In addition, in another embodiment, the structure similar to the second mounting portion 221 is not provided on the other second side wall 22, based on the structural complexity of the corner member 2. On the basis that a first mounting part 211 and a second mounting part 221 already provide a sufficiently secure connection, the manufacturing costs of the corner piece 2 can be reduced, which can be manufactured relatively reliably and in a time-saving manner, whether the corner piece 2 is produced by injection moulding or by stamping, machining or casting.
Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, four side members 1 and four corner members 2 are connected end to end in sequence, and the mounting structure 100 is rectangular, and the corner members 2 are bent at 90 degrees, that is, two end surfaces of the second bottom wall 21 are perpendicular to each other.
Of course, in other embodiments, the corner members 2 may be disposed at other degrees, such as 60 ° bends, and other numbers (such as six) of the side members 1 and the corner members 2 may be selected to be connected in series to form a closed loop. The mounting structure 100 in the form of a closed loop completely surrounds a plurality of structures to be assembled that need to be secured and spliced. In other embodiments, the mounting structure 100 may not necessarily form a closed loop, and the curved mounting structure 100 may be formed by selecting a smaller number of side members 1 and corner members 2, the side members 1 and corner members 2 connecting the surroundings of a plurality of structures to be assembled that need to be fixed and spliced, and the two ends of the mounting structure 100 may be fixed on the structures to be assembled or at other fixed positions by other forms and means.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 10, the first mounting portion 211 is connected to the inner surface of the first bottom wall 11, and the second mounting portion 221 is connected to the inner surface of the first side wall 12, so that the first mounting portion 211 and the second mounting portion 221 can be hidden inside the sidepiece 1, and the appearance is uniform and beautiful.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, a step is formed between the outer surface of the first mounting portion 211 and the outer surface of the second bottom wall 21, and a step is formed between the outer surface of the second mounting portion 221 and the outer surface of the second side wall 22, so that when the first mounting portion 211 and the second mounting portion 221 are hidden inside the sidepiece 1, the outer surface of the sidepiece 1 and the outer surface of the corner piece 2 are aligned, which further makes the mounting structure 100 flat and beautiful in appearance, and also more beautiful and flat in application to a structure to be combined.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8 to 11, a first mounting hole 210 is formed on the first mounting portion 211, a first mating hole 110 is correspondingly formed on the first bottom wall 11, a second mounting hole 220 is formed on the second mounting portion 221, and a second mating hole 120 is correspondingly formed on the first side wall 12. The first mounting hole 210 and the first fitting hole 110 may be locked by a screw, etc., and the second mounting hole 220 and the second fitting hole 120 may be locked by a screw, etc.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, in an embodiment, the sidepiece 1 further includes two stopping portions 13 respectively disposed on the two first side walls 12, when the first mounting portion 211 is connected to the first bottom wall 11, it substantially abuts against the first bottom wall 11 and one of the resisting portions 13, when the second mounting portion 221 is connected with one of the first side walls 12, which substantially abuts between the first bottom wall 11 and the other abutting portion 13, which is equivalent to pre-fixing the first mounting portion 211 and the second mounting portion 221 in the sidepiece 1, so that they are not easy to move in the sidepiece 1, therefore, the subsequent locking between the first mounting hole 210 and the first fitting hole 110 and the second mounting hole 220 and the second fitting hole 120 using screws or the like is facilitated, the assembling efficiency is improved, while limiting the first mounting portion 211 and the second mounting portion 221 from rotating about the screw in the side member 1, preventing the connection between the corner member 2 and the side member 1 from being loosened.
Of course, it can be understood that the abutting portions 13 are respectively located on the first side walls 12, and each of the abutting portions also serves as a reinforcing rib to improve the strength of the two first side walls 12, thereby avoiding the deformation problem that may easily occur when the length of the first side walls 12 is large.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, in an embodiment, the sidepiece 1 further includes a reinforcing portion 14 disposed on the first bottom wall 11 for improving the strength of the first bottom wall 11 and avoiding the deformation problem that may easily occur when the length of the first bottom wall 11 is larger. When the sidepiece 1 and the corner piece 2 are coupled, the reinforcing portion 14 is substantially located between the first mounting portion 211 and the second mounting portion 221.
In one embodiment, the reinforcement portion 14 is "L" shaped, comprising a first portion 141 and a first portion 141 in a perpendicular connection. The reinforcement part 14 having the "L" shape can provide a better reinforcement effect, and improve the deformation resistance of the first bottom wall 11.
