Through the mode, lamp installer also can accomplish the alignment of first electrical connecting part 106 and second electrical connecting part 210 simultaneously at the in-process of lifting lamp, with lug 1082 to going into pre-connection groove 2082, and then can accomplish mechanical connection and electric connection between connecting seat 2 and fixing base 1 through simple coherent single action more, has improved the installation effectiveness.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the luminaire fixture further has a resilient element 212. The elastic element 212 may be disposed on the bottom end surface of the fixing base 1, or may be disposed on the bottom of the second receiving cavity 204 of the connecting base 2. When the first body 104 of the fixing base 1 enters the second receiving cavity 204 and is rotated and fixed, the elastic element 212 in a compressed state applies axial acting force to the bottom of the first body 104 and the bottom of the second receiving cavity 204, respectively, and the axial acting force can abut against the fixing base 1 and the connecting base 2 along the axial direction on one hand, so as to restrain the axial relative motion between the fixing base 1 and the connecting base 2; on the other hand, the axial acting force can also increase the static friction force between the elastic element 212 and the position abutted and extruded, so that the relative movement between the fixed seat 1 and the connecting seat 2 along the circumferential direction is inhibited, and the stability of the lamp fixing device is improved.
In this embodiment, four through holes are formed at the bottom of the second receiving cavity 204, and the four elastic elements 212 are respectively disposed through the through holes and can move up and down in the through holes. When the operator dismantles the lamp, the operator needs to push up the lamp first and then rotate the lamp to pull the lamp out. In this embodiment, the position that sets up of through-hole keeps corresponding with the position of mounting groove 2084, and when making the operator exert bigger thrust, the axial displacement of lug 1082 in mounting groove 2084 is also bigger, reduces the influence that the atress of material itself warp and causes the dismantlement process, and lug 1082 deviates from in mounting groove 2084 during convenient to detach.
The following is a description of a specific use method of the lamp fixing device of the present embodiment during the installation and removal processes. Wherein, the installation process includes the following steps:
first, the fixing base 1 is installed in advance on a wall surface or a ceiling during building construction or finishing. After the wall surface electric wire is inserted into the corresponding interface of each electrode on the fixed seat 1 and fixed, the self-tapping screw is used to pass through the fixing hole 1022, and the fixed seat 1 can be fixed on the wall surface or the ceiling.
Next, the connecting socket 2 is aligned with the fixing socket 1, the connecting socket 2 is pushed up, each pre-connecting groove 2082 of the connecting socket 2 is used to receive each bump 1082 of the fixing socket 1, and when each bump 1082 is received in each pre-connecting groove 2082, the first conductive terminal 210a, the second conductive terminal 210b, and the third conductive terminal 210c are simultaneously pushed into the first receiving groove 106a, the second receiving groove 106b, and the third receiving groove 106c, respectively, due to the limitation of the geometric relationship. During the process of moving the bump 1082 to the bottom of the pre-connection groove 2082, the first conductive terminal 210a, the second conductive terminal 210b, and the third conductive terminal 210c will also be in contact with and electrically connected to the L electrode, the N electrode, and the E electrode, respectively.
Afterwards, the connecting seat 2 is rotated, the protruding block 1082 is pushed into the mounting groove 2084 along the circumferential direction, and the protruding block 1082 moves to the position limiting structure at the bottom of the mounting groove 2084. In the process of rotating the connecting seat 2, due to the axial acting force applied by the elastic element 212, the projection 1082 always abuts against and presses the upper side wall of the mounting groove 2084, and therefore, in the rotating process, the side inclined surface with the smaller gradient of the wedge-shaped protrusion 2086 always keeps guiding the position of the projection 1082. When the projection 1082 passes over the wedge-shaped protrusion 2086, the projection 1082 collides with the side wall of the mounting groove 2084 under the action of the elastic element 212, and the sound generated by the collision can prompt the installer to mount the mounting groove in place. In addition, because the central part for electric connection is in a circular or round shape, the circular or round conductive terminal can keep the electric connection with the electrode in the containing groove no matter how the conductive terminal rotates, and the rotation and the fixation of the mechanical connection part at the outer edge cannot be interfered.
