In some specific embodiments, the variable frequency motor reducer drives the main shaft rotor 12 to rotate through the driving main shaft 8, the driving meshing gear on the driving main shaft 8 also rotates, the driven shaft 11 is provided with the driven meshing gear and the cleaning rotor 13, and after the driving meshing gear is meshed with the driven meshing gear, the rotation of the driving main shaft 8 can drive the cleaning rotor 13 to rotate; the driving main shaft 8 and the driven shaft 11 are fixed on the first shell part 4-1 through bearings, after materials enter a semicircular space of the main shaft rotor 12 from the feeding hole 7, along with the rotation of the driving main shaft 8, when the main shaft rotor 12 rotates to the position of the discharging hole 14, the long arm 13-1 of the cleaning rotor 13 is meshed with the main shaft rotor 12 through a gear of a gear transmission mechanism, and the long arm 13-1 of the cleaning rotor 13 scrapes off the materials through the mutual meshing with the main shaft rotor 12; because the proper air sealing structure is arranged at the joint (sealing part) of the driving main shaft 8 and the driven shaft 11 and the valve body 4, air is blown (inflated) into the sealing cavity through the air duct to form air sealing in the working process, so that pollutants on the bearing side can be effectively prevented from entering the sealing cavity, meanwhile, materials are prevented from entering the sealing cavity, the contact between the materials and the sealing ring is avoided, and the possibility of material pollution is reduced.

the device comprises a valve body with a feeding hole and a discharging hole which are oppositely arranged, a main shaft rotor which is arranged in the valve body and used for discharging, a cleaning rotor which is used for cleaning the main shaft rotor, a driving device which is used for driving the main shaft rotor, a transmission mechanism and a gas sealing structure;
the main shaft rotor is connected with the driving device and the transmission mechanism through a driving main shaft, the cleaning rotor is connected with the transmission mechanism through a driven shaft, and the cleaning rotor and the main shaft rotor synchronously rotate through the transmission mechanism;
the air sealing structure comprises a first air sealing structure arranged at the joint of the driving main shaft and the valve body and a second air sealing structure arranged at the joint of the driven shaft and the valve body;
the first air sealing structure comprises a first sealing ring and a second sealing ring which are sleeved on the driving main shaft, a first sealing cavity is formed between the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring, the second air sealing structure comprises a third sealing ring and a fourth sealing ring which are sleeved on the driven shaft, and a second sealing cavity is formed between the third sealing ring and the fourth sealing ring;
a first vent pipeline and a second vent pipeline are arranged on the valve body, one end of each of the first vent pipeline and the second vent pipeline is communicated with the first sealing cavity and the second sealing cavity respectively, and the other end of each of the first vent pipeline and the second vent pipeline is used for being connected with an air source.
2. A discharge valve according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the driving device and the transmission mechanism are arranged on the same side of the main shaft rotor and the cleaning rotor.
3. A discharge valve according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the valve body sequentially comprises a first shell part and a second shell part from left to right, the transmission mechanism is arranged inside the first shell part, the spindle rotor and the cleaning rotor are arranged inside the second shell part, the first shell part is connected to the left end of the second shell part, and the first shell part and the second shell part are separated by a left end cover arranged at the left end of the second shell part;
the main shaft rotor is installed at one end of the driving main shaft, and the transmission mechanism and the driving device are sequentially installed at the other end of the driving main shaft through a left end cover of the second shell part;
the cleaning rotor is installed at one end of the driven shaft, and the transmission mechanism is installed at the other end of the driven shaft penetrating through the left end cover of the second shell.
4. A discharge valve according to claim 3, characterised in that:
the first vent conduit and the second vent conduit open in a left end cap of the second housing portion;
the first sealing ring and the third sealing ring are respectively arranged on the right sides of the second sealing ring and the fourth sealing ring, and sealing check rings are arranged on the first sealing ring and the third sealing ring in the circumferential direction.
5. A discharge valve according to claim 3, characterised in that:
the feed inlet and the discharge outlet are respectively arranged at the top and the bottom of the second shell part; and/or
The driving main shaft and the driven shaft are fixed on the first shell part through bearings.
6. A discharge valve according to claim 3, characterised in that:
a right end cover detachably connected with the second shell part is arranged at the right end of the second shell part;
a discharge port end cover detachably connected with the second shell part is arranged at the bottom of the second shell part; and/or
The main shaft rotor and the cleaning rotor are detachably mounted on the driving main shaft and the driven shaft, respectively.

the right-hand member end cover and/or discharge gate end cover of second shell portion pass through fast-assembling clamp with the connection can be dismantled to the second shell portion.

the driving device is a speed reducing motor.

the transmission mechanism is a gear transmission mechanism, and the gear transmission mechanism comprises a driving gear and a driven gear which are meshed with each other;
the driving gear is installed on the driving main shaft, and the driven gear is installed on the driven shaft.
