, the display module 20 is fixed by double three layers in the front-back direction, which is beneficial to improving the stability of fixation, and the clamping fixation in the assembly process of the display module 20 can be directly completed when the display module 20 is installed, which is beneficial to improving the installation efficiency; the fixing of the fastener is arranged on the rear side, so that the firmness after fixing is improved.
The installation method of the display module 20 of the washing machine comprises the following installation steps:
A. the components of the display module 20 are assembled as a unit.
B. The display module 20 is mounted into the first opening 102 from the front of the cabinet, and the display module 20 is pushed backward to be engaged and fixed.
Specifically, a clamping and positioning structure is arranged between the display module 20 and the first opening folding edge 1021 for clamping, so that the display module 20 is clamped at the first opening 102; while the first claw 24 of the lower portion of the display module 20 is engaged with the opening flange 10221.
C. The display module 20 is fixed with the top flange 107 from the rear side by a fastener.
Specifically, the display module 20 is provided at an upper portion thereof with a display fixing post 23, and a screw passes through a screw hole formed in the top flange 107 and is fixed to the display fixing post 23.
Referring to fig. 14 and 15, in order to reduce the assembly gap between the display module 20 and the front plate 101, the front end of the display module 20 is provided with a plurality of first wrapping edges 212 extending outward, and at least one first wrapping edge 212 covers the outer side of the first opening 102; in describing the display module 20, the direction near the center line of the front-back direction of the display module 20 is referred to as the inside, and the opposite direction is referred to as the outside. By providing the first wrapping edge 212 extending outward, the gap between the display module 20 and the first opening 102 is inclined outward, which is beneficial to reduce the gap therebetween; and the first wrapping edge 212 covers the outside of the first opening 102, so that the gap between the display module 20 and the first opening 102 is shielded and is not easily visible from the front. The display module 20 has a front frame 21 and a display screen 1 fixed at the front end of the front frame 21, the front frame 21 has a plurality of first wrapping edges 212 extending forwards and covering the outer side of the display screen 1; specifically, four first wrapping edges 212 are provided on the front frame 21. A plurality of first opening folding edges 1021 extending backwards are arranged along the edge of the first opening 102, and the first opening folding edges 1021 and the front plate 101 are connected through a transition cambered surface 1025.
Various matching modes can be adopted for matching the first wrapping edge 212 and the transition arc surface 1025, the first surface matching mode is described with reference to fig. 14 and 15, a wrapping edge groove 2121 matched with the transition arc surface 1025 is formed in the first wrapping edge 212, and the transition arc surface 1025 is partially or completely positioned in a wrapping edge groove 2112; the hemming groove 2112 shields a gap in the horizontal direction between the display module 20 and the horizontally arranged first opening hem 1021, so that the fit between the display module 20 and the first opening 102 is the fit between the first hemming 212 and the transition arc 1025 at the front end, and the fit gap at the front end is in the forward and outward direction, so that a user is in front of the washing machine and is not easy to perceive the assembly gap between the display module 20 and the front plate 101; and through setting up bordure recess 2121 for hold transition cambered surface 1025, make the cooperation between first bordure 212 and the transition cambered surface 1025 be the face cooperation, increase the cooperation area, can effectually prevent the infiltration of water droplet. The second is the line cooperation mode, sets up the slope extension face that the outer terminal surface of first bordure 212 is forward and outside extension, and transition cambered surface 1025 is partly or all to be located the rear side of slope extension face for the cooperation clearance of front end is forward and outside direction, makes the user in the place ahead of washing machine, and the difficult assembly clearance that perceives between display module 20 and the front bezel 101, and the cooperation between first bordure 212 and the transition cambered surface 1025 is the line cooperation.
A seal 8 is provided between the display module 20 and the first opening 102, and the arrangement of the seal 8 will be described below with reference to fig. 11 to 17.
