Abstract
The present application provides a wiper assembly. The wiper arm comprises a joint with means for detachably connecting the wiper blade, an arm extending longitudinally between the joint and the pivot shaft, and a connecting body arranged adjacent to the joint. The nozzle member includes an inlet and at least one nozzle, each nozzle in fluid communication with the inlet. The connecting body is connected to the nozzle component along a connecting direction, and an included angle between the connecting direction and the wiping direction is not less than 45 degrees. The connection between the nozzle component and the wiper arm is stable and reliable.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cleaning device, and more particularly to a wiper for wiping a smooth surface such as a windshield.
Background
the wiper includes a wiper arm. The wiper arm is used for connecting between the pivot and the wiper blade, and drives the wiper blade to perform wiping movement when the pivot rotates. And the cleaning solution is sprayed on the surface to be wiped, so that the wiping effect can be improved. The nozzle member for spraying the cleaning liquid is fixed to the wiper arm so as to be accurately sprayed to the surface to be wiped, however, the nozzle member assembled to the wiper arm is easily loosened and is difficult to maintain stably and reliably.
Therefore, there is a need to provide an improved technical solution to overcome the technical problems in the prior art.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The main technical problem that this application will be solved is the unstable problem of being connected of current nozzle part and wiper arm.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present application provides a wiper assembly, which includes:
A wiper arm for connecting between a pivot shaft and a wiper blade, the wiper arm carrying the wiper blade in a wiping direction for a wiping movement during a pivoting movement of the pivot shaft, the wiper arm comprising a joint having means for detachably connecting the wiper blade, an arm portion extending in a longitudinal direction between the joint and the pivot shaft, and a connecting body arranged in the vicinity of the joint; and
A nozzle component comprising an inlet and at least one nozzle, each nozzle in fluid communication with the inlet, the connector connected to the nozzle component along a connecting direction, the connecting direction being at an angle of no less than 45 degrees to the wiping direction.
According to the technical scheme of the application, the included angle between the connecting direction of the nozzle component connected with the connecting body and the wiping direction is not less than 45 degrees, for example, 60 degrees, 75 degrees, 80 degrees or 90 degrees; and the angle between the connecting direction and the longitudinal direction is not more than 45 degrees, for example, 40 degrees, 30 degrees, 15 degrees, 10 degrees or 0 degrees. Therefore, when the wiper arm performs reciprocating wiping, the connection between the nozzle member and the connecting body can receive a large force in the wiping direction, and the connection therebetween is not easily loosened by the reciprocating wiping movement.
In some embodiments, a concave part is formed between the joint and the arm part on the side surface in the wiping direction, and the nozzle component is at least partially positioned in the concave part, so that the overall appearance is attractive, and the nozzle component can be well protected and is not easy to damage.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a wiper assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present application includes a wiper arm 10. The wiper arm 10 includes a joint 1 and an arm portion 2. The joint 1 has a mechanism for detachably connecting the wiper blade 4. The arm 2 extends between the joint 1 and a pivot (not shown) of the drive mechanism, the arm 2 being elongate as a whole, the arm 2 extending in a longitudinal direction L passing through two points of the joint 1 and the pivot, although the arm 2 may be deformed differently due to different requirements. One of the opposite ends of the arm 2 in the longitudinal direction L is fixed to the joint 1, and the other end is fixed to the pivot. During pivoting, the wiper arm 10 carries the wiper blade 4 mounted on the joint 1 in a wiping movement in the wiping direction W. Although the wiper arm 10 is circular in the wiping direction W, the wiping direction W is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L at a local position on the wiper arm 10.
A connecting body is provided near the joint 1. For example, the connecting body comprises a tab 3 formed integrally with the joint 1. The connecting body is connected to the nozzle member 8 in the connecting direction a. The nozzle member 8 is fixed to the connecting body in a detachable snap-fit manner. For example, the nozzle member 8 includes a fixing portion 84, the fixing portion 84 having a receiving space for receiving the projecting piece 3, the projecting piece 3 being inserted into the fixing portion 84 in the connecting direction a. A notch is provided in the projecting piece 3, and a locking body (not shown) is provided at a position corresponding to the notch in the housing space of the fixing portion 84, and the locking body is locked in the notch to fix the projecting piece 3 to the fixing portion 84.
The connector also comprises a sheath 14 arranged at the connector 1, the sheath 14 being formed integrally with the connector 1 or assembled with the connector 1 in a detachable or permanent fixed manner by means of a separate sheath 14 part. The nozzle member 8 comprises an insertion portion 86, the insertion portion 86 being inserted into the casing 14, at least one nozzle 81, 82, 83 being arranged in the insertion portion 86, the casing 14 restricting the insertion portion 86 from moving in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction L. In some embodiments, a slot 140 is provided on the sheath 14, and the insertion portion 86 is provided with a stop (not shown) that stops in the slot 140.
The nozzle member 8 comprises an inlet 80 and three nozzles 81, 82, 83, each nozzle 81, 82, 83 being in fluid communication with the inlet 80. For convenience of description, in the present application, a direction of the wiper arm 10 approaching a surface to be wiped (not shown) is referred to as a lower side, a lower side of the wiper arm 10 is referred to as a bottom side, a direction of the wiper arm 10 departing from the surface to be wiped is referred to as an upper side, and an upper side of the wiper arm 10 is referred to as a top side. The nozzles 81, 82, 83 are located on the side surfaces of the wiper arm 10 in the wiping direction W, rather than on the top surface of the wiper arm 10 or the like, and not only can the nozzle member 8 be protected by the wiper arm 10 so as not to be easily damaged, but also the nozzles 81, 82, 83 can be effectively arranged to spray the cleaning liquid (shown by broken lines in fig. 1) onto the surface area to be wiped. For example, a recess 18 is formed in the side surface of the joint 1 in the wiping direction W at a position close to the arm portion 2, and the nozzle member 8 is partially located in the recess 18. Two of the three nozzles 81, 82, 83 are located in the section of the recess 18, and the other nozzle 83 extends into the jacket outside the section of the recess 18. The inlet 80 is located on the side of the bottom surface of the wiper arm 10, i.e. in the operating state, the inlet 80 is located between the wiper arm 10 and the surface to be wiped. The wiper assembly 100 further comprises a flexible duct (not shown) connecting the inlet 80. If viewed from the outside, the pipe is hidden between the wiper arm 10 and the surface to be wiped, which is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also protected by the wiper arm 10 and is not easily damaged.
The nozzle member 8 includes a body 88, and the body 88 is an integrally formed appearance member, and it is not necessary to additionally install a cover member for decoration on the outer surface of the body. The inlet 80, the fixing portion 84 and the insertion portion 86 are integrally formed on the body 88, and the nozzles 81, 82, 83 are fixed in the body 88 in an assembling or insert molding manner.
The angle between the connecting direction a and the wiping direction W is not less than 45 degrees, for example, 60 degrees, 75 degrees, 80 degrees, or 90 degrees. Also, the angle L between the connecting direction a and the longitudinal direction is not more than 45 degrees, for example, 40 degrees, 30 degrees, 15 degrees, 10 degrees or 0 degrees.
In another embodiment, shown in figures 4 to 6, without a sheath, the connecting body comprises two tabs 3. The nozzle member 8 is located substantially entirely within the recess 18 section and the three nozzles 81, 82, 83 are located within the recess 18 section. The two tabs 3 are spaced apart from each other and are each integrally formed with the joint 1. The two fixing portions 84 of the nozzle member 8, which are engaged with the two projecting pieces 3, are located on the bottom surface of the nozzle member 8. The inlet 80 is located below the nozzle unit 8 and extends to the bottom surface side of the wiper arm 10. The structure of the bottom surface is not easy to observe from the outside in a use state, and the whole product is concise in appearance and easy to arrange.

