Referring to fig. 1, the food processor 300 includes a main body 100 (hereinafter, referred to as "main body") and a stirring cup assembly 200 detachably mounted on the main body 100. The blender cup assembly 200 includes a blender cup 210 and a lid assembly 220 that covers the blender cup 210. The mixing cup 210 may be used to contain food materials, and a mixing blade assembly (not shown) is installed at the bottom of the mixing cup 210 to crush and mix the food materials. The cap assembly 220 is removable from the blender cup 210.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, the main body 100 includes a housing 10, a motor 20, a motor cover 30, and a power board 16. The housing 10 includes a receiving chamber 11. The motor 20 is installed in the receiving chamber 11. The motor cover 30 is installed in the accommodating cavity 11, the motor cover 30 includes a side wall 31 surrounding the motor 20, and the side wall 31 includes an inner wall 311 adjacent to the motor 20 and an outer wall 312 located outside the inner wall 311. The power board 16 is mounted to the motor cover 30. Since the side wall 31 of the motor cover 30 includes two layers of walls surrounding the motor 20: that is, the inner wall 311 and the outer wall 312 located outside the inner wall 311, so that the side wall 31 has a larger overall thickness, and thus noise generated when the motor 20 operates can be reduced more effectively, and the power board 16 is mounted on the motor cover 30, so that a power board bracket is omitted, space is saved, and the noise is reduced while the internal structure of the main machine 100 is simpler and more compact.
The thickness range of the inner wall 311 is: 1.6 mm to 3.5 mm, the thickness of the outer wall 312 ranges from: 1.6 mm to 3.5 mm. Preferably, the thickness range of the inner wall 311 is: 2.5 mm to 3 mm, the thickness of the outer wall 312 ranges from: 2.5 mm to 3 mm.
The side wall 31 further includes a cavity 314 between the inner wall 311 and the outer wall 312, and in one embodiment, the cavity 314 is filled with sound insulation material, such as: noise reduction cotton and foaming silicone adhesive. Because the sound insulation material is arranged in the cavity 314, the noise generated when the motor 20 works can be effectively reduced.
The outer wall 312 of the motor cover 30 is provided with a flange 313 for limiting the power panel 16. The flange 313 surrounds the power panel 16 and cooperates with the power panel 16 for limiting. In the illustrated embodiment, a protrusion 316 abutting against the power board 16 is disposed inside the flange 313, so as to further limit the power board 16, so that a certain gap is maintained between the power board 16 and the outer wall 312, and thus the pins on the back of the power board 16 are prevented from contacting the outer wall 312 and being damaged. In this embodiment, the flange 313 is in a square shape matching the power supply board 16, and each side of the flange 313 is provided with at least one protrusion 316.
The outer wall 312 of the motor cover 30 is provided with a fixing post 314 for fixing the power board 16. The screws pass through the power panel 16 and are locked with the fixing posts 314, so that the power panel 16 is fixed on the outer wall 312 of the motor cover 30.
The motor cover 30 is made of fireproof plastic. The motor cover 30 is provided with a binding buckle 317. In the illustrated embodiment, the cable tie 317 is disposed at the bottom end of the outer wall 312 for fixing the plug of the wire, thereby preventing the plug of the wire from generating heat during operation and damaging the housing 10 of the host 100.
The side wall 31 further includes a connecting wall 315 for connecting the inner wall 311 and the outer wall 312, and the connecting wall 315 is disposed at the upper ends of the inner wall 311 and the outer wall 312. The housing 10 includes a base 13 and a body 14 fixed to the base 13, and the motor cover 30 is fixed to the body 14 through the connecting wall 315. The connecting wall 315 is connected to the body 14 by fasteners, such as: screws, etc., for fixation.
The motor 20 includes a main body 21 and a blade 22 disposed at a lower end of the main body 21, the motor cover 30 has an upper opening 35 and a lower opening 36 opposite to the upper opening 35, the sidewall 31 surrounds the main body 21, and the blade 22 extends from the lower opening 36. During the operation of the food processor 300, the side wall 31 is mainly used for reducing the noise generated by the main body 21 of the motor 20. The noise mentioned herein includes electromagnetic noise, mechanical noise, and aerodynamic noise, and is not limited thereto. In a preferred embodiment, the height of the side walls 31 is sufficient to completely envelop the noise-producing portion of the body 21. The mainframe 100 further includes a fan housing 40, the fan housing 40 is installed on the base 13, the fan housing 40 includes a bottom wall 41 extending transversely and a lower side wall 42 extending downward from the bottom wall 41, the bottom wall 41 is provided with an opening 411 corresponding to the lower opening 36 for the fan blade 22 to pass through, and the lower side wall 42 surrounds the fan blade 22. The lower side wall 42 and the base 13 are matched to surround the fan blade 22, so that noise generated by the fan blade 22 in the working process can be reduced.
The hood 40 further includes an upper sidewall 43 extending upward from the bottom wall 41, and the upper sidewall 43 limits the sidewall 31. In the illustrated embodiment, the upper sidewall 43 is positioned between the inner wall 311 and the outer portion 312, the upper sidewall 43 surrounds a lower end of the inner wall 311, and a first acoustic barrier 431 is disposed between the upper sidewall 43 and the inner wall 311. The upper side wall 43 and the inner wall 311 are sealed in a matching manner, so that airflow cannot enter between the upper side wall 43 and the inner wall 311, buzzing of the airflow is avoided, and the effect of further reducing noise is achieved. The provision of the first soundproof layer 431 can further improve the effect of reducing noise. The material of the first soundproof layer 431 includes at least one of: sound dampening cotton, foamed silicone adhesive, and is not limited thereto.
The bottom wall 41 is provided with a second soundproof layer 412 on the upper surface and a third soundproof layer 413 on the lower surface, and the inside of the lower side wall 42 is provided with a fourth soundproof layer 424. Thus, the effect of reducing noise can be further improved. The material of the second sound-insulating layer 412, the third sound-insulating layer 413, and the fourth sound-insulating layer 424 includes at least one of the following: sound dampening cotton, foamed silicone adhesive, and is not limited thereto. The materials of the first noise insulation layer 431, the second noise insulation layer 412, the third noise insulation layer 413, and the fourth noise insulation layer 424 may be the same or different.
The motor cover 30 is further provided with a water drainage hole 319, the water drainage hole 319 penetrates through the connecting wall 319, the fan cover 40 is correspondingly provided with a water guide structure 49 in butt joint with the water drainage hole 319, liquid flowing to the top of the main unit 100 in the working process of the food processor 300 sequentially passes through the water drainage hole 319 and the water guide structure 49, and finally is drained out of the main unit 100 through the shell water guide structure at the bottom of the shell 10.
