Abstract

一种插入式光伏支架系统。在目前的光伏电站工程,尤其是地面光伏电站和水泥屋顶光伏的建设中,普遍将光伏组件用压块和螺栓固定在光伏支架上,这给光伏组件的安装和后期光伏组件的维护更换带来了一定的麻烦。为了解决这一问题,本实用新型提供一种插入式光伏支架系统,在光伏支架系统上设置U型型材,使之形成一个U型的插入口,可以直接将光伏组件通过U型插口插入固定在光伏支架上,方便组件的安装和更换。

本实用新型一种插入式光伏支架系统,涉及的是光伏发电技术领域。
背景技术
随着光伏技术的不断发展和革新,光伏电站成本不断降低,光伏电站在国内外发展形势良好。但是目前的光伏电站,光伏组件多固定安装在光伏支架上,这种固定式的安装方式,给光伏组件的前期安装和后期更换带来了一定的不便,尤其是对于地面光伏电站和水泥屋顶光伏电站而言,当光伏组件出现坏损需要更换时,必须将原来固定在支架上的组件拆卸下来,然后将更换的组件重新固定在支架上,工序比较繁琐。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题,研究开发一种可以通过插入的方式将光伏组件固定在光伏支架上的光伏支架系统,便于地面光伏电站和水泥屋顶光伏电站中光伏组件安装和更换的。
其技术是这样实现的:包括等间距固定在地面或水泥屋面的三角形支架基础和设置在三角形支架基础上的U形型材,其特征在于:三角形支架基础的斜边上及相邻的两个三角形支架基础的斜边底端之间设置有U型型材,使得相邻的两个三角形支架基础的斜边底端之间的U型型材和两条斜边上的U型型材形成一个U型插入口。
实施该技术后的明显优点和效果是:通过在光伏支架系统上设置U型型材,使之形成一个U型的插入口,光伏支架系统安装好后,可以直接将光伏组件通过U型插口插入,固定在光伏支架上,而不必再通过压块和螺钉螺母来固定光伏组件,当光伏组件坏损需要更换时,也可以直接将坏损的组件抽出,将更换的组件插入即可。

光伏支架系统安装好后,可以直接将光伏组件3通过U型插口插入,固定在光伏支架上,而不必再通过压块和螺钉螺母来固定光伏组件,当光伏组件坏损需要更换时,也可以直接将坏损的组件抽出,将更换的组件插入即可。
