Abstract

一种密封式饭盒，是在现有压紧式饭盒的基础上改进而来：在其上盖的周边设一密封窄槽，在该槽中压装一无毒弹性密封环，或是在上盖的周边采用塑胶工艺覆盖上一层质地柔软的无毒塑料。当将上盖压紧在盒体上时，盒体的顶部就顶紧密封环或塑料覆盖层，从而实现饭盒的密封。这种密封式饭盒可盛装携带任何流动性食物而不会渗漏出来，故其使用范围很广，可以取代现有饭盒。

Description

一种将其任意倾斜或倒置，其内的流动性食物也不渗漏的密封式饭盒。
传统的饭盒多由一个盒体和一个上盖所构成。近年来又出现了带有开合铰链或扣紧把手、可将上盖压紧在盒体上的压紧式构造，但均不能防止饭盒中菜肴汁液的渗漏，既损失菜汁，影响菜肴的营养价值和可口性，又会弄脏提兜甚至是衣物。
为了解决现有饭盒汁液容易渗漏的问题，本实用新型对现有压紧式饭盒的上盖部分作了以下改进：在上盖的周边设置一个密封窄槽，在该密封窄槽中压装一个与其截面尺寸基本相同、形状相近的无毒弹性密封环，或是采用塑胶工艺在上盖的周边覆盖上一层质地比较柔软的无毒塑料。当将这种构造的上盖压紧到盒体上时，其内的无毒弹性密封环或塑料覆盖层就压封住盒体的敞口周边，从而使上盖与盒体之间成为一个密封的容器，确保盛装在饭盒内的带有汁液的饭菜、稀饭乃至饮料等食物在饭盒任意倾斜或倒置时也不会有丝毫渗漏。这样就防止了流动性食物的流失，又避免了污染提兜和衣物。且因可盛装携带流动性食物，使得这种密封式饭盒的使用范围比现有饭盒的更宽，例如在野外旅游时可在其内盛满水当水壶使用。

密封式饭盒由盒体（1）、上盖（2）、开合铰链（3）、密封窄槽（4）、和无毒弹性密封环（5）所构成。密封窄槽（4）的根部宽度略大于槽口宽度，外槽壁高于内槽壁。无毒弹性密封环（5）采用无毒橡胶制成，其截面的形状为矩形，其宽度与密封窄槽（4）的根部宽度基本相同，其高度略高于密封窄槽（4）的内槽壁而低于外槽壁，稍用力即可将其压入密封窄槽（4）中。
