为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种干湿分离过滤的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,该装置包括:
湿过滤单元,用于过滤油烟中的液态物质和大颗粒物质;
干过滤单元,用于进一步过滤油烟中的小颗粒物质;
所述装置还包括壳体、风机、控制单元,所述湿过滤单元和干过滤单元设置于壳体内,所述控制单元分别与风机、湿过滤单元、干过滤单元相连接。
具体地,在一实施方式中,所述湿过滤单元包括一级过滤模块、二级过滤模块、三级过滤模块,所述一级过滤模块用于对油烟初步降温冷凝;所述二级过滤模块用于对油烟进一步降温冷凝;所述三级过滤模块用于对油烟更进一步降温冷凝。
具体地,在进一步的实施方式中,所述干过滤单元包括四级过滤模块和五级过滤模块,所述四级过滤模块用于对油烟中的小颗粒物质电解分离,所述五级过滤模块用于将油烟中的小颗粒物质光解产生负离子。
具体地,在更进一步的实施方式中,所述控制单元包括:预警模块、控制模块、通信模块,所述预警模块分别与控制模块和通信模块电性耦接,所述预警模块包括一氧化碳传感器。
具体地,在更进一步的实施方式中,所述一级过滤模块为冷凝板,所述二级过滤模块为离心滤网,所述三级过滤模块为固定滤网,

具体地,在更进一步的实施方式中,所述上壳体包括控制柜、配电柜、过滤柜,所述控制柜与所述过滤柜固定连接,所述配电柜与所述过滤柜和控制柜活动连接;
所述配电柜的一端与所述过滤柜相铰接,所述配电柜设置有活动门,所述活动门与所述配电柜的另一端相铰接;所述控制模块包括显示屏、控制开关,所述显示屏和控制开关设置于控制柜的外侧,所述控制开关包括模式切换开关、净化控制开关、风机控制开关,所述净化控制开关与所述干过滤单元电性耦接,所述风机控制开关与所述风机电性耦接。
本实用新型的贡献在于,其有效解决了如何提供一种基于将油烟干湿分离从而实现多级过滤净化的油烟净化装置的技术问题。本实用新型通过将湿过滤单元设置于下壳体内,将干过滤单元设置于上壳体,通过湿过滤单元对油烟降温冷凝从而过滤油烟中的液态物质和大颗粒物质,通过干过滤单元对油烟中的小颗粒物质电离、光解从而实现净化;通过在控制单元设置预警模块,使得用户不在现场时设备能够自动感应环境险情,从而及时预警、避险、排险。据此,本实用新型具有高效的过滤、净化油烟的作用,同时具有安全环保、结构简单、外形美观的特点。

干过滤单元20,用于进一步过滤油烟中的小颗粒物质;所述干过滤单元20包括四级过滤模块21和五级过滤模块22,
其中,所述一级过滤模块11用于对油烟初步降温冷凝;
其中,所述二级过滤模块12用于对油烟进一步降温冷凝;
其中,所述三级过滤模块13用于对油烟更进一步降温冷凝;

其中,所述二级过滤模块12设置于下壳体32的直角梯形的斜腰所在的平面,所述下壳体的斜腰所在的平面为进气用的开口,所述一级过滤模块11设置于下壳体侧面,所述一级过滤模块与下壳体通过连接柱固定连接,所述连接柱使得一级过滤模块和下壳体之间预留出供气体流动的预留间隙,所述一级过滤模块与所述二级过滤模块平行设置,
具体地,本实施例中,风机40包括第一风机41和第二风机42,所述第一风机41设置于二级过滤模块12和三级过滤模块13之间,所述第一风机41在控制单元的控制下工作,当第一风机工作时,所述二级过滤模块12与三级滤模块13之间产生负压,外部的油烟受气压差作用,经一级过滤模块(即冷凝板)与下壳体之间的预留间隙进入壳体内,所述油烟进入壳体内的过程中与冷凝板充分接触,所述油烟在冷凝板上降温冷凝,冷凝的液体滞留在冷凝板上,同时带走油烟中较大的颗粒物质,所述油烟较大的颗粒物质指的是油类物质不完全燃烧沉积出的细而疏松的黑煤烟,以及油烟中的醛、酮、烃、脂肪酸、醇、芳香族化合物、酯、内酯、杂环化合物,以下统称为油烟中的液态物质、大颗粒物质及小颗粒物质。