Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种可以发光的排式连接线,包括两个连接器、多条发光线、多条连接线及用于使所述发光线发光的多个发光源;所述连接器上设有多排等间距设置且用于连接所述连接线的接口;所述连接器上装设有发光部;所述发光部上设有与一排所述接口数量相同且相同间距的发光线槽;所述发光线槽用于连接所述发光线;多条所述发光线由包覆层包覆成排线状的发光线排。本实用新型通过包覆层将多条发光线包覆成排线状,解决了传统发光连接线容易发生交叉及排序混乱的问题,减少利用常规线梳进行梳理,降低生产成本,为企业带来更大的利润。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及发光线领域,尤其涉及一种可以发光的排式连接线。
背景技术
现市面上存在的发光线大多是利用单根光纤或发光线对接光源,如果碰到pin位多的线材要实行发光方案时,线材的对接工序的工作量及难度较大,费时费力,且发光线材容易出现排序混乱及交叉在一起的问题,解决这个问题时,通常做法是重复套穿多个发光线体,同时利用线梳来固定排序,即增加了企业成本,又增加了工序,使得生产效率低下,且使用线梳又影响发光线的美观。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为解决技术问题,提供了一种可以发光的排式连接线。
本实用新型提供了一种可以发光的排式连接线,包括两个连接器、多条发光线、多条连接线及用于使所述发光线发光的多个发光源;所述连接器上设有多排等间距设置且用于连接所述连接线的接口;所述连接器上装设有发光部;所述发光部上设有与一排所述接口数量相同且相同间距的发光线槽;所述发光线槽用于连接所述发光线;多条所述发光线由包覆层包覆成排线状的发光线排。
进一步地,每排所述接口的数量与所述发光线的数量相同且一一对应;所述连接线的两端分别与两个所述连接器上的同一排的接口相连
进一步地,所述发光线的两端分别与两个所述连接器上的对应所述发光线槽相连接。
进一步地,所述发光部在靠近所述发光线槽的位置处还装设有pcb板;所述发光源装设在所述pcb板上与所述发光线槽相对应的位置处。
进一步地,所述包覆层由透明pvc材料制作而成。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型通过包覆层将多条发光线包覆成排线状,解决了传统发光连接线容易发生交叉及排序混乱的问题,使得本发光连接线无需利用线梳对发光线进行梳理,降低生成成本,为企业带来更大的利润。

如图1~图3所示,本实用新型提供了一种可以发光的排式连接线,包括两个连接器1、多条发光线2、多条连接线3及用于使所述发光线2发光的多个发光源4;所述连接器1上设有多排等间距设置且用于连接所述连接线3的接口11;所述连接器1上装设有发光部5;所述发光部5上设有与一排所述接口11数量相同且相同间距的发光线槽51;所述发光线槽51用于连接所述发光线2;多条所述发光线2由包覆层6包覆成排线状的发光线排;多条所述发光线2在通过包覆层6包覆时;在两端位置处留有用于与所述发光线槽51连接的部分,使得所述发光线2能够很好的连接在所述发光线槽51上。
本实施例通过在所述连接器1上等间距设有多排接口11用于连接所述连接线3,且在所述连接器1上装设设有多个发光线槽51的发光部5,且所述发光部5上的发光线槽51与一排所述接口11的数量相同且间距相同,使得所述发光线2及所述连接线3有条理的定距排列;且通过包覆层6将多条发光线2包覆成排线状,从而使得所述发光线2等间距排列形成排线状,解决了传统发光连接线容易发生交叉及排序混乱的问题,减少利用常规线梳进行梳理,降低生产成本,为企业带来更大的利润。
在一个具体实施例中,每排所述接口11的数量与所述发光线2的数量相同且一一对应;所述连接线3的两端分别与两个所述连接器1上的同一排的接口11相连;从而使得所述连接线3能够通过两个所述连接器1与其他设备连接在一起。
在一个具体实施例中,所述发光线2的两端分别与两个所述连接器1上的对应所述发光线槽51相连接;所得本实用新型能够通过所述发光源4的光照射下发光。
在一个具体实施例中,所述发光部5在靠近所述发光线槽51的位置处还装设有pcb板52;所述发光源4装设在所述pcb板52上与所述发光线槽51相对应的位置处;所述发光源4与所述发光线槽51相对应,使得所述发光源4发出来的光能够照射到所述发光线2,从而所述发光线2通过反射所述发光源4的光线,使得所述发光线2能够发光。
在一个具体实施例中,所述包覆层6由透明pvc材料制作而成;所述包覆层6由pvc透明材料制作而成,从而使得所述发光线2在所述光源的照射下,能够将所述发光源4的光线反射出来,避免所述包覆层6阻挡所述发光线2将所述发光源4发射出来的光线,从而影响本实用新型的发光效果。
在一个具体实施例中,所述发光源4可以采用LED灯,更加节能环保。
在一个具体实施例中,所述发光源4可以采用RGB灯,且所述pcb板52上设有用于控制RGB灯变换颜色的装置,该装置的导线可以与5V或12V的连接线3并联,且可以匹配遥控器或声控装置,从而使得可以控制本发光连接线能够发射出不同颜色的光。
在一个具体实施例中,所述连接线3可以利用盒状理线梳7连接梳理,防止连接线3交叉在一起。
所述可以发光的排式连接线还包括与所述发光部5搭配使用的发光部盖板,所述发光部盖板将发光源4封闭起来,从而保护所述发光源4及所述pcb板52。

1.一种可以发光的排式连接线,其特征在于,包括两个连接器、多条发光线、多条连接线及用于使所述发光线发光的多个发光源;所述连接器上设有多排等间距设置且用于连接所述连接线的接口;所述连接器上装设有发光部;所述发光部上设有与一排所述接口的接口数量相同且相同间距的发光线槽;所述发光线槽用于连接所述发光线;多条所述发光线由包覆层包覆成排线状的发光线排。
2.如权利要求1所述的可以发光的排式连接线,其特征在于,每排所述接口的数量与所述发光线的数量相同且一一对应;所述连接线的两端分别与两个所述连接器上的同一排的接口相连。
3.如权利要求1所述的可以发光的排式连接线,其特征在于,所述发光线的两端分别与两个所述连接器上的对应所述发光线槽相连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的可以发光的排式连接线,其特征在于,所述发光部在靠近所述发光线槽的位置处还装设有pcb板;所述发光源装设在所述pcb板上与所述发光线槽相对应的位置处。
5.如权利要求1所述的可以发光的排式连接线,其特征在于,所述包覆层由透明pvc材料制作而成。
