As shown in fig. 1, a mounting device 100 for a casement window of an embodiment includes a first portion 110 and a second portion 120. The installation device 100 is used for installing the window sash of a casement window, in particular to the installation of the window sash of an aluminum alloy bridge-cut-off heat insulation platform window.
The first portion 110 has a first surface 111. 1 wherein, the first portion 110 may be an aluminum alloy plate, that is, the first portion 110 may be made of an aluminum alloy, so that the weight of the mounting device 100 may be reduced, the carrying may be facilitated, and the like. The second portion 120 is disposed on the first portion 110, and the second portion 120 is fixedly connected to the first surface 111. Here, the second portion 120 may be an aluminum alloy plate, that is, the second portion 120 may be made of an aluminum alloy, so that the weight of the mounting apparatus 100 may be reduced, the carrying may be facilitated, and the like. In the present embodiment, the first portion 110 and the second portion 120 may each have a rectangular parallelepiped shape.
In one embodiment, an edge of the surface of the second portion 120 adjacent to the first portion 110 is fixedly connected to an edge of the first portion 110. In other words, the first portion 110 and the second portion 120 are connected in a stepped manner. It should be noted that the first portion 110 and the second portion 120 may be integrally formed. The second portion 120 may be fixed to other positions of the first surface 111.
Referring to fig. 1 again, the second portion 120 is formed with a first groove 121, and the first groove 121 extends to the edge of the second portion 120. The first groove 121 is adapted to be clamped on a first edge 210 of a window frame 200 of a casement window, as shown in fig. 2. Furthermore, the first groove 121 is adapted to the first edge 210, such that when the sash of the casement window is mounted, the first edge 210 is caught in the first groove 121, the mounting device 100 is fixed to the window frame 200, and the window frame 200 serves as a fixed platform for the mounting device 100. The arrangement is simple in structure, other parts are not needed to be matched for use, and the window frame is utilized.
The first surface 111 is intended to receive the sash of a casement window and the sash abuts against the second portion 120, so that when the sash is mounted, the sash is secured to the mounting device 100 for hinged securing of the sash. The mountable mass range of the window sash is 0-60 kg, and the openable angle in the mounting process is 90 degrees.
Above-mentioned installation device 100 for casement window, first portion 110 has first surface 111, second portion 120 is located on first portion 110, and second portion 120 and first surface 111 fixed connection, first recess 121 has been seted up on second portion 120, first recess 121 extends to the edge of second portion 120, first recess 121 is used for blocking on first edge 210 of window frame 200 of casement window, and first recess 121 and first edge 210 looks adaptation, thus through the cooperation of first recess 121 and first edge 210, fix installation device 100 on window frame 200, first surface 222 is used for placing the casement of casement window again, and this casement is close to second portion 120, thereby when the casement is installed, fix the casement on installation device 100 and carry out the hinge fixation this casement, not only can solve the safety risk of installation, can also improve installation quality and installation effectiveness. In addition, the problem that the window sashes need to be installed on the outer side can be solved, the influence of conditions such as cross construction operation can be avoided, and the problem that the window sashes are installed obliquely is further avoided.
In one embodiment, the mounting device 100 further includes a slidable member (not shown). Specifically, the first surface 111 is provided with a second groove 112, the second groove 112 extends to two ends of the first surface 111, and the slidable member is disposed in the second groove 112. After the window sash hinge is installed, the installed window sash is opened through the slidable part, and the installation device 100 is taken out, so that the installation device 100 can be recycled, and the cost is saved. Furthermore, by the arrangement of the slidable member, friction between the sash and the first surface 111 may be reduced. It should be noted that the size of the slidable member may be selected for different sashes.
Further, in one embodiment, the mounting device 100 further includes a rotating member 130, as shown in FIG. 2. One end of the rotation member 130 is provided on a surface of the first portion 110 opposite to the first surface 111, and the other end of the rotation member 130 is used to abut on a balcony. Wherein, the balcony refers to the balcony that flat-open window corresponds. The rotating member 130 is used to adjust the position of the first portion 110 in the vertical direction. Wherein, the vertical direction refers to a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the first groove 121. Through the arrangement of the rotating component 130, the height of the installation device 100 in the vertical direction can be adjusted, so that the installation requirement in the installation process of the window sash is met, and in addition, the support function is provided for the window sash.
In one embodiment, the number of the first grooves 121 is multiple, and the multiple first grooves 121 are arranged in parallel, that is, the extending directions of the multiple first grooves 121 are the same. As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the number of the first grooves 121 is two. The number of the first grooves 121 is plural so that the mounting device 100 is suitable for various sizes of window frames.
Further, in an embodiment, a distance between a side wall of the first groove 121 farthest from the first portion 110 and an end of the first portion 110 away from the first surface 111 is equal to a width of a card slot of the window frame 200, wherein the card slot is adjacent to the first edge portion 210. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the window frame 200 has a catch formed by a first edge portion 210 and a second edge portion opposite to the first edge portion 210. The distance between the side wall of the first groove 121 farthest from the first portion 110 and the end of the first portion 110 far from the first surface 111 is equal to the width of the catching groove of the window frame 200, so that the fitting between the mounting device 100 and the window frame 200 is tighter. Further, the depth of the first groove 121 may be the same as the height of the first edge 210. By adopting the installation device 100, in the installation process of the window sash, the high-strength push-pull notch (namely the clamping groove) of the window frame is used as the inner side fixing point for fixing the installation device 100, so that the force transmission of the window sash is solved.
Referring to fig. 2 again, in an embodiment, the mounting device 100 further includes a protrusion 140, the protrusion 140 is formed by extending from a surface of the second portion 120, on which the first groove 121 is formed, and the protrusion 140 is used to be clamped between a second edge portion opposite to the first edge portion 210 and a bottom of the card slot. That is, the protrusion 140 is stepped from the second portion 120. The fixing of the mounting device 100 to the window frame 200 is made more stable by the provision of the protrusion 140. It should be noted that the protrusion 140 may be integrally formed with the first portion 110 and the second portion 120. The material used for the projection 140 may also be an aluminum alloy.
The construction method of the installation device for the casement window comprises the following steps:
s10: and clamping a first groove arranged on the second part on a first edge part of a window frame of the casement window, wherein the first groove is matched with the first edge part.
Specifically, according to the size of the window frame, a corresponding first groove is selected and clamped on the first edge of the window frame. When the mounting device is provided with the protruding part, the protruding part is plugged into the clamping groove of the window frame for fixing.
S20: the casement of the casement window is lifted to the position of the window frame, the casement is fixed on the first surface of the first part, and the window is hinged and fixed.
Specifically, the window sash is lifted to the window frame, the opening angle is adjusted to fix the window sash on the mounting device 100, and the window sash is hinged.
The construction method of the installation device for the casement window is convenient and safe to construct.
In one embodiment, after step S20, the method further includes the steps of: the sash is opened by the slidable member and the mounting device 100 is removed for recycling.
Further, in an embodiment, in step S20, the window sash is fixed on the first surface of the first portion, and the window sash is hinged by adjusting the height of the mounting device in the vertical direction by adjusting the rotating member.
