背景技术
吸油烟机是各个家庭厨房排除油烟不可缺少的重要设备,但是当吸油烟机使用一段时间后,吸油烟机的排油烟通道和风机风叶上,会附着大量油垢。附着的污垢很难清洗,降低了吸油烟机排油烟效率,且大量油烟直接排放到外部大气当中,加剧了环境的污染。

请参考图1-图3,本实施例提供一种UV光解自动清洗油烟净化一体机,包括:壳体、排风机1、集烟罩、滤油网7和紫外线发生器6,排风机1安装在壳体上方;集烟罩安装在壳体下方,与排风机1相对设置;集烟罩与排风机1之间依次设置有滤油网7和紫外线发生器6。集烟罩设有多个吸风口5,吸风口5均与清洗室连通;滤油网7边缘固定连接在清洗室内壁上;紫外线发生器6固定安装在清洗室上方;清洗室上方设有气体通道,气体通道固定安装排风机1。其中,排风机1和紫外发生器6与控制单元12电连接,控制单元包括手动控制模块和自动控制模块,手动控制模块包括用于控制排风机的启动开关和停止开关,启动开关和停止开关均控制排风机的电源;手动控制模块还包括清洗开关,清洗开关控制紫外线发生器的电源;自动控制模块包括控制器,控制器控制排风机电源和紫外线发生器电源。本实施例中控制单元12采用自动控制模块,手动控制模块作为备选(即自动控制模块失效的情况下使用),控制单元12连接温度报警单元,温度报警单元包括温度传感器和报警指示灯;温度传感器固定安装在集烟罩上;报警指示灯固定安装在壳体上。
使用时,通过控制集烟罩收集的油烟由吸风口5进入清洗室,通过滤油网7过滤掉大粒径颗粒,剩下的小粒径颗粒由紫外线发生器6发出的紫外线光解为为二氧化碳、水和无味的白色粉末,分解产物由排风机排出。在控制单元12中设置温度报警阈值,若控制单元12接收到的温度达到温度报警阈值,则控制报警指示灯发出报警信号。
实施例5
请参考图1-图3,本实施例提供一种UV光解自动清洗油烟净化一体机,包括:壳体、排风机1、集烟罩、滤油网7和紫外线发生器6,排风机1安装在壳体上方;集烟罩安装在壳体下方,与排风机1相对设置;集烟罩与排风机1之间依次设置有滤油网7和紫外线发生器6。集烟罩设有多个吸风口5,吸风口5均与清洗室连通;滤油网7边缘固定连接在清洗室内壁上;紫外线发生器6固定安装在清洗室上方;清洗室上方设有气体通道,气体通道固定安装排风机1。其中,排风机1和紫外发生器6与控制单元12电连接,控制单元包括手动控制模块和自动控制模块,手动控制模块包括用于控制排风机的启动开关和停止开关,启动开关和停止开关均控制排风机的电源;手动控制模块还包括清洗开关,清洗开关控制紫外线发生器的电源;自动控制模块包括控制器,控制器控制排风机电源和紫外线发生器电源。此外,壳体内还安装有紫外线发生器清洗单元,包括:进水管11、污水收集槽和排水管10;进水管11的出水口处设有喷头,喷头正对紫外线发生器6。且进水管11的进水口处设有清洗阀,进水口连接自来水管;污水收集槽设置在紫外线发生器6的正下方,且污水收集槽底部与排水管10连通。紫外线发生器清洗单元还包括净化剂添加盒,净化剂添加盒与进水管连通,且净化剂添加盒与进水管之间设有净化剂添加阀。进水管11的出水口端与冷却喷头连通,冷却喷头设有冷却阀门,冷却喷头可以为多个,选用莲蓬头,且正对集烟罩和清洗室壁。冷却阀门选用电磁阀,连接控制单元。本实施例中控制单元12采用自动控制模块,手动控制模块作为备选(即自动控制模块失效的情况下使用),控制单元12连接温度报警单元,温度报警单元包括温度传感器和报警指示灯;温度传感器固定安装在集烟罩上;报警指示灯固定安装在壳体上。
使用时,通过控制集烟罩收集的油烟由吸风口5进入清洗室,通过滤油网7过滤掉大粒径颗粒,剩下的小粒径颗粒由紫外线发生器6发出的紫外线光解为为二氧化碳、水和无味的白色粉末,分解产物由排风机排出。在控制单元12中设置温度报警阈值,若控制单元12接收到的温度达到温度报警阈值,则控制报警指示灯发出报警信号,并打开冷却阀对清洗室和集烟罩进行喷水冷却。