Referring to fig. 15 and 17, the sealing member 8 has a sealing body 81 for sealing with the display module 20, and a sealing lip 82 extending obliquely outward along the sealing body 81, with a guide groove 83 formed between the sealing body 81 and the sealing lip 82; by providing the sealing lip 82 extending obliquely outward along the sealing body 81, the thickness of the sealing lip 82 is thinner than that of the sealing body 81, which is beneficial to the elastic deformation of the sealing lip 82 in the installation process, so that the sealing lip 82 is in a deformed state after installation, and the force of the elastic deformation of the sealing lip 82 acts on the display module 80 and the first opening 102 which are in contact with the sealing lip, thereby being beneficial to ensuring the sealing tightness of the sealing element 8; and a diversion groove 83 is formed between the sealing body 81 and the sealing lip 82, so that moisture permeating from a gap between the display module 20 and the first opening 102 can be guided through the diversion groove 83 after reaching the sealing member 8, accumulation of the moisture at the sealing member 8 is avoided, and the risk of the moisture permeating through the sealing member 8 is reduced. And the seal lip 82 is provided with a reduced thickness in the direction extending outward, further facilitating elastic deformation of the seal lip 82.
Referring to fig. 14, 16 and 24, the display module 20 has a display bracket 2, the display bracket 2 includes a front frame 21 and a cylinder 22 extending backward along the front frame 21, the cylinder 22 extends horizontally backward, the sealing member 8 is sleeved on the outer side of the cylinder 22, and the front frame 21 is located on the front side of the sealing member 8; preferably, the sealing member 8 is spaced apart from the front frame 21 and defines a drainage groove 88. The outward inclined extension direction of the sealing lip 82 matches the assembly direction of the display module 20 when being assembled to the first opening 102, and the outward inclined direction of the sealing lip 82 is opposite to the moving direction of the display module 20 when being assembled to the first opening 102; after the display module 20 is assembled to the first opening 102, the included angle between the sealing lip 82 and the sealing body 81 tends to become smaller, and the outer end of the sealing lip 82 deforms in the direction close to the sealing body 81 under the extrusion of the first opening folding edge 1021, so that the contact area between the first opening folding edge 1021 and the sealing lip 82 is increased, and the sealing performance is improved.
In this embodiment, the front mounting manner of the display module 20 is that a first opening folding edge 1021 extending backwards is arranged along the edge of the first opening 102, the sealing lip 82 is sealed with the first opening folding edge 1021, and the sealing lip 82 extends forwards and outwards; the diversion trench 83 has a top diversion trench 831 and side diversion trenches 832 located at the left and right sides, which are connected, and the lower end of the side diversion trench 832 is an open end 834 for water drops to flow downwards; that is, the sealing lips 82 are only disposed on the top, left and right sides of the sealing member 8, which is beneficial to forming the open end 834, so that the moisture flowing into the guiding groove 83 can flow out after reaching the open end 834 along the guiding groove, and the moisture is prevented from accumulating in the guiding groove 83. After the display module 20 is installed in the first opening 102, water is prevented from entering from the top gap and the gaps on the left and right sides, and the water is prevented from reaching the inside of the display module 2 to cause damage to electric devices; since water does not enter the display module 20 from the lower gap, the seal lip 82 is not provided at the lower end of the seal member 8 from the upper gap.
Referring to fig. 17, the guide groove 83 has a first groove surface 835 inclined forward and inward, a second groove surface 836 inclined forward and outward, and an arc-shaped connecting groove surface 837 connecting the first groove surface 835 and the second groove surface 836, wherein the first groove surface 835 is located on the seal body 81, the second groove surface 836 is located on the seal lip 82, and a part of the arc-shaped connecting groove surface 837 is located on the seal body 81 and a part of the seal lip 82. By providing the second groove surface 36 inclined forward and outward, when moisture reaches the gap between the display module 20 and the first opening 102, the moisture moves backward along the first opening folding edge 1021, and after reaching the second groove surface 836, the moisture flows along the inclined surface of the second groove surface 836; at the top baffle 831, after reaching the second groove surface 836, the water flows along the inclined surface of the second groove surface 836 toward the arc-shaped connecting groove surface 837 and then toward the first groove surface 835; at side channel 832, moisture may flow directly back along second channel face 836 to open end 834 out of seal 8.
The seal member 8 has an outer end face 84 disposed obliquely forwardly and outwardly, and an inner end face 85 disposed in parallel with the cylinder 22; a plurality of display fixing columns 23 protruding outwards and extending backwards for fixing the display module 20 are arranged on the cylinder 22, a sealing member is positioned between the display fixing columns 23 and the front frame 21, the sealing body 81 is provided with a protrusion 86 extending forwards, and the protrusion 86 is positioned between two adjacent display fixing columns 23. By providing the projection 86, it is advantageous to increase the contact area with the cylinder 22, to increase the sealing performance, and to support the seal lip 82, and to position the seal 8 in the circumferential direction.
