技术领域
本发明涉及一种充电装置,具体是一种多电压输出的摄像机套件手柄,属于移动拍摄设备技术领域。
背景技术
在摄影摄像工作中,除去摄影摄像单元,还需要有监视器、补光灯、话筒、电动跟焦器、影像传输等辅助设备来完成拍摄,这些设备一般会安装在拍摄的套件上,因此每个设备都需要使用不同的电源模块,且不同设备的供电电压各不相同。目前,供电方式是一部分从摄像机电池上的附加输出口供电,一部分需要在套件上额外安装电源模块给附件供电,这样就增加了摄影摄像单元周边附件的数量,不仅占用空间且操作繁琐。
因此,如何解决摄影摄像单元及周边附件的集中供电,减少周边安装的附件数量是目前急需解决的问题。此外,当拍摄时使用的手持灯具时,目前供电的方式是采用在灯具背部外挂电池进行供电,增加了灯具本身的重量,长期使用导致灯具接口容易损坏,使用也不方便。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术中的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种多电压输出的摄像机套件手柄。本发明解决了摄影摄像单元及周边附件所需供电种类繁多,供电模块安装占用空间及操作繁琐的问题,可以替换套件上原有的手柄,不占用额外空间,同时满足为多种电压输出,可给摄影摄像单元及周边附件一起供电。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明通过以下的技术方案来实现:
一种多电压输出的摄像机套件手柄,包括外壳、锂电池、智能控制电路、电源接口和电源开关;所述的锂电池、智能控制电路、电源接口和电源开关均安装在外壳上;所述的外壳包括锂电池容纳腔、电源接口窗口,所述的锂电池安装在锂电池容纳腔的内部,所述的电源接口安装在电源接口窗口处,所述的电源接口包括充电接口和放电接口,所述的充电接口用于给锂电池充电,所述的放电接口用于给不同设备放电;所述的电源开关用于启动或关闭给不同设备放电;所述的电源接口、锂电池和电源开关均焊接在智能控制电路上。
进一步的技术方案,所述的充电接口是D-TAP,所述的放电接口是D-TAP、DC电源插座、USB、Type-C、航空插头、雷莫接头中至少一种。
进一步的技术方案,所述的套件手柄还设有过短保护指示灯,所述的过短保护指示灯安装在外壳上且焊接在智能控制电路上,所述的过短保护指示灯为双色LED灯,用于检测所有D-TAP给设备放电时的供电总量,当所有D-TAP的供电总量在限定电流以内工作时,指示灯为绿色,当所有D-TAP的供电总量超过限定电流时,指示灯为红色,即断开电流电压输出。

有益效果:
1、本发明结构简单,不仅可以实现不同设备不同电压的供电需求,其造型可以充当手柄使用,更加便于摄影摄像工作的使用。其利用现有的套件孔位进行连接,通过套件连接件将套件和套件手柄相连,可以起到替换套件本身的手柄而不增加额外的连接附件的作用。
2、本发明根据需要将锂电池通过电压转接器分出多路电压输出,再配上不同的放电接口给不同设备供电,减少外出拍摄携带大量不同种类的电源电池。
3、本发明采用大容量锂电池使用寿命长,能量比较高,具备高功率承受力,高低温适应性强,自放电率很低。
4、本发明中的智能控制电路可实现锂电池过放保护,高精度电压电流检测以及时时监控锂电池剩余电量情况,并具备对D-TAP的过短保护的功能,实现综合管理。
5、本发明的外壳上预留多个套件连接件安装孔,用于不同类型的套件连接件的安装,可同时满足多个套件的设备充电。
6、本发明的D-TAP既可以实现给锂电池充电,又可以实现给设备放电,并且电源接口可根据需要更换,满足了不同设备充电使用。
7、本发明中的热靴槽可以解决外部设备不通过套件直接连接,比如手持灯具可以直接和热靴槽相连进行供电。
8、本发明中的外壳和套件连接件的材质为合金铝,使得套件手柄更加轻便。

