Ultraviolet light has good sterilization effect and is widely used in the field of disinfection. Ultraviolet disinfection containers are one of the main applications of ultraviolet light in the disinfection field. The ultraviolet disinfection container is characterized in that the luminous device irradiates ultraviolet light to the article accommodating cavity, the ultraviolet light directly irradiates the object to be disinfected, and bacteria on the surface of the object to be disinfected are killed, so that the aim of disinfection is fulfilled. At present, although the ultraviolet disinfection container can kill most bacteria on the surface of the objects to be disinfected, the disinfection effect is not ideal, especially for the objects to be disinfected of containers. In addition, some portable ultraviolet disinfection containers are provided with heating air channels, hot air can be released to the article accommodating cavity, residual water stains on the sterilized articles are dried, and the energy consumption in the drying process is high.
Experiments and researches show that if the container mouth of the object to be sterilized of the container is aligned with the illumination direction, the sterilizing effect can be remarkably improved, and the expected sterilizing effect can be achieved. Referring to fig. 1, the portable ultraviolet disinfection container includes a disinfection container body 4, wherein the disinfection container body 4 is provided with an article storage cavity 1, a cover body 4' and a handle 5.
The sterilizing container body 4 is also provided with an illumination device. The illumination device comprises five light emitting devices, and the five light emitting devices are respectively fixed on the top wall and the four side walls of the article storage cavity 1. Each light emitting device comprises a plurality of LEDs 6, and a plurality of LEDs 6 are arranged on a substrate in an array manner, so that a surface light source is formed, and ultraviolet light can be uniformly radiated to the whole space of the article accommodating cavity 1. The LED 6 comprises a first LED wafer with the wavelength of 260-280nm and a second LED wafer with the wavelength of 390-400nm, so that the LED generates ultraviolet light with two wavelengths, and a better sterilization effect can be achieved. When the fan 7' is operated, negative pressure is generated at the air return opening 2, and the negative pressure acts on the air in the article accommodating cavity 1 to promote the diffusion of the air. This positional design adopted in the present embodiment enables better diffusion of air entering the article receiving chamber 1 from the air outlet 3, compared to the air outlet 3 and the air return 2 arranged on the same side and opposite side.
The heating air duct is further provided with two return air inlets 2, and the two return air inlets 2 are formed in two opposite cavity walls of the article storage cavity 1. The air diffusion effect of the air in the article accommodating chamber 1 is improved by the design of disposing the air return ports on the opposite side walls, respectively, as compared with the arrangement of the air return ports 2 on only one side.
Referring to fig. 3, the electric heating element 8 of the heating air duct includes a resistive wire 10 and a sheet-shaped skeleton 9 having a hollowed-out portion 11, wherein the resistive wire 10 is wound on the skeleton 9 in a sparse manner, and a mesh structure is formed at the hollowed-out portion 11. With such an electric heating element 8, it is possible to easily fix it to the end of the fan 7', and the installation of the electric heating element 8 is very convenient. In addition, the air can pass through the net structure, so that the contact area between the air and the electric heating element can be effectively increased, and the rapid and efficient heating of the flowing air is realized.
The disinfection container body 4 is further provided with a control system, the control system comprises a main control board and a human-computer interface, the control system is electrically connected with the illumination device and the heating air duct and is used for controlling the illumination device to release ultraviolet light to the article storage cavity 1 and controlling the heating air duct to release hot air to the article storage cavity 1.
Referring to fig. 4, the human-computer interface includes: a first function key 12, a second function key 13, a third function key 14 and a fourth function key 15, wherein the first function key 12 is used for outputting a first instruction of disinfection and deodorization to the main control board; the second function key 13 is used for outputting second instructions of sequentially sterilizing, deodorizing, drying and preserving under constant temperature and sterility to the main control board; the third function key 14 is used for outputting a third instruction of sterilizing, deodorizing and drying to the main control board; the fourth function key 15 is used for outputting a fourth instruction for turning on or off the power supply to the main control board.
When the first function key 12 is pressed, the main control board controls the illumination device to work, ultraviolet light is released to the article storage cavity 1, disinfection and deodorization are carried out, and the power supply is turned off after the disinfection and deodorization are completed. When the second function key 13 is pressed, the main control board firstly controls the illumination device to release ultraviolet light to the article accommodating cavity 1 for disinfection and deodorization; after the disinfection time is up, the air duct structure is started to release hot air to the article accommodating cavity 1 for drying; after the drying is finished, the illumination device and the air duct structure are controlled to run at low power, and a small amount of ultraviolet light and a small amount of hot air are continuously released to the article storage cavity 1, so that constant-temperature sterile storage is realized. When the third function key 14 is pressed, the main control board firstly controls the illumination device to release ultraviolet light to the article accommodating cavity 1 for disinfection and deodorization; and after the disinfection time is up, starting the air duct structure to release hot air to the article accommodating cavity 1, drying, and turning off the power supply after the completion of the drying. In the starting-up state, after the fourth function key 15 is pressed, the main control board controls the power supply to be turned off. In the off state, after the fourth function key 15 is pressed, the main control board controls the power supply to be turned on.
Therefore, through the four functional keys, the single sterilization and deodorization, one-key sterilization and deodorization and drying and constant-temperature sterile storage can be selected, different sterilization requirements of users can be met, and various sterilization modes are controlled by one key, so that the multifunctional sterilizing device is very convenient to use.

The portable ultraviolet disinfection container of claim 2, comprising five light emitting devices and two light reflecting devices, wherein the five light emitting devices are respectively fixed on the top wall and the four side walls of the article receiving cavity, and the two light reflecting devices are respectively fixed on the top wall and the bottom wall of the article receiving cavity.
4. The portable ultraviolet disinfection container of claim 1, wherein said light emitting means comprises a plurality of LEDs, a plurality of said LED arrays being arranged on a substrate, said LEDs comprising a first LED die having a wavelength of 260-280nm and a second LED die having a wavelength of 390-400 nm.
5. The portable ultraviolet disinfection container of claim 1, wherein said disinfection container body is further provided with a battery.
