Referring to fig. 1, the food processor 300 includes a main body 100 (hereinafter, referred to as "main body") and a stirring cup assembly 200 detachably mounted on the main body 100. The blender cup assembly 200 includes a blender cup 210 and a lid assembly 220 that covers the blender cup 210. The mixing cup 210 may be used to contain food materials, and a mixing blade assembly (not shown) is installed at the bottom of the mixing cup 210 to crush and mix the food materials. The cap assembly 220 is removable from the blender cup 210.
Referring to fig. 2 to 7, the main body 100 includes a housing 10 and a motor 20. The housing 10 is provided with a receiving chamber 11. The motor 20 is installed in the accommodating cavity 11, and the motor 20 includes a main body 21 and a fan blade 22 disposed at a lower end of the main body 21. The casing 10 is provided with a first sidewall 121 surrounding the fan blade 22 and a second sidewall 122 surrounding the first sidewall 121. Because the first side wall 121 and the second side wall 122 both surround the fan blade 22 of the motor 20, noise generated when the fan blade 22 rotates can be effectively reduced.
A sound insulation space 123 is provided between the first side wall 121 and the second side wall 122, and a first sound insulation layer 124 is provided in the sound insulation space 123. Since the sound insulation space 123 between the first side wall 121 and the second side wall 122 is provided with the first sound insulation layer 124, the first sound insulation layer 124 is disposed around the fan blade 22, and noise generated when the fan blade 22 rotates can be further reduced.
The material of the first soundproof layer 124 includes at least one of: sound dampening cotton, foamed silicone adhesive, and is not limited thereto. In one embodiment, the first soundproof layer 124 is disposed in the soundproof space 123 by filling. In another embodiment, the first soundproof layer 124 may be fixed to the first sidewall 121 or the second sidewall 122 by fixing means such as adhesion.
In the illustrated embodiment, a second sound insulation layer 125 is disposed on an outer side of the second sidewall 122, and the second sound insulation layer 125 is disposed around the fan blade 22, so as to further reduce noise generated when the fan blade 22 rotates. In another embodiment, the inside of the first sidewall 121 is provided with a second soundproof layer. In yet another embodiment, the outside of the second sidewall 122 is provided with a second sound insulating layer 125, and the inside of the first sidewall 121 is provided with a third sound insulating layer.
The material constituting the second soundproof layer 125 includes at least one of: sound dampening cotton, foamed silicone adhesive, and is not limited thereto. The second soundproof layer 125 may be fixed to the outside of the second sidewall 122 by fixing means such as adhesion. The material constituting the second sound insulating layer 125 may be the same as or different from the material constituting the first sound insulating layer 124.
The first soundproof layer 124 has a thickness ranging from 2 mm to 20 mm, and the second soundproof layer 125 has a thickness ranging from 2 mm to 20 mm. Further, the thickness of the first soundproof layer 124 preferably ranges from 4 mm to 15 mm, and the thickness of the second soundproof layer 125 preferably ranges from 4 mm to 15 mm. The first soundproof layer 124 and the second soundproof layer 125 can realize effective soundproof within the above thickness range without occupying too much space. For example: the thickness of the first soundproof layer 124 may be 6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, but is not limited thereto. The thickness of the second soundproof layer 125 may be 6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, but is not limited thereto. The thickness of the first soundproof layer 124 and the thickness of the second soundproof layer 125 may be the same or different.
The housing 10 includes a base 13 and an upper housing 14 fixed to the base 13, and the base 13 and the upper housing 14 together enclose to form an accommodation cavity 11.
The base 13 includes a base bottom wall 131 and a base side wall 132 extending upward from an edge of the base bottom wall 131. The base side wall 132 is provided with an air inlet 1321 and the base bottom wall 131 is provided with an air outlet 1311. The first side wall 121 and the second side wall 122 extend upward from the base bottom wall 131. The base bottom wall 131 is provided with a base soundproof layer 133. The provision of the base soundproof layer 133 can further reduce noise generated by the operation of the motor 20. The material of the sound insulating base layer 133 includes at least one of the following: sound dampening cotton, foamed silicone adhesive, and is not limited thereto. The base soundproof layer 133 may be fixed to the base bottom wall 131 by means of adhesion or the like.
The main body 100 further includes a foot pad 50 attached to the bottom surface of the base 13. In the illustrated embodiment, the foot pad 50 is attached to the bottom surface of the boss 135 at the bottom of the base 13. The foot pad 50 may include a soft material, such as silicone, which may reduce vibration of the main body 100, thereby reducing noise.