一种多电压输出的摄像机套件手柄,包括外壳1、锂电池2、智能控制电路3、电源接口4和电源开关1-7;所述的锂电池2、智能控制电路3、电源接口4和电源开关1-7均安装在外壳1上;所述的外壳1包括锂电池容纳腔1-1、电源接口窗口1-2,所述的锂电池2安装在锂电池容纳腔1-1的内部,所述的电源接口4安装在电源接口窗口1-2处,所述的电源接口4包括充电接口和放电接口,所述的充电接口用于给锂电池2充电,所述的放电接口用于给不同设备放电;所述的电源开关1-7用于启动或关闭给不同设备放电;所述的电源接口4、锂电池2和电源开关1-7均焊接在智能控制电路3上。
所述的充电接口是D-TAP,所述的放电接口是D-TAP、DC电源插座、USB、Type-C、航空插头、雷莫接头中至少一种。
所述的套件手柄还设有过短保护指示灯1-6,所述的过短保护指示灯1-6安装在外壳1上且焊接在智能控制电路3上,所述的过短保护指示灯1-6为双色LED灯,用于检测所有D-TAP给设备放电时的供电总量,当所有D-TAP的供电总量在限定电流10A以内工作时,指示灯为绿色,当所有D-TAP的供电总量超过限定电流10A时,指示灯为红色,即断开电流电压输出。
所述的套件手柄还设有LED电量指示灯1-4,所述的LED电量指示灯1-4安装在外壳1上且焊接在智能控制电路3上,用于显示锂电池2的剩余电量。
所述的智能控制电路3包括保护电路模块、主控模块、电压电流检测模块、电压转接器DC/DC1、电压转接器DC/DC2、输出控制模块;所述的保护电路模块分别和锂电池1、电压电流检测模块、电压转接器DC/DC1、电压转接器DC/DC2相连;所述的电压转接器DC/DC1、电压转接器DC/DC2、输出控制模块分别和不同的电源接口4相连;所述的电压电流检测模块输出电压信息和电流信息至主控模块;所述的锂电池2输出LDO电源为主控模块提供电量;所述的电源开关1-7输出开关信息至主控模块;所述的主控模块经过处理输出电压、电流至电压转接器DC/DC1和电压转接器DC/DC2,输出直流电至输出控制模块,输出电量信息至LED电量指示灯1-4,输出电流信息至过短保护指示灯1-6;所述的电压转接器DC/DC1和电压转接器DC/DC2用于将锂电池2的电压分出多路电压输出。
所述的套件手柄还包括套件连接件5,所述的套件连接件5根据不同套件6定制形状,所述的外壳1上设有至少一个套件连接件安装孔1-3,所述的外壳1通过套件连接件安装孔1-3与套件连接件5相连。
所述的套件连接件5上设有第一安装孔5-1和第二安装孔5-2,所述的第一安装孔5-1用于连接外壳1和套件连接件5,所述的第二安装孔5-2用于连接套件连接件5和套件6。
所述的套件手柄还设有热靴槽1-5,所述的热靴槽1-5固定在外壳1上。
所述的外壳1的材质为合金铝。
所述的套件连接件5的材质为合金铝。

Claims (10)

1.一种多电压输出的摄像机套件手柄,其特征在于,包括外壳、锂电池、智能控制电路、电源接口和电源开关;
所述的锂电池、智能控制电路、电源接口和电源开关均安装在外壳上;
所述的外壳包括锂电池容纳腔、电源接口窗口,所述的锂电池安装在锂电池容纳腔的内部,所述的电源接口安装在电源接口窗口处;
所述的电源接口包括充电接口和放电接口,所述的充电接口用于给锂电池充电,所述的放电接口用于给不同设备放电;
所述的电源开关用于启动或关闭给不同设备放电;
所述的电源接口、锂电池和电源开关均焊接在智能控制电路上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多电压输出的摄像机套件手柄,其特征在于,所述的充电接口是D-TAP,所述的放电接口是D-TAP、DC电源插座、USB、Type-C、航空插头、雷莫接头中至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多电压输出的摄像机套件手柄,其特征在于,所述的套件手柄还设有过短保护指示灯,所述的过短保护指示灯安装在外壳上且焊接在智能控制电路上,所述的过短保护指示灯为双色LED灯,用于检测所有D-TAP给设备放电时的供电总量,当所有D-TAP的供电总量在限定电流以内工作时,指示灯为绿色,当所有D-TAP的供电总量超过限定电流时,指示灯为红色,即断开电流电压输出。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种多电压输出的摄像机套件手柄,其特征在于,所述的套件手柄还设有LED电量指示灯,所述的LED电量指示灯安装在外壳上且焊接在智能控制电路上,用于显示锂电池的剩余电量。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种多电压输出的摄像机套件手柄,其特征在于,所述的智能控制电路包括保护电路模块、主控模块、电压电流检测模块、电压转接器DC/DC1、电压转接器DC/DC2、输出控制模块;
所述的保护电路模块分别和锂电池、电压电流检测模块、电压转接器DC/DC1、电压转接器DC/DC2相连;
所述的电压转接器DC/DC1、电压转接器DC/DC2、输出控制模块分别和不同的电源接口相连;
所述的电压电流检测模块输出电压信息和电流信息至主控模块;
所述的锂电池输出LDO电源为主控模块提供电量;
所述的电源开关输出开关信息至主控模块;
所述的主控模块经过处理输出电压、电流至电压转接器DC/DC1和电压转接器DC/DC2,输出直流电至输出控制模块,输出电量信息至LED电量指示灯,输出电流信息至过短保护指示灯;
所述的电压转接器DC/DC1和电压转接器DC/DC2用于将锂电池的电压分出多路电压输出。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多电压输出的摄像机套件手柄,其特征在于,所述的套件手柄还包括套件连接件,所述的套件连接件根据不同套件定制形状,所述的外壳上设有至少一个套件连接件安装孔,所述的外壳通过套件连接件安装孔与套件连接件相连。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种多电压输出的摄像机套件手柄,其特征在于,所述的套件连接件上设有第一安装孔和第二安装孔,所述的第一安装孔用于连接外壳和套件连接件,所述的第二安装孔用于连接套件连接件和套件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种多电压输出的摄像机套件手柄,其特征在于,所述的套件手柄还设有热靴槽,所述的热靴槽固定在外壳上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种多电压输出的摄像机套件手柄,其特征在于,所述的外壳的材质为合金铝。
10.根据权利要求6或7所述的一种多电压输出的摄像机套件手柄,其特征在于,所述的套件连接件(5)的材质为合金铝。
