The pot body 1 is further provided with an opening 13 positioned at the lower side of the cavity 12, the opening 13 penetrates through the side wall 11 downwards, and the lower circuit control board assembly 5 is fixed in the opening 13.
Referring to fig. 3, the upper circuit control board assembly 4 further includes an upper panel 42 and an upper sticker 43, the upper control board 41 is located in the cavity 12, and the upper panel 42 covers the outer side of the cavity 12, i.e., the opening thereof, and is disposed corresponding to the upper control board 41. When assembled, screws are fixed to the bottom wall of the cavity 12 through the upper panel 42 and the upper control plate 41. Finally, the upper paste 43 is stuck on the outer side surface of the upper panel 42, and covers the assembly gap between the upper panel 42 and the pot body 1. The upper surface paste 43 is the upper display interface.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the lower circuit control board assembly 5 is substantially rectangular plate-shaped, and includes a control board fixing frame 51, the lower control board 52, a lower panel 53 and a lower sticker 54 in sequence from inside to outside. The control panel fixing frame 51 comprises a bottom wall 510 and a side wall 511 located around the bottom wall 510, the bottom wall 510 and the side wall 511 together surround to form an accommodating cavity 512, and an opening 513 is formed outside the accommodating cavity 510. In one embodiment of the present application, the lower circuit control board assembly 5 is fixed to the opening 13 of the pot body 1 and the base 2 by engaging the lower panel 53, and includes engaging the bottom edge of the lower panel 53 with the base 2, and engaging the top edge and the two side edges of the lower panel 53 with the peripheral edge of the opening 13. Referring to fig. 6, the edge of the opening 13 is provided with a seam allowance rib 130, and the top edge and two side edges of the lower panel 53 are provided with slots 533 which are engaged with the seam allowance rib 130. The bottom surface of the lower plate 53 is provided with a rib 534 protruding downward, and the base 2 is provided with a retaining groove 20 for accommodating the rib 534.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in assembly, the control board fixing frame 51, the lower control board 52 and the lower panel 53 are assembled together to form a module 56, the module 56 is inserted into the opening 13 from the bottom side of the opening 13, the seam allowance rib 130 is inserted into the slot 533 of the lower panel 53, and the module 56 is assembled at the opening 13. The base 2 is fixed to the bottom side of the pot body 1, and the rib 534 of the lower panel 53 is snapped into the retaining groove 20 of the base 2, so that the module 56 is fixed by the pot body 1 and the outer shell 3. Finally, the lower paste 54 is stuck on the outer side surface 530 of the lower face plate 53 and covers the fitting gap of the pot body 1 and the lower face plate 53. The circuit board assembly 5 is restricted from moving inward or outward by the snap-fit of the seam allowance rib 130 and the snap-fit groove 533. The pot body 1 and the base 2 can limit the circuit control board assembly 5 from moving upwards or downwards.
In order to facilitate the assembly of the lower panel 53 of the lower circuit board assembly 5, the opening 13 is formed in a horn shape having a small top and a large bottom.
The bottom edge of the lower panel 53 is provided with a first boss 535 protruding outward, and the bottom edge of the lower sticker 54 is provided along the top surface of the first boss 535. The first boss 535 may provide a positioning limitation when the lower patch 54 is attached, ensuring proper attachment position of the lower patch 54.