The top of the upper casing 14 is concavely provided with an accommodating space 141, the accommodating space 141 has a casing bottom wall 1411 and a first casing sidewall 1412 extending upward from the edge of the casing bottom wall 1411, the upper casing 14 further includes a second casing sidewall 142 located outside the first casing sidewall 1412, and a casing sound insulation layer 143 is disposed between the first casing sidewall 1412 and the second casing sidewall 142. The provision of the sound-insulating layer 143 of the casing can further reduce noise during operation of the motor 20. The material of the sound-proof layer 143 includes at least one of the following: sound dampening cotton, foamed silicone adhesive, and is not limited thereto. The sound-insulating cover 143 may be fixed to the first and/or second case sidewalls 1412, 142 by gluing or the like. The second housing sidewall 142 is secured in abutment with the base sidewall 132.
The blender cup assembly 200 is supported on the housing bottom wall 1411. The bottom wall 1411 of the housing is provided with a through hole 1415, the output end of the motor 20 is provided with a lower clutch 27, the lower clutch 27 extends out of the through hole 1415, and the upper clutch of the stirring knife assembly is matched with the lower clutch 27. The housing bottom wall 1411 is provided with a vibration pad 1416 on its surface to reduce vibration of the stirring cup assembly 200 during operation.
The second casing sidewall 142 of the upper casing 14 is provided with an opening (not labeled), the main unit 100 further includes a control circuit board 18 disposed in the opening, and the control circuit board 18 is electrically connected to the motor 20 to control the operation of the motor 20. The host 100 further includes a panel 17 and a key 19 disposed outside the control circuit board 18, and a user can operate the control circuit board 18 through the key 19. The main body 100 further includes a power board 16 disposed in the receiving cavity 11.
The main body 100 further includes a motor cover 30 installed in the receiving cavity 11, and the motor cover 30 includes a first soundproof wall 31 surrounding the main body 21 of the motor 20.
The main body 100 further includes a hood 40 installed in the receiving cavity 11, and the hood 40 includes a second sound-insulating wall 43 surrounding the first sound-insulating wall 31. The first and second soundproof walls 31 and 43 are provided around the main body 21 of the motor 20, so that noise generated when the main body 21 operates can be reduced. In a preferred embodiment, the height of said first acoustic wall 31 and said second acoustic wall 43 is sufficient to completely envelope the portion of the body 21 that generates noise.
The fan housing 40 includes a bottom wall 41 extending transversely, the bottom wall 41 is provided with a fan blade hole 411 for the fan blade 22 to pass through, and the second sound-proof wall 43 extends upwards from the bottom wall 41. The fan housing 40 is mounted on the base 13, and specifically, the fan housing 40 includes a mounting portion 412, and a fastener 413 passes through the mounting portion 412 and is engaged with a stud of the base 13, so as to fix the fan housing 40 to the base 13.
The bottom wall 41 is provided with a first and second acoustic cover 44, 45 on the bottom and top surfaces, respectively. Thus, noise generated when the motor 20 operates can be further reduced. The materials of the first and second acoustic cover layers 44 and 45 include at least one of the following: sound dampening cotton, foamed silicone adhesive, and is not limited thereto. The first soundproof layer 44 and the second soundproof layer 45 may be made of the same material or different materials.
In the illustrated embodiment, the hood 40 further includes a guiding groove 414, the base 13 is provided with a matching guiding groove 1312 corresponding to the guiding groove 414, and the liquid flowing to the bottom wall 1411 of the housing during operation flows into the guiding groove 414 through a guiding hole (not shown) provided in the bottom wall 1411 of the housing, and then is discharged out of the host 100 through the matching guiding groove 1312.
Further, an accommodation space 39 is provided between the second sound-insulating wall 43 and the first sound-insulating wall 31, and a third sound-insulating layer 34 is provided in the accommodation space 39. Thus, noise generated when the main body 21 operates can be further reduced. The material of the third soundproof layer 34 includes at least one of: sound dampening cotton, foamed silicone adhesive, and is not limited thereto.
In the illustrated embodiment, the fourth soundproof layer 48 is provided outside the second soundproof wall 43, so that noise generated when the main body 21 operates can be further reduced. In another embodiment, a fourth sound-insulating layer is provided inside the first sound-insulating wall 31. In yet another embodiment, a fourth soundproof layer is provided on both the inside of the first soundproof wall 31 and the outside of the second soundproof wall 43.
The motor cover 30 further includes a mounting wall 33 extending outwardly from the upper end of the first sound-insulating wall 31, and the motor cover 30 is fixed to the upper housing 14 through the mounting wall 33. In the illustrated embodiment, the mounting wall 33 is secured to the upper housing 14 by fasteners 333, such as screws.
The motor cover 30 comprises a flow guide part 35 extending from the lower end of the first sound insulation wall 31 in an inward inclined mode, and the tail end of the flow guide part 35 is surrounded to form a lower opening 32 for the fan blade 22 to penetrate through. The obliquely extending flow guide 35 can smoothly guide the airflow out of the lower opening 32, and prevent the airflow from generating a buzzing sound in the motor cover 30, thereby achieving an effect of further reducing noise.
Further, an arc transition is formed between the drainage portion 35 and the first sound insulation wall 31. Thus, the airflow can be better guided out from the lower opening 32, and the noise reduction effect is better.
