Further, the extension length of the filler layer 50 is substantially the same as the extension length of the sub-content cavity 31. Opposite ends of the filler layer 50 extend to opposite sides of the first substrate 10 in the width direction, and both abut against the first side sealing plate 41 and the second side sealing plate 42.
The filler layer 50 has two opposite end faces (not shown), one of which faces the first side closure plate 41 and the other faces the second side closure plate 42. Specifically, two end faces of the filler layer 50 are respectively attached to the first side sealing plate and the second side sealing plate, so that the first side sealing plate and the second side sealing plate can be connected and fixed through the partition board 61, the first substrate and the second substrate 20, and the structural strength of the bathroom furniture board 130 is further improved.
In other embodiments, the shape of the filler layer 50 may be any shape, such as a rectangular body, a cylinder, a polygonal body, or an irregular body.
In some embodiments, the filler layer 50 fills the entire internal cavity 30, and in particular, a plurality of filler layers 50 are respectively filled in the sub-content cavities 31, for example, may be configured as shown in fig. 5. The filler layer 50 has a first supporting surface 51 and a second supporting surface 52 opposite to each other, the first supporting surface 51 facing the first substrate 10 and being attached to the mounting back surface 12, and the second supporting surface facing the second substrate 20 and being attached to the first mounting back surface 21. Further, the first support surface 51 and the second support surface 52 are disposed in parallel with each other, and the first support surface 51 and the second support surface 52 are substantially flat surfaces. The first supporting surfaces 51 are respectively attached to the first mounting back surface 21, and the first supporting surfaces 51 are flush with each other, so that the first substrate 10 can be supported by the first supporting surfaces 51; accordingly, the plurality of second supporting surfaces 52 are attached to the second mounting surface 11, and the plurality of second supporting surfaces 52 are flush with each other, so that the plurality of second supporting surfaces 52 can jointly support the second substrate 20.
The first substrate 10 and the second substrate 20 are supported by the filler layer 50, so that the stress capacities of the first substrate 10 and the second substrate 20 can be enhanced, when the local part of the first substrate 10 or the second substrate 20 is impacted by an external force, the first supporting surface 51 and the second supporting surface 52 can support the first substrate 10 and the second substrate 20, so that the first substrate 10 and the second substrate 20 are stressed uniformly, that is, each local point in the first substrate 10 and the second substrate 20 has a better stress capacity, and the occurrence of local dent damage is avoided.
During assembly, the plurality of filler layers 50 are respectively disposed in the plurality of sub-inner cavities 31, and the filler layers 50 may be fixed in the sub-inner cavities 31 by gluing, embedding, welding, or the like, for example: the first support surface 51 may be adhered to the mounting back surface 12 and the second support surface 52 may be adhered to the first mounting back surface 21.
In some embodiments, the filler layer 50 defines a fixing hole (not shown), wherein the fixing hole is disposed on the second supporting surface 52, the fixing hole has an internal thread, and wherein the second substrate 20 defines a mounting hole (not shown) for cooperating with the fixing hole. The mounting holes penetrate through the second substrate 20, are coaxially disposed with the fixing holes, and are communicated with each other, so that the bathroom furniture panel 130 can be connected with other accessories through bolts or screws, thereby facilitating installation. The specific positions of the mounting holes and the fixing holes can be set according to requirements.
In some embodiments, the end face of the filler layer 50 may be opened with a plurality of through holes (not shown), wherein the number and the structural size of the through holes may be set according to requirements, and the axial direction of the through holes is approximately parallel to the mounting surface 11. The weight of the filler, i.e., the bathroom furniture panel 130, can be reduced by providing a plurality of through-holes. In addition, in some embodiments, the filler layer 50 to be connected with the screw or the bolt may not be provided with a through hole, i.e., the connection strength of the filler layer 50 may be enhanced. In addition, the filler layer 50, which is not required to be connected to a screw or a bolt, may be provided with a certain number of through holes or blind holes according to requirements.
In some embodiments, the filler layer 50 may be composed of a plurality of filler layers (not shown), such as: the plurality of filling layers are stacked or arranged side by side to form the filling layers 50, and the filling layers 50 can be combined and formed through bonding, mortise and tenon joint, threaded connection, welding and the like. The filling layer 55 can be made of different materials, for example: the filling layer may be composed of a metal layer + a wood layer or a plastic layer + a metal layer stacked. In addition, the middle filling layer 55 may be made of light materials such as plastic or wood, and the filling layers 55 of corresponding materials may be selected according to different requirements for combination. Therefore, the processing difficulty can be reduced, and the cost can be saved. In addition, the middle filler layer 55 may be perforated with a plurality of holes, which may reduce the material and weight of the filler layer 50.
In some embodiments, the filling position and amount of the filler layer 50 may be set according to requirements, for example, the filler layer 50 may be set in the form of fig. 7, that is, the filler layer 50 may be filled in the corresponding sub-content cavity 31 in an area where the extrusion substrate 100 needs to be connected with a bolt or a screw. In addition, the filler layer 50 to be connected with the screw or the bolt may be made of plastic or metal. Thus, the connection strength of the screw or the screw and the extrusion substrate 100 can be increased, the screw is prevented from slipping or loosening, and the weight of the extrusion substrate 100 can be reduced.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 6 and 7 together, the bathroom furniture panel 130 is further provided with a connecting member 120, wherein the connecting member 120 may include a hinge 90 and/or a handle 110, and the hinge 90 is connected to the surface of the second substrate 20 away from the first substrate 10, i.e., the first mounting surface 22 of the second substrate 20, by bolts or screws. Wherein the hinge 90 is used to connect two solids and allow relative rotation between the two. The hinge 90 generally has a mounting through hole (not shown) and is fitted with the mounting through hole and the mounting hole. The handle 110 is mounted on the surface of the decorative plate 70 far from the first substrate 10 by screwing, welding or bonding a lamp, and in addition, in the case of the bathroom furniture panel 130 without the decorative plate 70, the handle 110 may be directly mounted on the surface of the first substrate 10 far from the second substrate 20. In addition, in some embodiments, the connectors 120 may also include structural accessories such as corner brackets, rails, and cabinet feet.
When the bathroom furniture panel 130 is mounted, the hinge 90 may be fixed to the bathroom furniture panel 130 by screws or bolts sequentially passing through the mounting through-holes of the hinge 90, the mounting holes of the second substrate 20, and the fixing holes of the filler layer 50. In addition, in some embodiments, nuts may be embedded in the fixing holes or the mounting holes, so as to enhance the connection strength of the screws or bolts to the extrusion substrate 100. Furthermore, in some embodiments, the bathroom furniture panel 130 may also be provided without mounting and fixing holes, such as: the hinge 90 can be directly connected and fixed by self-tapping screws sequentially passing through the second substrate 20 and the filler layer 50. This can increase the engaging depth of the screw or bolt with the extrusion substrate 100, i.e., prevent loosening or sliding of the teeth, thereby increasing the connection strength of the screw or bolt with the extrusion substrate 100.
In the bathroom furniture board 130 provided in this embodiment, the extrusion substrate 100 is formed by extrusion, so that the extrusion substrate 100 has better structural strength, and meanwhile, the processing difficulty and the processing cost of the bathroom furniture board 130 can be reduced.