Further, the first portion 141 is connected to the first bottom wall 11 and extends parallel to the first side walls 12, and the second portion 142 extends parallel to the first bottom wall 11 and toward one of the first side walls 12. As shown in fig. 10 and 11, in the present embodiment, the second portion 142 extends from the end of the first portion 141 away from the first sidewall 12 connected to the second mounting portion 221, i.e., toward the first mounting portion 211. Preferably, the second portion 142 is aligned with the abutment 13 towards which it extends. When the sidepiece 1 and the corner piece 2 are connected, the first mounting portion 211 is located between the first bottom wall 11, a first side wall 12, the first portion 141, the second portion 142 and a resisting portion 13, and the second mounting portion 221 is located between the first bottom wall 11, another first side wall 12, another resisting portion 13 and the first portion 141. This is advantageous in that, since the first mounting portion 211 is sheet-shaped and disposed parallel to the first bottom wall 11, the width of the first portion 141 (the distance between the first bottom wall 11 and the second portion 142) may not be excessively large, the risk of deformation of the first portion 141 itself is reduced, and thus, the reinforcing effect of the L-shaped reinforcing portion 14 is further improved.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in one embodiment, the inner surface of the second mounting portion 221 is higher than the inner surface of the second sidewall 22, thereby forming a first stepped structure 23 in the inside of the corner piece 2. The arrangement is matched with the edge arrangement of the structure to be combined, and is used for playing a positioning function in the assembling process of the structure to be combined and also playing a pre-fixing function so as to further prevent the corner fitting 2 and the corner of the structure to be combined from moving relatively. Please specifically refer to fig. 1 to 4 for understanding.

The edges of the sound assembly 90 and the lighting assembly 80 are spliced into annular flanges, and the side pieces 1 and the corner pieces 2 surround the peripheries of the annular flanges of the sound assembly 90 and the lighting assembly 80 and cover the spliced positions of the sound assembly 90 and the lighting assembly 80, so that the sound function and the lighting function are integrated into a whole.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the edges of the audio unit 90 and the lighting unit 80 are each provided with the second stepped structure 70, and the first stepped structure 23 is fitted to the second stepped structure 70, so that the mounting structure 100 is formed to be fitted to the audio unit 90 and the lighting unit 80. In assembling the acoustic module 90 and the lighting module 80 with the mounting structure 100, it is possible to improve the positioning efficiency of the side member 1 and the corner member 2 and to improve the assembling efficiency.
Referring to fig. 4, the acoustic assembly 90 includes a first rear case 901, an acoustic cover 903, and a speaker set 902 mounted therebetween. The lighting assembly 80 includes a second rear housing 801, a light emitting element 802 mounted in the second rear housing 801, a diffuser plate 803 disposed on a light emitting side of the light emitting element 802, and a grating plate 804 disposed on the light emitting side of the diffuser plate 803, wherein light of the light emitting element 802 exits through the diffuser plate 803 and the grating plate 804. In a specific application, the light emitting element 802 may include a plurality of light bars, each of which is provided with a plurality of light emitting units, such as LEDs.
The sound outlet cover 903 is attached to the inside of the edge of the first rear case 901, and the diffuser plate 803 and the grill plate 804 are attached to the inside of the edge of the second rear case 801, so that the sound outlet cover 903, the diffuser plate 803 and the grill plate 804 are also located between the two first sidewalls 12 and between the two second sidewalls 22. That is, the mounting structure 100 fixes both the acoustic unit 90 and the lighting unit 80 side by side and also fixes the plural structures of the acoustic unit 90 and the lighting unit 80, respectively, and further prevents the sound outlet cover 903, the diffusion plate 803, and the grill plate 804 from falling off from the inside of the edges of the first rear case 901 and the second rear case 801. Of course, it is not excluded here that the edge of the first rear case 901 and the sound outlet cover 903 are fixed by screw locking or the like, that the diffusion plate 803 and the grating plate 804 are fixed by screw locking or the like, and that the second rear case 801 and the diffusion plate 803 and the grating plate 804 are fixed by screw locking or the like. Therefore, the overall assembly strength of the acousto-optic all-in-one machine 200 is further enhanced, and the overall edge of the acousto-optic all-in-one machine is completely covered by the mounting structure 100, so that the acousto-optic all-in-one machine is more attractive and complete on the whole.
The grating plate 804 is provided with a plurality of light-transmitting cells 8040 for reducing glare. Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment, the light-transmissive cells 8040 are rectangular and are disposed obliquely with respect to the edges of the grid plate 804, and two adjacent rows of light-transmissive cells 8040 are mirror images. Referring to fig. 6, in another embodiment, the light-transmissive cells 8040 are square and the plurality of light-transmissive cells 8040 are arranged in an array.
The above description is only exemplary of the present invention and should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present invention, as any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principles of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
