Detailed Description
The present invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings and examples.
The structure of a typical embodiment portable uv disinfection container is shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1, the portable ultraviolet disinfection container comprises an ultraviolet disinfection container body 4 and a handle 5 installed on the ultraviolet disinfection container body 4. This ultraviolet disinfection container can conveniently be carried through handle 5 for this ultraviolet disinfection container not only can use at home, can carry to the office use moreover or use when going out. More importantly, a special lighting device is adopted.
The illumination device includes: the ultraviolet lamp comprises an article containing cavity 1 for containing a sterilized object and five light-emitting devices, wherein the five light-emitting devices are correspondingly fixed on the front cavity wall, the rear cavity wall, the left cavity wall, the right cavity wall and the upper cavity wall of the article containing cavity 1, so that ultraviolet light can be radiated to the article containing cavity 1 from the front direction, the rear direction, the left direction, the right direction and the upper direction.
When the portable ultraviolet sterilizing device is used, the container type sterilized object is vertically arranged in the article receiving cavity 1 or horizontally arranged in the article receiving cavity 1, and the ultraviolet light radiated by the illumination device can reach the outer surface and the inner surface of the container type sterilized object no matter the container opening faces upwards or leftwards, rightwards, backwards or forwards. Therefore, after the illumination device is adopted, the sterilized objects can be effectively sterilized without being placed in a designated mode, namely, the convenience of use is greatly improved while the sterilization effect is improved.
Further, the illumination device further comprises two light reflecting devices 3, and the two light reflecting devices 3 are respectively fixed on the upper cavity wall and the lower cavity wall of the article accommodating cavity 1. By means of the light reflecting device 3, the ultraviolet light can be reflected back to the article accommodating cavity 1 for reuse. Meanwhile, the reflector 3 of the lower chamber wall allows ultraviolet light to be radiated from below to above without installing a light emitting device on the lower chamber wall, that is, ultraviolet light can be radiated into the article storage chamber 1 from six directions by five light emitting devices.
As another embodiment, light emitting devices are respectively fixed to the top wall of the article storage chamber 1 and two adjacent side walls of the article storage chamber 1, such as a front side wall and a left side wall, a front side wall and a right side wall, a rear side wall and a left side wall, and a rear side wall, and light reflecting devices are respectively fixed to the bottom wall of the article storage chamber 1 and the opposite walls of the two side walls. Although it is possible to radiate ultraviolet light from six directions into the article storage chamber 1, the ultraviolet light reflected back is attenuated, and therefore the sterilization effect of this embodiment is slightly lower than that of the previous embodiment.
It should be understood that, according to the above teaching, if the ultraviolet light can be radiated into the article storage chamber 1 in six directions, then the user can freely place the object to be sterilized in the article storage chamber 1 during use, and the convenience of use is the best. However, the convenience of use can be improved by fixing the light emitting device to two or more chamber walls.
The reflecting device 3 may be a metal plate, one surface of which is a mirror surface or both surfaces are mirror surfaces, reflecting ultraviolet light by the mirror surface toward the article storage chamber 1. The reflecting means 3 may also be a light reflecting coating, such as an aluminum coating, a mercury coating, etc., disposed on the corresponding chamber wall of the article receiving chamber 1.
Referring to fig. 1, the light emitting device of each cavity wall of the article receiving cavity 1 includes a plurality of LEDs 2, the plurality of LEDs 2 are arranged on a substrate (not shown) in an array, and the substrate is installed inside the corresponding cavity wall of the article receiving cavity 1. Thus, the light emitting device is a surface light source, and can uniformly radiate ultraviolet light to the entire space of the article storage chamber 1.
More preferably, the LED 2 comprises a first LED chip with the wavelength of 260-. Thus, the LED 2 generates ultraviolet light with two wavelengths, and a better sterilization effect can be achieved. Moreover, the light rays radiated by the second LED wafer can be seen by naked eyes, so that the disinfection working state can be visually known by observing the light rays through the observation window arranged on the cavity wall of the article accommodating cavity 1.
The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the specific embodiments, and the detailed description is only for assisting the skilled person in understanding the content of the present invention, and can not be understood as the limitation of the protection scope of the present invention. Various decorations, equivalent changes and the like which are performed on the scheme by the technical personnel in the field under the conception of the invention are all included in the protection scope of the invention.