The structural arrangement of the display module 20 is explained below, with reference to fig. 21-30.
Referring to fig. 22 and 23, the display module 20 includes a display frame 2, a display panel 1 disposed at a front end of the display frame 2, a display panel 3 disposed behind the display panel 1, and a flow plate 5 disposed behind the display panel 3, wherein the flow plate 5 is disposed to be inclined rearward in an upward direction with respect to the display panel 3. The flow board 5 is arranged behind the display board 3, so that the display board 3 and the flow board 5 are stacked in the front-back direction, the display board 3 and the flow board 5 are prevented from being respectively arranged in the left-right direction of the washing machine, the space in the left-right direction is saved, the size of the display screen 3 in the left-right direction can be enlarged, and the operation of a user is facilitated; and the display panel 3 and the flow plate 5 are not required to be respectively protected, a rear cover for protection is omitted, and cost is saved. The flow plate 5 is arranged in an inclined mode relative to the display plate 3, so that a large inclined angle is formed between the flow plate 5 and the vertical plane, the plugging terminal is conveniently operated when being plugged with the flow plate, and the plugging efficiency is improved.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the display module 20 is disposed on the front end surface of the drum washing machine, the display panel 1 has a slight backward tilt angle, the display panel 3 is disposed in parallel with the display panel 1, and the flow plate 5 is disposed behind the display panel 3; after the display module 20 is installed from front to back, the plurality of plug terminals are plugged into the flow board 5 again, so that the flow board 5 is arranged to be inclined relative to the display panel 3, the backward inclined angle of the flow board 5 is slightly larger, the plug operation in the forward and downward direction can be realized, and the plug quality and efficiency can be improved by observing.
For the arrangement of the included angle between the display panel 3 and the flow board 5, if the included angle is too large, the structure is not compact, and the size of the display module 20 in the front-back direction is too large, so that a larger space in the front-back direction is occupied; and the included angle is too large, which is not beneficial to the insertion operation. Preferably, the included angle between the display panel 3 and the flow plate 5 is set to be 4 to 15 degrees, and more preferably, the included angle between the display panel 3 and the flow plate 5 is set to be 5 to 10 degrees; the included angle between the flow plate 5 and the vertical plane is preferably 20-40 degrees, and the included angle between the flow plate 5 and the vertical plane is more preferably 20-30 degrees.
Referring to fig. 22, 24 and 25, the display bracket 2 has a frame 21, and a barrel 22 extending rearward along the frame 21, the upper portion of the flow sheet support 4 is disposed adjacent to the upper wall of the barrel 22, i.e., the upper front end of the flow sheet support 4 abuts against the upper wall of the barrel 22, and the upper rear end of the flow sheet support 4 abuts against the rear cover 6, i.e., the upper portion of the flow sheet support 4 projects upward from between the display bracket 2 and the rear cover 6. The display panel 3 is fixed in the cylinder 22, the flow board support 4 inclines downwards and forwards, so that the lower part of the flow board support 4 extends into the cylinder 22, a plurality of forward-convex top pillars 411 which are limited at the rear side of the display panel 3 are arranged on the flow board support 4, the upper part of the flow board support 4 inclines backwards by arranging the lower part of the flow board support 4 to incline forwards, and the top pillars 411 are arranged for fixing the display panel 3, namely, the purpose that the flow board 5 inclines relative to the display panel 3 is achieved, and the function of fixing the display panel 3 is also achieved; the flow board bracket 4 is arranged in parallel with the flow board 5, the flow board 5 and the back cover 6 are also arranged in parallel,
referring to fig. 25 and 26, regarding the structural arrangement of the flow board support 4, the flow board support 4 includes a support body 41 and a limiting structure 42 disposed above the support body 41, the limiting structure 42 is used for fixing a plug terminal connected with the flow board 5, the limiting structure 42 is located above the flow board 5, and after the plug terminal is plugged with the flow board 5, the plug terminal is fixed on the limiting structure 42. Specifically, the limiting structure 42 includes a limiting frame 421 with an upper opening and a lower opening, and a limiting claw 422 arranged on the limiting frame 421 for locking the plug terminal; the plug terminal also comprises a plurality of vertically arranged partition plates 423 for dividing the limiting frame 421 into a plurality of separated spaces, wherein the limiting claws 422 and the partition plates 423 are alternately arranged, or each limiting claw 422 is positioned in one separated space, and the plug terminal is fixed at the separated space.
