Preferably, further comprises an elbow fixing part fixed on the elbow of the affected upper limb; the elbow fixing part is formed into an L shape, the upper end of the inner side of the elbow fixing part is fixed to the outer side of the second rear-side transverse fixing band through a fourth thread gluing, and the lower end of the inner side of the elbow fixing part is fixed to the lower side of the reversely-folded front-side longitudinal fixing band through a fifth thread gluing.

The acromioclavicular encircling fixation device of the present application, comprising: shoulder socket 11, first rear side transverse fixing belt 12, second rear side transverse fixing belt 15, front side transverse fixing belt 13 and front side longitudinal fixing belt 14.
The shoulder pit portion 11 is used to surround the shoulder of the affected upper limb.
The first rear lateral fixing band 12 is formed on the lower side of the rear side of the shoulder portion 11 and extends along the back of the patient to the underarm portion of the upper limb on the opposite side to the affected side. The front lateral fixing band 13 is formed on the lower side of the front side of the shoulder portion 11 and extends along the chest of the patient to the underarm portion of the upper limb on the opposite side to the affected side. As shown in fig. 3, the elbow fixing section 16 is fixed to the elbow of the affected upper limb. As shown in fig. 4, the elbow fixing portion 16 is formed in an L shape, an upper end of an inner side thereof is fixed to an outer side of the second rear lateral fixing band 15 by a fourth hook and loop fastener 16a, and a lower end of an inner side thereof is fixed to a lower side of the reversely folded front longitudinal fixing band by a fifth hook and loop fastener 16 b.
The surfaces of the first rear-side transverse fixing band 12, the second rear-side transverse fixing band 15, the front-side transverse fixing band 13 and the front-side longitudinal fixing band 14 are formed with terry loops, and the first adhesive button 12b, the second adhesive button 14b and the third adhesive button are formed with adhesive hooks on both sides thereof.
The first hook and loop fastener 12b is connected to the end of the first rear transverse fixing belt 12 through the soft belt 12a, so that the first hook and loop fastener 12b can be selectively fixed on the inner side or the outer side of the first rear transverse fixing belt 12, as shown in fig. 5 and 6; similarly, the second hook and loop fastener 14b is connected to the end of the front longitudinal fixing belt 14 through the soft belt 14a, so that the second hook and loop fastener 14b can be selectively fixed on the inner side or the outer side of the front longitudinal fixing belt 14; the third hook and loop fastener is connected to the end of the second rear lateral fixing band 15 through a soft belt, so that the third hook and loop fastener can be selectively fixed on the inner side or the outer side of the second rear lateral fixing band 15. The hook and loop fastener is connected through the soft belt, so that the hook and loop fastener can be positioned on the inner side or the outer side, the acromioclavicular encircling fixing device can be applied to the upper limb on the other side only by turning over, namely, the acromioclavicular encircling fixing device is not limited to the left upper limb or the right upper limb, and has good universality.

the shoulder and the fossa are used for surrounding the shoulder of the upper limb on the affected side; a first rear lateral fixing band formed on the lower side of the rear side of the shoulder and extending along the back of the patient to the underarm part of the upper limb on the opposite side of the affected side; the front lateral fixing belt is formed at the lower side of the front side of the shoulder pit part, extends to the armpit part of the upper limb at the opposite side of the affected side along the chest of the patient, and the end part of the front lateral fixing belt and the end part of the first rear lateral fixing belt are fixed together through a first adhesive buckle; the front longitudinal fixing belt is formed at the lower side of the front transverse fixing belt in a downward extending manner, is folded upwards and backwards, wraps the small arm of the upper limb at the affected side, and is fixed with the front transverse fixing belt through a second thread gluing; the second rear transverse fixing band is formed at the lower side of the rear side of the shoulder pit part, extends towards the chest around the outer side of the big arm of the upper limb at the affected side of the patient, and the end part of the second rear transverse fixing band is fixed on the reversely folded front longitudinal fixing band through a third thread gluing.

The acromioclavicular encircling fixation device of claim 1, wherein: further comprises an elbow fixing part which is fixed on the elbow of the affected upper limb; the elbow fixing part is formed into an L shape, the upper end of the inner side of the elbow fixing part is fixed to the outer side of the second rear-side transverse fixing band through a fourth thread gluing, and the lower end of the inner side of the elbow fixing part is fixed to the lower side of the reversely-folded front-side longitudinal fixing band through a fifth thread gluing.