Finally, the projection 1082 installed in place keeps circumferential and axial stability under the combined action of the elastic element 212 and the wedge-shaped protrusion 2086, and is difficult to slide out of the installation groove 2084, so that the stability of installation between the fixed seat 1 and the connecting seat 2 is ensured.
The installer can disassemble the lamp in the following way: firstly, the connecting seat 2 is pushed upwards, so that the mounting groove 2084 moves axially to the height at which the convex block 1082 can slide out; afterwards, the connecting seat 2 is rotated, and the protruding block 1082 slides out of the mounting groove 2084.
In order to further enhance the electrical connection strength between the fixing base 1 and the connecting socket 2, referring to fig. 2, in the lamp fixing device of the present embodiment, the third conductive terminal 210c has a protrusion 4a with a circular cross-sectional shape arranged along the radial direction, the third receiving groove 106c has a center electrode 107c arranged corresponding to the third conductive terminal 210c, and the center electrode 107c has a groove body 3 with a shape matched with the protrusion 4a, so as to clamp the third conductive terminal 210c by the matching between the groove body 3 and the protrusion 4 a.
Compared with the prior art, the utility model provides a lamps and lanterns fixing device sets up protruding 4a through setting up on third conductive terminal 210c, sets up corresponding cell body 3 on central electrode 107c, after connecting seat 2 docks the installation with fixing base 1, through protruding 4a on the 3 centre gripping third conductive terminal 210c of cell body, thereby restrict the motion of third conductive terminal 210c, make the electrode can well contact with third conductive terminal 210c, improved the electric connection intensity between connecting seat 2 and the fixing base 1.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the central electrode 107c is formed into a plurality of petal-shaped structures, and the petal-shaped structures can be opened and closed to a certain extent, so that the insertion of the third conductive terminal 210c is smoother, and the protrusion 4a can be clamped after the protrusion 4a is inserted in place, so as to lock the third conductive terminal 210c, thereby ensuring the electrical contact between the third conductive terminal 210c and the central electrode 107 c. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the plurality of petal-shaped structures are elastic pieces, and can move in cooperation with the insertion and the separation of the third conductive terminal 210 c. Specifically, in the present embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the center electrode 107c is formed in two lobe-like structures: the first lobe structure 107c1 and the second lobe structure 107c2, with the insertion of the third conductive terminal 210c, the first lobe structure 107c1 and the second lobe structure 107c2 are separated from each other by the thrust of the protrusion 4a, so that the protrusion 4a can move into the groove 3. When the protrusion 4a moves to the right position, the first petal-shaped structure 107c1 and the second petal-shaped structure 107c2 are folded to each other, so that the groove 3 is ensured to clamp the protrusion 4a, and the electrical connection between the two is firmer.
It is worth mentioning that, in the utility model discloses in, because connecting seat 2 and fixing base 1 dock or when dismantling, protruding 4a needs certain motion space. Therefore, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the size of the groove 3 is slightly larger than that of the protrusion 4 a.
Also, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the center electrode 107c is formed in a tapered shape converging toward the bottom of the third accommodation groove 106 c. After the third conductive terminal 210c is inserted into the center electrode 107c, since the size of the center electrode 107c is gradually tightened, the protrusion 4a can be abutted against the groove 3 of the center electrode 107c more tightly, so that the center electrode 107c clamps the third conductive terminal 210c, and the electrical contact between the third conductive terminal 210c and the center electrode 107c is ensured. Moreover, when the connecting socket 2 is separated from the fixing socket 1, the protrusion 4a receives the reaction force of the center electrode 107c, so that the third conductive terminal 210c is more easily separated from the center electrode 107 c.
Specifically, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the protrusions 4a are formed in a spherical shape. The spherical protrusion 4a is more rounded than the protrusions 4a of other shapes, and thus, the mounting and dismounting of the center electrode 107c to and from the third conductive terminal 210c is facilitated. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the protrusion 4a may also be in the shape of an ellipsoid, as long as the technical effect of improving the electrical contact between the central electrode 107c and the third conductive terminal 210c can be achieved and the assembly and disassembly can be facilitated.
