本实用新型涉及一种好氧池布水装置，属于污水处理设备。
背景技术
现有的好氧池进水方式为管式进水，废水通过进水管进入设置在好氧池内的一个密闭的配水槽内，然后经配水管流入配水槽两侧的好氧池内进行处理。在配水管上安装流量计和阀门，通过人工开启阀门进行两侧水量的调节。由于管道局部阻力的差异和配水槽中水的流速不稳定，上述人工调节的误差使好氧池两侧水量无法达到真正平衡，布水不均导致生物量不均衡，水处理效果难以得到保证；由于管道上需要安装流量计，会额外增加设备成本，由于其易产生故障，维修会影响污水处理装置的稳定运行。
发明内容
本实用新型就是针对上述问题，提供一种运行成本低、操作简单、布水均匀、高效的好氧布水装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下方案，好氧池布水装置，包括进水管、配水槽、设置有阀门的配水管，设置在好氧池内的配水槽将好氧池分成左右两个部分，配水槽内设置有进水槽，进水管的出口设置在进水槽内，进水槽上沿与好氧池顶部之间设置有溢流通道。
配水槽和进水槽内分别设置有穿孔曝气管。
进水槽的上沿设置有溢流堰板。
安装在配水管上的阀门为常开的加长杆蝶阀。
实用新型的有益效果
本实用新型采用在好氧池的水处理的前端通过进水槽来先集中收集废水，再通过溢流堰板溢流到配水槽中，使来水流速得到一定缓冲，最后由配水管均匀向配水槽两侧的好氧池中分别布水。需要检修时，关闭检修一侧配水管上的阀门，好氧池可以单侧运行，保证了设备连续稳定的运行。采用常开阀门保证了好氧池两侧布水量相同，布水更均匀。本实用新型日常无需维护，操作简单，还可以弥补人工操作的误差；不再需要安装流量计，避免使用故障的发生；采用溢流堰板可以实现均匀出水，并降低了土建施工的难度，节约了设备安装和运行成本。

具体实施方式
本实用新型包括进水管5、配水槽7、进水槽6、设置有阀门3的配水管2，配水槽7设置在好氧池8内并将好氧池8分成左右两个部分，进水槽6设置在配水槽7内，进水管5的出口设置在进水槽6内。方型的进水槽6一面以好氧池8内壁为侧壁，其余三面侧壁的上沿均设置有溢流堰板10，溢流堰板10与好氧池顶8部之间有溢流通道9。配水槽7和进水槽6内分别设置有穿孔曝气管4，穿孔曝气管4在送风系统作用下，对来水进行空气搅拌，在不增加动力消耗情况下，利用空气搅拌多余的供风量即可提高进水槽6内来水的混合效果，确保配水槽7内来水均匀混合。
安装时，将本实用新型的穿孔曝气管4与送风系统相连。使用时，废水从进水管5流入进水槽6，通过溢流堰板10跌落至密闭的配水槽7内，经过穿孔曝气管4的空气搅拌后，再通过配水管2和常开的加长杆蝶阀，均匀分配至两侧的好氧池8中。

1.好氧布水装置，包括进水管、配水槽、设置有阀门的配水管，设置在好氧池内的配水槽将好氧池分成左右两个部分，其特征在于所述配水槽内设置有进水槽，进水管的出口设置在进水槽内，进水槽上沿与好氧池顶部之间设置有溢流通道。
2.如权利要求1所述的好氧布水装置，其特征在于配水槽和进水槽内分别设置有穿孔曝气管。
3.如权利要求2所述的好氧布水装置，其特征在于进水槽的上沿设置有溢流堰板。
4.如权利要求1所述的好氧布水装置，其特征在于安装在配水管上的阀门为常开的加长杆蝶阀。
