The utility model has the advantages that:
(1) a bridge crossing wire is cancelled, and mechanical automatic off-line is realized;
(2) the welding side is provided with a star point connection, a series connection line and a power supply outgoing line, so that the number of special-shaped lines is reduced, and the feasibility of the winding mass production manufacturing process is improved;
(3) star point connection, bridging lines and power supply outgoing lines on the insertion side are eliminated, the winding structure is simplified, and the height of the winding end is further reduced;
(4) the structure of the welding end winding is further simplified, and the welding production difficulty of the winding coil is reduced.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-9, the invention provides a three-phase flat wire motor stator winding, the motor stator comprises 8 poles and 48 rectangular stator slots which are arranged at equal intervals, the number of conductors in each rectangular stator slot is 8, a three-phase winding structure is provided in total, namely a U-phase winding structure, a V-phase winding structure and a W-phase winding structure, each phase winding structure comprises two branches which are connected in series, each phase winding structure comprises an inserting side 1 and a welding side 9, the welding side 9 is provided with power leading-out wires, the pitches of the inserting sides 1 are equal and are 6, each phase winding structure is a U-shaped wire, the inner layer of the three-phase flat wire motor stator winding is connected with a series connection wire, and the power leading-out wires and a star point connection wire are led out from the outer layer of the three-phase flat wire motor stator winding;
the U-phase winding structure starts from a U-phase power lead wire 10, the U-phase power lead wire 10 is connected with a terminal U2 and a terminal U4, a winding wire in the U-phase winding structure enters from a terminal U2 and a terminal U4 of a first branch, exits from a terminal U1 and a terminal U3, a terminal U1 and a terminal X3 enter a second branch of the U-phase winding structure after being connected through a U-phase first series connection wire 7, then the winding wire is led out from the terminal X4 to a star point connection wire 2, a terminal U3 and a terminal X1 are connected through a U-phase second series connection wire 8, then the winding wire enters the second branch of the U-phase winding structure, and then the winding wire is led out from the terminal X2 to the star point connection wire 2;

Claims (2)

1. A three-phase flat wire motor stator winding is characterized in that a motor stator comprises 48 rectangular stator slots which are provided with 8 poles at equal intervals, the number of conductors in each rectangular stator slot is 8, a three-phase winding structure, namely a U-phase winding structure, a V-phase winding structure and a W-phase winding structure, each phase of winding structure comprises two branches which are connected in series, each phase of winding structure comprises an inserting side (1) and a welding side (9), the welding side (9) is provided with a power supply outgoing line, the pitches of the inserting sides (1) are equal and are 6, each phase of winding structure is a U-shaped line, a series connection wire is welded on the inner layer of the three-phase flat wire motor stator winding, and the power supply outgoing line and a star point connection wire are welded on the outer layer of the three-phase flat wire motor stator winding;
the U-phase winding structure starts from a U-phase power lead (10), the U-phase power lead (10) is connected with a terminal U2 and a terminal U4, a winding in the U-phase winding structure enters from a terminal U2 and a terminal U4 of a first branch, exits from a terminal U1 and a terminal U3, a terminal U1 and a terminal X3 enter a second branch of the U-phase winding structure after being connected through a U-phase first series connection wire (7), then the winding is led out from the terminal X4 to a star point connection wire (2), a terminal U3 and a terminal X1 are connected through a U-phase second series connection wire (8), then the winding enters the second branch of the U-phase winding structure, and then the winding is led out from the terminal X2 to the star point connection wire (2);
the V-phase winding structure starts from a V-phase power lead wire (11), the V-phase power lead wire (11) is connected with a terminal V2 and a terminal V4, a winding wire in the V-phase winding structure enters from a terminal V2 and a terminal V4 of a first branch, exits from a terminal V1 and a terminal V3, a terminal V1 and a terminal Y3 enter a second branch of the V-phase winding structure after being connected through a V-phase first series connection wire (5), then the winding wire is led out from the terminal Y4 to a star point connection wire (2), a terminal V3 and a terminal Y1 are connected through a V-phase second series connection wire (6), enter the second branch of the V-phase winding structure, and then the winding wire is led out from a terminal Y2 to the star point connection wire (2);
the W-phase winding structure starts from a W-phase power lead wire (12), the W-phase power lead wire (12) is connected with a terminal W2 and a terminal W4, a winding wire in the W-phase winding structure enters from a terminal W2 and a terminal W4 of a first branch, exits from a terminal W1 and a terminal W3, a terminal W1 and a terminal Z3 enter a second branch of the W-phase winding structure after being connected through a W-phase first series connection wire (3), then the winding wire is led out from the terminal Z4 to a star point connection wire (2), a terminal W3 and a terminal Z1 are connected through a W-phase second series connection wire (4), enter the second branch of the W-phase winding structure, and then the winding wire is led out from a terminal Z2 to the star point connection wire (2);
the lead wire of the terminal X2, the lead wire of the terminal X4, the lead wire of the terminal Y2, the lead wire of the terminal Y4, the lead wire of the terminal Z2 and the terminal Z4 are all connected to a star point connecting wire (2) to form a star point, the terminal U2 and the terminal U4 are connected to a U-phase power supply lead wire (10), the terminal V2 and the terminal V4 are connected to a V-phase power supply lead wire (11), and the terminal W2 and the terminal W4 are connected to a W-phase power supply lead wire (12).
