(4) The user opens the article access arrangement and takes out the express delivery:
the user rotates the opening frame 4 downward to expose the opening end of the accommodating portion 3, takes out the article, and closes the accommodating portion 3. Then, the cover 2 is pushed vertically upward until the folded accommodating portion 3 is located between the cover 2 and the fixed frame 1, as shown in fig. 1.

1. An article storage and retrieval device, comprising:
a fixing frame (1) configured to be fixed on a mounting surface;

the opening frame (4) is rotatably arranged on the fixed frame (1), so that in the unfolding state of the accommodating part (3), the free end of the opening frame (4) is separated from or combined with the fixed frame (1) through rotation of the opening frame, and the opening or closing of the opening end of the accommodating part (3) is realized.

The article accessing device according to claim 1, wherein the mounting surface is vertically disposed, the opening frame (4) is rotatably connected to a bottom end of the fixing frame (1), and in a state where the accommodating portion (3) is unfolded, the opening frame (4) is rotated downward to open an open end of the accommodating portion (3) and to close the open end of the accommodating portion (3) when rotated upward to a vertical position.
3. The article storage and retrieval device according to claim 1, wherein the pulling member (7) is a flexible member and is at least partially inserted into the receiving portion (3) to allow the receiving portion (3) to be collapsed by pulling the pulling member (7).
4. The article storage and retrieval device according to claim 3, wherein the two free ends of the pulling member (7) extend diagonally rearward to the bottom at the two side walls of the receiving portion (3), extend along the bottom of the rear wall to a middle region where they extend to the bottom wall and form a tortuous path of extension at the bottom wall.
5. The article storage and retrieval device according to claim 3, wherein the bottom of the receiving portion (3) is provided with a first handle (31) for assisting the receiving portion (3) to be folded when pulled upward and assisting the receiving portion (3) to be unfolded when pulled downward.
6. The article storage and retrieval device according to claim 1, wherein a covering portion (8) is provided between the open end of the receptacle portion (3) and the opening frame (4), a support frame (9) is provided on the covering portion (8), one end of the support frame (9) is rotatably connected to the fixed frame (1), and when the open end of the receptacle portion (3) is opened, the support frame (9) and the open end of the opening frame (4) or the receptacle portion (3) are close to each other and the covering portion (8) is folded.
7. The article storage and retrieval device according to claim 1, further comprising a cover (2), wherein the cover (2) is located at a front side of the receiving portion (3) in a state where the receiving portion (3) is unfolded, and wherein the receiving portion (3) is located between the cover (2) and the fixed frame (1) in a state where it is folded.
8. The article storage and retrieval device according to claim 7, wherein the cover body (2) is provided with a delivery opening (21), and the delivery opening (21) communicates with the interior of the receiving portion (3) so as to directly put the small articles from the delivery opening (21) into the receiving portion (3) when the open end of the receiving portion (3) is closed.
9. The article storage and retrieval device according to claim 7, further comprising a connecting rod (5) disposed at a side of the receiving portion (3), wherein two connecting rods (5) are disposed at each side of the receiving portion (3), each connecting rod (5) has one end hinged to the fixed frame (1) and the other end hinged to the cover body (2), and the cover body (2), the fixed frame (1) and the two connecting rods (5) at each side form a parallelogram mechanism.
10. The article accessing apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
a first locking member provided between the cover body (2) and the fixed frame (1) for locking the cover body (2) with respect to the fixed frame (1);
the second locking component is arranged between the opening frame (4) and the fixed frame (1) and is used for realizing the locking of the opening frame relative to the fixed frame (1); and
and the identity recognition component is used for unlocking the first locking component or the second locking component after the identity verification information provided by the user is successfully verified.
11. The article access device of claim 1, wherein the article access device is a courier box.
