Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to cleaning devices for wiping slippery surfaces, and more particularly to wiper assemblies for wiping windshields.
Background
A wiper arm of a wiper for wiping a windshield includes a first section and a second section pivotally connected to each other, the first section being fixed to a pivot shaft, and the wiper blade being mounted at an end of the second section. A pretensioned spring is arranged between the first section and the second section, so that the wiper arm exerts an elastic pressure on the wiper blade, so that the wiper blade can wipe against the glass surface. However, such a two-stage wiper arm is complicated in structure and is not aesthetically pleasing.
Therefore, there is a need to overcome the technical problems in the prior art.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The present application mainly solves at least one technical problem existing in the prior art.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present application provides a wiper assembly, which includes:
the wiper arm comprises an accommodating part and a matching part which are integrally arranged, wherein the accommodating part is provided with a downward opening, the matching part is provided with an interface for mounting the wiper blade, and the interface is used for mounting the wiper blade below the wiper arm; and
and a shaft connector fixed to a pivot shaft and installed in the housing portion from the opening, the pivot shaft being capable of outputting a rotational movement about a first axis, the wiper arm being rotatable about a second axis with respect to the shaft connector, the first axis being perpendicular to the second axis, an elastic member elastically pre-deformed being installed between the wiper arm and the shaft connector, the elastic member applying a force to the wiper arm to move the mating portion downward.
According to the technical scheme of this application, the coupling member is fixed in the pivot and from the opening install in accommodating part, therefore, the coupling member obtains the protection of accommodating part, scrapes arm durable, and the outward appearance is succinct.
Drawings
Specific embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the attached drawing figures, wherein:
FIG. 1 illustrates a schematic view of a wiper assembly according to one embodiment;
FIG. 2 illustrates a close-up view of a portion of the pivot connection of the wiper assembly shown in FIG. 1;
FIG. 3 shows a schematic view of another angle of the wiper arm of FIG. 1; and
fig. 4 shows a schematic view of another angle of the shaft coupling shown in fig. 1.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, a wiper assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present application includes an electric actuator 4, the electric actuator 4 being operative to output a reciprocating rotational motion about a first axis X1 through a pivot shaft 40 within an angular range of less than 180 degrees.
Referring to fig. 4, the pivot member 2 and the pivot shaft 40 are separately manufactured components. A shaft hole 20 is formed in the coupling member 2 to extend vertically therethrough, and the pivot shaft 40 includes a threaded connecting portion 42. When assembling, the connecting portion 42 is passed through the shaft hole 20 from the bottom to the top, and the nut 5 is screwed on the connecting portion 42 which is passed through the shaft hole 20 and protruded above the coupling member 2. The nut 5 is tightened to secure the shaft connector 2 to the pivot shaft 40. In other embodiments, the pivot member 2 is integrally formed with the pivot shaft 40 or is assembled with other removable or permanent connections. On opposite sides of the shaft coupling member 2, shaft protrusion portions 22 are provided which protrude along the second axis X2. A stopper 24 is provided above the coupling member 2 at a position away from the shaft hole 20.
Referring to fig. 3, the scraping arm 1 includes a body 18 formed by injection molding, and the receiving portion 12 and the mating portion 14 are respectively located at two opposite ends of the body 18. The receiving portion 12 is integrally provided with the mating portion 14, and has a compact appearance. The receiving portion 12 is provided with a downward opening 10, the opening 10 extending from the receiving portion 12 to the mating portion 14. In some embodiments, one or more ribs may also be disposed in the opening 10. The mating portion 14 is provided with an interface 15 for mounting the wiper blade 6, and the interface 15 is used for mounting the wiper blade 6 below the wiper arm 1. The receiving portion 12 is provided with two axial cavities 13, and the two axial cavities 13 are respectively arranged on two opposite inner sides of the opening 10 (only one of the two axial cavities 13 is shown in the figure due to the angle). Each shaft cavity 13 includes a first section 131 and a second section 132, the first section 131 and the second section 132 being in communication with each other, the first section 131 having an inlet opening downwardly.
When attached, the coupling 2 is attached to the housing portion 12 from the entrance. For example, the axon portion 22 enters from the entrance of the first segment 131, passes through the first segment 131, and is fitted into the second segment 132 after a turn of not less than 70 degrees. The shaft projection 22 is detachably fitted into the shaft cavity 13.
The wiper arm 1 is rotatable relative to the shaft connection 2 about a second axis X2, the first axis X1 being perpendicular to the second axis X2, and an elastically pre-deformable spring element 3 being mounted between the wiper arm 1 and the shaft connection 2. The first axis X1 and the second axis X2 are both located between the elastic member 3 and the mating portion 14. The elastic member 3 is mounted in the housing portion 12 with precompression. The elastic member 3 cooperates with the stopper portion 24 to restrict relative movement therebetween. For example, the elastic member 3 is a coil spring, the stopper portion 24 is a projection provided on the shaft connector 2, and the stopper portion 24 is inserted into the elastic member 3. The elastic member 3 applies a force to the wiper arm 1 to move the mating portion 14 downward.
In the use state, the part in the opening 10 is shielded and protected by the wiper arm 1 facing the surface to be wiped. Since the lower surface is not easily observed, even if a relatively complicated structure is provided below the wiper arm 1, the appearance of the wiper arm 1 is not substantially affected.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the scope of protection of the present application is defined by the claims. The directional terms (e.g., upper and lower) used for convenience of description in this application merely indicate relative positional relationships, and do not indicate absolute positional relationships.