To the fixed between flow sheet support 4 and the display support 2, be equipped with the demonstration fixed column 23 that backward extension set up in the outside of showing support 2, seted up bayonet 231 on demonstration fixed column 23, be equipped with evagination and bayonet 231 assorted card protruding 424 on flow sheet support 4, card protruding 424 is located bayonet 231. Preferably, the upper end of the cylinder 22 of the display bracket 2 is provided with a left display fixing column 23 and a right display fixing column 23, the display fixing columns 23 protrude backwards from the rear end face of the cylinder 22 along the upper end of the cylinder 22, the display fixing columns 23 are provided with bayonets 231 with lower openings, and the front end faces of the bayonets 231 are in contact with the rear end face of the cylinder 22; the blocking protrusions 421 are formed by extending upwards along the left and right sides of the limiting frame 421; this places the upper portion of the flow plate holder 4 in close proximity to the upper wall of the bowl 22. The upper end of the flow board bracket 4 fixed with the display bracket 2 is clamped by the clamping protrusion 424 and the clamping opening 231, and the lower end is fastened by the fastening piece; a fixing lug 412 extending outwards is arranged on the flow board support 4, and the fixing lug 412 is fixed with the display support 2 through a screw; is favorable for the firmness of fixation.
Referring to fig. 24, and fig. 27-30, for the assembly between the rear cover 6 and the display stand 2, a limit structure is provided between the display stand 2 and the rear cover 6, the limit structure being a first limit insert plate provided on one of the display stand 2 and the rear cover 6 and engaged with a corner portion of the other. Specifically, the first limiting insertion plate can be arranged on the display bracket 2, and the first limiting insertion plate is matched with the corner of the rear cover 6; or the first limit inserting plate can also be arranged on the rear cover 6, and the first limit inserting plate is matched with the corner part of the display bracket 2; this makes it possible to provide the first limit insert plate only on one of the display stand 2 and the rear cover 6, and to facilitate the simplification of the structure and the stability of the fitting by using the corner portion of the other member to be fitted with the first limit insert plate. Through setting up limit structure, be favorable to improving assembly efficiency to and improve and increase the stability after lid 6 and display support 2 are fixed.
To illustrate by taking the example of arranging the first limiting insertion plate 63 on the rear cover 6, the rear cover 6 is provided with a plurality of first limiting insertion plates 63, and at least one pair of first limiting insertion plates 63 arranged diagonally is provided; set up the first spacing picture peg 63 of diagonal angle setting for two first spacing picture pegs 63 are favorable to improving fixed stability with the cooperation of two diagonal angles portions of display support 2. Preferably, four first limiting insertion plates 63 extending forwards are arranged on the rear cover 6 and are matched with four corners of the display bracket 2 to realize limiting.
The display bracket 2 is provided with a front frame 21 and a cylinder 22 extending backwards along the front frame 21, the rear cover 6 is provided with a rear cover plate 61 and an extension plate 62 extending forwards along the edge of the rear cover plate 61, and a first limit inserting plate 63 extending backwards out of the extension plate 62 is arranged on the inner side of the extension plate 62; the first limiting inserting plate 63 extends into the cylinder 22, and the front end face of the rear cover plate 61 is attached to the rear end face of the cylinder 22, so that the positioning and limiting effects are achieved.
Still be equipped with grafting fixed knot structure and block fixed knot structure between demonstration support 2 and back lid 6, wherein, grafting fixed knot constructs and block fixed knot constructs and sets up relatively in the left and right sides, just also set up grafting fixed knot structure opposite side through setting up in one side and set up block fixed knot structure, when back lid 6 assembles demonstration support 2, install the location to back lid 6 and demonstration support 2 through limit structure, and play the support fixed action after the assembly, make back lid 6 fixed to demonstration support 2 through grafting fixed knot constructs and block fixed knot structure. Preferably, two insertion points and one clamping point are arranged, and the three-point fixing mode is more favorable for the stability after fixing.