实施例6
本实施例提供一种长220cm、宽135cm、高75.5cm的UV光解自动清洗油烟净化一体机,包括:壳体、排风机1、集烟罩、滤油网7和紫外线发生器6,排风机1安装在壳体上方;集烟罩安装在壳体下方,与排风机1相对设置,集烟罩为不锈钢集烟罩,集烟罩中心设有吸风口5,集烟罩外侧还设置有LED照明灯,便于操作照明。集烟罩壳体内部设有有隔油网7,避免壳体沾染过多油污。集烟罩还包括吸风管道,吸风管道一端连接吸风口5,吸风管道的另一端为喇叭状;吸风管道呈喇叭状的出口覆盖滤油网,滤油网选用双层油脂加滤网。集烟罩与排风机1之间依次设置有滤油网7和紫外线发生器6。紫外发生器发出波长为150-220nm的紫外线。
使用时,集烟罩收集的油烟由吸风口5进入清洗室,通过滤油网7过滤掉大粒径颗粒,剩下的小粒径颗粒由紫外线发生器6发出的紫外线光解为为二氧化碳、水和无味的白色粉末,分解产物由排风机排出。

1.一种UV光解自动清洗油烟净化一体机,其特征在于,包括:
壳体、排风机、集烟罩、滤油网和紫外线发生器,所述排风机安装在壳体上方;所述集烟罩安装在壳体下方,与所述排风机相对设置;所述集烟罩与所述排风机之间依次设置有滤油网和紫外线发生器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的UV光解自动清洗油烟净化一体机,其特征在于,所述一体机还包括:紫外线发生器清洗单元,所述紫外线发生器清洗单元包括进水管、污水收集槽和排水管;所述进水管的出水口设置在紫外线发生器的上方,且进水管的进水口处设有清洗阀;所述污水收集槽设置在紫外线发生器的正下方,且污水收集槽底部与所述排水管连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的UV光解自动清洗油烟净化一体机,其特征在于,所述进水管的出水口端与冷却喷头连通,所述冷却喷头设有冷却阀门;所述冷却喷头为莲蓬头,且正对集烟罩。
4.根据权利要求2所述的UV光解自动清洗油烟净化一体机,其特征在于,所述进水管的出水口处设有喷头,所述喷头正对紫外线发生器。
5.根据权利要求2所述的UV光解自动清洗油烟净化一体机,其特征在于,所述紫外线发生器清洗单元还包括净化剂添加盒,所述净化剂添加盒与所述进水管连通,且所述净化剂添加盒与所述进水管之间设有净化剂添加阀。
6.根据权利要求1所述的UV光解自动清洗油烟净化一体机,其特征在于,所述一体机还包括:控制单元,所述控制单元连接排风机和紫外线发生器。
7.根据权利要求6所述的UV光解自动清洗油烟净化一体机,其特征在于,所述控制单元包括手动控制模块和自动控制模块,所述手动控制模块包括用于控制排风机的启动开关和停止开关,所述启动开关和停止开关均控制排风机的电源;所述手动控制模块还包括清洗开关,所述清洗开关控制紫外线发生器的电源;所述自动控制模块包括控制器,所述控制器控制排风机电源和紫外线发生器电源。
8.根据权利要求6所述的UV光解自动清洗油烟净化一体机,其特征在于,所述一体机还包括:温度报警单元,所述温度报警单元包括温度传感器和报警指示灯;所述温度传感器固定安装在集烟罩上;所述报警指示灯固定安装在壳体上;温度传感器和报警指示灯均与控制单元电连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的UV光解自动清洗油烟净化一体机,其特征在于,所述滤油网为双层油脂加滤网。
10.根据权利要求1所述的UV光解自动清洗油烟净化一体机,其特征在于,所述集烟罩设有多个吸风口,所述吸风口均与清洗室连通;滤油网边缘固定连接在清洗室内壁上;紫外线发生器固定安装在清洗室上方;所述清洗室上方设有气体通道,所述气体通道固定安装排风机。