Claims (10)
1. Wiper assembly (100), characterized in that it comprises:
A wiper arm (10) for connection between a pivot and a wiper blade, the wiper arm (10) carrying the wiper blade in a wiping movement in a wiping direction during a pivoting movement of the pivot, the wiper arm (10) comprising a joint (1), an arm (2) and a connecting body, the joint (1) having means for detachably connecting the wiper blade, the arm (2) extending in a longitudinal direction between the joint (1) and the pivot, the connecting body being arranged in the vicinity of the joint (1); and
A nozzle component (8) comprising an inlet (80) and at least one nozzle (81, 82, 83), each nozzle (81, 82, 83) being in fluid communication with the inlet (80), the connecting body being connected to the nozzle component (8) along a connecting direction, the angle between the connecting direction and the wiping direction being not less than 45 degrees.
2. Wiper assembly (100) according to claim 1, wherein the angle between the connecting direction and the wiping direction is not less than 60 degrees and the angle between the connecting direction and the longitudinal direction is not more than 45 degrees, the nozzles (81, 82, 83) being located at the sides of the wiping direction of the wiper arm (10).

Wiper assembly (100) according to claim 1, wherein the angle between the connecting direction and the wiping direction is not smaller than 75 degrees and the angle between the connecting direction and the longitudinal direction is not larger than 30 degrees, a recess (18) being formed in the joint (1) at a location close to the arm (2) laterally in the wiping direction, the nozzle component (8) being located at least partially in the recess (18).

Wiper assembly (100) according to claim 1, wherein the angle between the connecting direction and the wiping direction is not less than 80 degrees and the angle between the connecting direction and the longitudinal direction is not more than 15 degrees, the inlet (80) being located at the side of the wiper arm (10) facing the surface to be wiped.
5. wiper assembly (100) according to claim 1, wherein the wiper assembly further comprises a flexible duct connecting the inlet (80), the nozzle member (8) comprising a body (88), the body (88) being an integrally formed appearance member, the nozzle (81, 82, 83) being fixed in the body (88).
6. Wiper assembly (100) according to claim 1, wherein the nozzle component (8) is fastened to the connecting body in a detachable snap-fit manner.
7. wiper assembly (100) according to claim 1, wherein the connecting body comprises a sheath (14) provided to the joint (1), the nozzle member (8) comprising an insert portion (86), the insert portion (86) being inserted into the sheath (14), at least one nozzle (81, 82, 83) being provided in the insert portion (86), the sheath (14) limiting the insert portion (86) from moving in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
8. Wiper assembly (100) according to claim 1, wherein the connecting body comprises one or two tabs (3) formed integrally with the joint (1), the nozzle component (8) comprising a fixing portion (84), the tabs (3) being inserted into the fixing portion (84) in the connecting direction and being fixed to the fixing portion (84).
9. Wiper assembly (100) according to claim 3, wherein the nozzle component (8) comprises at least two nozzles (81, 82, 83), at least one of the nozzles (81, 82, 83) being located in the section of the recess (18).
10. Wiper assembly (100) according to claim 7, wherein the sheath (14) is formed integrally with the joint (1) or assembled with the joint (1) in a detachable or permanently fixed manner with a separate part, the sheath (14) providing a groove (140), the insert (86) providing a stop, which stops in the groove (140).