经冷凝板一次过滤的油烟通过二级过滤模块进入下壳体内,所述二级过滤模块为离心滤网,所述离心滤网采用现有技术中,本实施例提供的离心滤网由滤油片和电机组成,所述滤油片上冲压油弧形的条状孔,通过电机带动滤油片将冷凝于滤油片上的油烟经离心作用甩至壳体内侧,当然地,所述下壳体的内侧还设置有导油槽322,所述导油槽322从下壳体内侧延伸至壳体外侧,使得一级过滤模块和二级过滤模块冷凝的油烟均能流动至导油槽322内,所述导油槽322活动连接与下壳体内侧,以便于用户拆卸清洗。所述油烟通过二级过滤模块后进入三级过滤模块,所述三级过滤模块为固定滤网,所述固定滤网采用现有技术,本实施例提供的固定滤网为蜂窝状滤网,所述蜂窝状滤网的蜂窝结构为曲向交替螺旋缠绕,使得油烟经过蜂窝结构时增加了通过路径从而增加了油烟与滤网的接触时间、接触面积,使得油烟更进一步降温冷凝,从而带走油烟内的液态物质和大颗粒物质。所述三级过滤模块内冷凝的油烟在重力作用下低落至导油槽322内。
其中,所述二级过滤模块12所在的平面与下壳体32的背壁321所在的平面的夹角为28°~35°,所述三级过滤模块13所在的平面与下壳体32的背壁321所在的平面的夹角为50°~58°。
具体地,所述二级过滤模块12所在的平面与下壳体32的背壁321所在的平面的夹角为30°,所述三级过滤模块13所在的平面与下壳体32的背壁321所在的平面的夹角为55°,
具体地,所述二级过滤模块12与下壳体32背壁形成的倾斜角使得油烟定向进入壳体内,所述三级过滤模块12与背壁321形成的倾角使得定向进入壳体30内的油烟在二级过滤模块12和三级过滤模块13之间的区域形成涡流气旋,使得油烟能够快速地向上进入上壳体内。
其中,所述第二风机42设置于上壳体31内的上端部,所述上壳体31内还设有与外接通风管道相连接的通道口(附图中不示出),所述通道口的设置采用现有技术,既可以设置于上壳体31顶部,也可以设置于上壳体31的背壁上,所述第二风机采用现有技术,所述第二风机产生强于第一风机的负压,使得油烟从下壳体内部进入上壳体内部,经干过滤单元过滤后排到外界。
其中,所述干过滤单元20设置于上壳体31内,所述四级过滤模块21水平设置于上壳体31内的过滤柜,所述过滤柜313为中空的立方体,所述四级过滤模块21为高压静电除尘设备,所述高压静电除尘设备可以采用现有技术,本实施例提供的高压静电除尘设备由离子区和集板区构成,所述油烟在离子区受高压电离分解,形成带负电的游离负离子,所述集板区为带正极金属板,所述带负电的游离负离子经过集板区时被吸附质正极金属板上,该正极也称为集尘电极,本实施例提供的高压静电除尘设备设置于上壳体的下部,油烟经下壳体进入上壳体时首先通过所述四级过滤模块,所述四级过滤模块所处的过滤柜紧邻配电柜,供电设备设置于所述配电柜内,使得静电除尘设备与供电设备之间供电距离短,从配置层面减少了供电线损。所述五级过滤模块设置于上壳体的内侧上部,所述五级过滤模块22为光解设备,油烟经四级过滤模块过滤后通过五级过滤模块22更进一部过滤,所述光解设备用于光解油烟中的小颗粒物质产生负离子物质,所述光解设备可以采用现有技术,本实施例提供的光解设备包括光照区和集尘区,所述集尘区设置为曲折的曲面,从而增加油烟有光解设备的接触时间、接触面积,从而增加光照分解时间,所述光解设备通过紫外线光束照射油烟,裂解油烟中的氧分子及水分子产生游离氧(活性氧)和OH自由基,因游离氧和所携正负不平衡所以需要与氧气结合,进而产生臭氧,从而起到进一步净化油烟空气的作用。
所述控制单元50包括:预警模块51、控制模块52、通信模块53,所述预警模块51分别与控制模块52和通信模块53电性耦接,所述预警模块51包括一氧化碳传感器511。所述一氧化碳传感器511设置于控制柜外侧,所述一氧化碳传感器511用于检测环境中的一氧化碳浓度,当所述一氧化碳传感器511检测到环境中的一氧化碳浓度超标时,所述一氧化碳传感器511将“警示”信息同时发送至控制模块52和通信模块53,所述控制模块52启动风机将室内的有毒气体排至室外,同时所述通信模块53将“警示”信息发送至用户终端,所述用户终端可以是用户的移动信息终端,也可以是预设于用户客厅或卧室内的智能家居交互终端,所述用户终端可以采用现有技术,以该“警示”能够传达至用户为准。