In order to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the center electrode 107c and the third conductive terminal 210c, in some embodiments of the present invention, the spherical protrusion 4a is integrally formed with the third conductive terminal 210c, and a connection transition portion between the protrusion 4a and the third conductive terminal 210c is arc-shaped.
The protrusion 4a and the third conductive terminal 210c are integrally formed to prevent the third conductive terminal 210c and the spherical protrusion 4a from being separated from each other, thereby affecting the electrical connection between the fixing base 1 and the connecting socket 2. Moreover, the connection transition portion between the protrusion 4a and the third conductive terminal 210c is in an arc shape, and when the protrusion 4a is under a downward pulling force, the protrusion can be more easily separated from the slot body 3, so that the third conductive terminal 210c is separated from the center electrode 107 c.
In order to facilitate the insertion of the third conductive terminal 210c into the center electrode 107c and reduce the abrasion between the center electrode 107c and the third conductive terminal 210c, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2-5, the free end of the third conductive terminal 210c is formed as a smooth guiding portion 4 b.
Specifically, the guide portion 4b may be formed as a spherical surface or a curved surface such as a paraboloid of revolution, so that the third conductive terminal 210c can be more easily inserted into the center electrode 107c and abrasion between the third conductive terminal 210c and the center electrode 107c is reduced.
In order to further improve the fixing effect of the groove 3 on the protrusion 4a, thereby improving the electrical connection strength between the fixing base 1 and the connecting base 2, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the outer surface of the protrusion 4a and the inner surface of the groove 3 are formed as the frosted surface 7 a.
The frictional force received when relative movement is generated between the frosted surfaces 7a is larger than that of the smooth surfaces, and therefore, when the protrusions 4a are engaged with the tank body 3, the outer surfaces of the protrusions 4a are brought into contact with the inner surface of the tank body 3. When the third conductive terminal 210c tends to move downward, since the two surfaces in contact are the frosted surfaces 7a, the protrusions 4a are subjected to a larger frictional force to overcome the tendency of the third conductive terminal 210c to move downward, thereby facilitating the center electrode 107c to clamp the third conductive terminal 210 c.
Furthermore, in other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the outer surface of the projection 4a and the inner surface of the groove body 3 are formed as a surface with a pattern 7 b. Similarly, when the protrusion 4a is engaged with the slot 3, the outer surface of the protrusion 4a contacts the inner surface of the slot 3, and since the two surfaces contacting each other are the surfaces with the patterns 7b, the protrusion 4a is subjected to a larger frictional force to overcome the influence of gravity. In fig. 4, the pattern 7b on the center electrode 107c is not shown.
It is worth mentioning that, in some embodiments of the present invention, a fastening device is further disposed on the central electrode 107c, and the fastening device can tighten the central electrode 107c, so that the central electrode 107c is folded toward the third conductive terminal 210 c. The securing device can collapse the center electrode 107c to further clamp the third conductive terminal 210c through the center electrode 107c, thereby ensuring electrical contact between the third conductive terminal 210c and the center electrode 107 c.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the fastening device may be a ring 5 that is sleeved on the center electrode 107c and can be loosened or tightened, and the tightening or loosening operation of the ring 5 can be controlled by a switch 6 provided on the fixing base 1. When the connecting seat 2 and the fixing seat 1 are mounted in a butt joint manner, the adjusting switch 6 controls the ring 5 to be loosened, so that the third conductive terminal 210c can be inserted into the central electrode 107c, and after the protrusion 4a on the third conductive terminal 210c is clamped with the groove body 3 on the central electrode 107c, the adjusting switch 6 controls the ring 5 to be tightened, so that the petal-shaped structure of the central electrode 107c is folded, and the third conductive terminal 210c is further clamped to improve the strength of the electrical contact between the central electrode 107c and the third conductive terminal 210 c.
So far, the technical solution of the present invention has been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Without departing from the principle of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can make equivalent changes or substitutions to the related technical features, and the technical solutions after these changes or substitutions will fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
