背景技术
我国是进出口贸易的大国,绝大部分进出口货物,都是通过海洋运输方式运输的。海洋运输的运量大,海运费用低,是其优势所在,电缆是常用的供电设备,但是船舶的机舱中通常会有腐蚀性的油液,设备(例如发动机)散发的高温,以及船舱晃动带来的摩擦,这些因素都极易对电缆产生损坏,一般的电缆难以在其中使用要求。
发明内容
为了克服普通电缆不适用于船舶机舱的问题,本发明提供一种船舶机舱用电缆,该一种船舶机舱用电缆具有极好的耐磨、耐油液、和耐高温性能,适用于船舶机舱中。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种船舶机舱用电缆,包括导体,所述导体材质为镀镍铜,所述导体外设有硅橡胶层,所述硅橡胶层外设有聚丙烯薄膜层,所述聚丙烯薄膜层外设有聚酰亚胺纤维布层,所述聚酰亚胺纤维布层外设有吸油纤维毡层,所述吸油纤维毡层外设有聚四氟乙烯薄膜层,所述聚四氟乙烯薄膜层外设有聚氨酯护套。
优选的,所述硅橡胶层采用高温硫化硅橡胶。
镀镍铜导体具有良好的高温抗氧化性,在高温下依然有良好的机械性能,使用高温硫化硅橡胶作为绝缘层,是因为其具有极佳的高温稳定性,以及极其稳定的化学性质,聚酰亚胺纤维布具有耐高低温特性、阻燃性,离火自熄以及极佳的隔温性,为内部线缆提供保护,聚四氟乙烯薄膜层与聚丙烯薄膜层组成两道防水汽、油液侵入的屏障,还设有吸油纤维毡层可进一步的防止油液渗透,聚氨酯护套耐油、耐磨机械强度高,是极好的电缆护套材料。
本发明的有益效果是:通过多种材料的组合,提供具有极好的耐磨、耐油液、耐高温性能,适用于船舶机舱中的电缆。
