The cutting ferrule 6 comprises cutting ferrules with different angles according to the angle requirement of the forceps tip 3 relative to the forceps handle 2. The structure of the 90-degree ferrule 63 is substantially similar to that of the 45-degree ferrule 62, except that the baffle is a 90-degree baffle perpendicular to the lower wall of the ferrule; the difference is that the opening of the upper wall of the clamp is larger than the 45-degree clamp sleeve 62, and the size and the shape of the opening are still ensured to be fixed when the corresponding position of the forceps tip 3 is placed in the opening. The 90-degree baffle can be a cube arranged perpendicular to the lower wall of the clamping hoop. When the forceps are clamped, the forceps tips penetrate out of the clamping sleeve from the opening. Two through holes are respectively formed in the opposite positions of the two forceps handles 2, the positioning column penetrates through the two through holes, and positioning rings 4 are respectively arranged at the two ends of the positioning column.