所述控制单元50还包括蜂鸣器54、警示灯55,所述蜂鸣器54和警示灯55分别与控制模块电性耦接。所述蜂鸣器54、警示灯55设置于所述控制柜外侧;当所述一氧化碳传感器511检测到环境中的一氧化碳浓度超标时,所述蜂鸣器54和警示灯55同时工作,提醒用户室内的煤气泄露,使得用户及早避险、排险。
其中,所述配电柜312的一端与所述过滤柜313相铰接,所述配电柜312设置有活动门3121,所述活动门3121与所述配电柜312的另一端相铰接;所述配电柜312用于设置供电设备,包括但不限于变压器、电路板、继电器、保险装置等,所述活动门用于开启配电柜,使得用户便于检修配置配电柜内的设备;所述配电柜312的一端与所述过滤柜313相铰接,使得配电柜312作为整体用作过滤柜313的活动门,使得用户便于检修配置过滤柜内的设备。
所述控制模块52包括显示屏521、控制开关522,所述显示屏521和控制开关522设置于控制柜311的外侧,所述控制开关522包括模式切换开关5221、净化控制开关5222、风机控制开关5223,所述净化控制开关5222与所述干过滤单元20电性耦接,所述风机控制开关5223与所述风机40电性耦接。所述显示屏用于显示油烟净化装置的相关参数数据,包括但不限于风机的转数、档位、模式等,所述模式开关切换开关5221指的是自动模式与手动模式的切换,所述自动模式用作用户不在设备附近时的情况,此时油烟净化装置通过一氧化碳传感器511等感应装置自动感应环境值得变化从而自动控制设备的运转,例如煤气泄露时自动预警排险;所述手动模式指的是用户在现场操作油烟净化装置时的情况,此时,用户能够通过净化控制开关5222、风机控制开关5223等功能开关控制设备运作。
籍此,本实用新型通过将湿过滤单元设置于下壳体内,将干过滤单元设置于上壳体,通过湿过滤单元对油烟降温冷凝从而过滤油烟中的液态物质和大颗粒物质,通过干过滤单元对油烟中的小颗粒物质电离、光解从而实现净化;通过在控制单元设置预警模块,使得用户不在现场时设备能够自动感应环境险情,从而及时预警、避险、排险。据此,本实用新型具有高效的过滤、净化油烟的作用,同时具有安全环保、结构简单、外形美观的特点。
尽管通过以上实施例对本实用新型进行了揭示,但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,在不偏离本实用新型构思的条件下,对以上各构件所做的变形、替换等均将落入本实用新型的权利要求范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种干湿分离过滤的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,该装置包括:
湿过滤单元(10),用于过滤油烟中的液态物质和大颗粒物质;
干过滤单元(20),用于进一步过滤油烟中的小颗粒物质;
所述装置还包括壳体(30)、风机(40)、控制单元(50),所述湿过滤单元(10)和干过滤单元(20)设置于壳体内,所述控制单元(50)分别与风机(40)、湿过滤单元(10)、干过滤单元(20)相连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种干湿分离过滤的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,
所述湿过滤单元(10)包括一级过滤模块(11)、二级过滤模块(12)、三级过滤模块(13),
所述一级过滤模块(11)用于对油烟初步降温冷凝;
所述二级过滤模块(12)用于对油烟进一步降温冷凝;