The snap-fit fastening structure comprises a snap plate 25 extending rearward on the display bracket 2, and a notch 64 protruding outward for receiving the snap plate on the extension plate 62 of the rear cover 6. The clamping plate 25 is provided with a convex third clamping claw 251, and the notch 64 is provided with a clamping strip 641 clamped with the third clamping claw 251; a clamping insertion hole 642 for extending the clamping plate 25 is formed between the clamping strip 641 and the notch 64; the engaging plate 25 is provided with a convex limiting edge 252, the limiting edge 252 is located in front of the third jaw 251, and the locking strip 641 is located between the limiting edge and the third jaw 251. The clamping plate 25 is clamped to the clamping socket 642 by the arrangement of the clamping plate 25, the clamping strip 641 and the clamping socket 642; the notch 64 is provided to protrude outward, which is beneficial to accommodate the inserted engaging plate 25, that is, the engaging plate 25 is inserted into the notch 64, and the rear end of the notch extends out of the engaging insertion opening 642, so that the third claw 251 and the limiting edge 252 cooperate with the locking strip 641 to enable the rear cover 6 and the display bracket 2 to bear the force in the front-rear direction, and the engaging plate 25 is located in the notch 64 to enable the rear cover 6 and the display bracket 2 to bear the force in the up-down direction.
In order to increase the stress intensity at the notch 64, a second limit inserting plate 65 extending forwards is arranged on the extending plate 62, the second limit inserting plate 65 is arranged adjacent to the notch 64, and the second limit inserting plate 65 is inserted into the barrel 22 of the display bracket 2.
The barrel 22 of the display bracket 2 is provided with a plug edge 224 extending backwards, the plug fixing structure is that the rear cover 6 is provided with a plurality of plug columns 66, the plug edge 224 is provided with jacks 225 matched with the plug columns, and the plug columns 66 are inserted into the jacks 225; preferably, an upper insertion hole 225 and a lower insertion hole 225 are formed in one side of the cylinder 22; the other side of the cylinder 22 is provided with a clamping plate 25.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, for illustrating the installation of the front plate 101, the box body 10 further comprises a left side plate 108, a right side plate 108 and a table top 109, and the top flange 107 is arranged adjacent to the table top 109 in the front-back direction; it is preferable to arrange the upper end face of the top flange 106 flush with the upper end face of the table top 109. A cross member 110 is fixedly provided on the top of the left and right side plates 108, and the front plate 101 is hung on the cross member 110 by a top flange 107. 1. A washing machine is characterized by comprising a front plate and a display module, wherein a first opening matched with the display module is formed in the front plate, a top frame bent backwards and extending is arranged at the upper edge of the front plate, a top flanging bent downwards and extending along the top frame is arranged at the upper edge of the front plate, and the display module is fixed with the top flanging.
2. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of first opening flanges extending rearward are provided along the first opening edge, and a snap-fit positioning structure is provided between the display module and the first opening flanges.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the engaging and positioning structure comprises a second claw protruding outwards from the display module and a first engaging plate extending inwards from the first opening fold, and the first engaging plate is engaged with the second claw in a matching manner.
4. A washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein a stop bar is provided on the display module in front of the second catch, the stop bar being stopped at the front side of the first catch plate.

6. A washing machine as claimed in claim 5 wherein two guide edges are provided along each end of the spacing strip, extending rearwardly and away from each other.

A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a mounting groove is provided on the front plate to match the viewing window, an upper end wall of the mounting groove extends rearward and upward to form a backward bent portion, and a rear extension is formed to extend rearward and continuously along the backward bent portion, the rear extension being for restricting support of the display module.
8. A washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein an upwardly extending opening flange is provided on the rear extension, a first catching hole is provided on the opening flange, and a first claw protruding rearward and matching with the first catching hole is provided on the display module.
9. The washing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the first jaw has a first insert plate protruding rearward through the first jaw hole, a first jaw portion provided on the first insert plate, and a stopper protruding from the first insert plate for stopping the first open burring, the stopper being located at a front side of the first jaw portion.
10. A washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein a plurality of rearwardly projecting display fixing posts are provided on the display module, the display fixing posts being secured to the top flange by fasteners.