所述三级过滤模块(13)用于对油烟更进一步降温冷凝。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种干湿分离过滤的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,
所述干过滤单元(20)包括四级过滤模块(21)和五级过滤模块(22),
所述四级过滤模块(21)用于对油烟中的小颗粒物质电解分离,
所述五级过滤模块(22)用于将油烟中的小颗粒物质光解产生负离子。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种干湿分离过滤的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,
所述控制单元(50)包括:预警模块(51)、控制模块(52)、通信模块(53),所述预警模块(51)分别与控制模块(52)和通信模块(53)电性耦接,所述预警模块(51)包括一氧化碳传感器(511)。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种干湿分离过滤的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,
所述一级过滤模块(11)为冷凝板,所述二级过滤模块(12)为离心滤网,所述三级过滤模块(13)为固定滤网。
6.如权利要求3所述的一种干湿分离过滤的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,
所述四级过滤模块(21)为高压静电除尘设备,所述五级过滤模块(22)为光解设备。
7.如权利要求4所述的一种干湿分离过滤的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,
所述控制单元(50)还包括蜂鸣器(54)、警示灯(55),所述蜂鸣器(54)和警示灯(55)分别与控制模块电性耦接。
8.如权利要求4所述的一种干湿分离过滤的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,
所述壳体(30)包括上壳体(31)和下壳体(32),所述下壳体(32)的纵截面为直角梯形,所述二级过滤模块(12)和三级过滤模块(13)垂直于所述纵截面设置,所述二级过滤模块(12)所在的平面与下壳体(32)的背壁(321)所在的平面的夹角为28°~35°,所述三级过滤模块(13)所在的平面与下壳体(32)的背壁(321)所在的平面的夹角为50°~58°。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种干湿分离过滤的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,
所述二级过滤模块(12)所在的平面与下壳体(32)的背壁(321)所在的平面的夹角为30°,所述三级过滤模块(13)所在的平面与下壳体(32)的背壁(321)所在的平面的夹角为55°。
10.如权利要求8所述的一种干湿分离过滤的油烟净化装置,其特征在于,
所述上壳体(31)包括控制柜(311)、配电柜(312)、过滤柜(313),所述控制柜(311)与所述过滤柜(313)固定连接,所述配电柜(312)与所述过滤柜(313)和控制柜(311)活动连接;
所述配电柜(312)的一端与所述过滤柜(313)相铰接,所述配电柜(312)设置有活动门(3121),所述活动门(3121)与所述配电柜(312)的另一端相铰接;
所述控制模块(52)包括显示屏(521)、控制开关(522),所述显示屏(521)和控制开关(522)设置于控制柜(311)的外侧,所述控制开关(522)包括模式切换开关(5221)、净化控制开关(5222)、风机控制开关(5223),所述净化控制开关(5222)与所述干过滤单元(20)电性耦接,所述风机控制开关(5223)与所述风机(40)电性耦接。
