背景技术
离子污染就是在潮湿空气中的离子形式出现的残留物，残留物来自不同渠道，任何地方都有可能造成离子污染，离子残留，通常是有极性的，而且有可能在线路板上引起电气化学效应，这些污染物由于不能通过目检发现，其存在尤其危险；离子污染测试仪是测量物体表面受污染的程度，需要用异丙醇萃取表面的污染离子，通过测量萃取液的电导率确定污染量。
中国专利申请号：201320301219.6，公开了一种离子污染测试仪恒温装置，包括离子污染测试仪、溶液温度传感器和温度控制器，所述的温度控制器与离子污染测试仪连接，所述的溶液温度传感器与离子污染测试仪，所述的溶液温度传感器与温度控制器连接。
上述发明创造结构复杂，在进行高精度测试时，测试数据易产生偏差。

本实用新型的目的在于，克服现有技术的上述缺陷，提供一种PCB离子污染测试仪。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的技术方案如下：一种PCB离子污染测试仪，包括机架，机架一侧顶部设有显示装置，机架另一侧内部设有容腔，容腔内设有检测装置，检测装置包括水箱，水箱内设有萃取液，水箱一侧设有循环管，循环管另一端与一循环泵出水口连接，循环管内设有电导仪检测电极，电导仪检测电极与显示装置电性连接，水箱上还连接设有若干离子交换柱，机架顶部对应水箱上方开设有通口。
进一步的，通口上设有盖板。
进一步的，离子交换柱数量为4根。
本实用新型的有益之处是：结构接单，测试效率高，且能满足高精度测试。

如图1-图3所示，本实用新型所述的一种PCB离子污染测试仪，包括机架 1，机架1一侧顶部设有显示装置2，机架1另一侧内部设有容腔3，容腔3内设有检测装置，检测装置包括水箱41，水箱41内设有萃取液(图中未示出)，水箱41一侧设有循环管42，循环管42另一端与一循环泵43出水口连接，循环管42内设有电导仪检测电极44，电导仪检测电极44与显示装置2电性连接，水箱41上还连接设有若干离子交换柱5，机架1顶部对应水箱41上方开设有通口(图中未示出)。
进一步的，通口上设有盖板6。
进一步的，离子交换柱5数量为4根。
更进一步的，在水箱41中放置入配好的萃取液，将被测试件放在水箱41 中后，启动循环泵43，循环泵43将被测试件表面污染物清洗，清洗完成后，经电导仪检测电极44检测污染物的离子浓度并反馈显示在显示装置2上，获得污染物的当量NaCl质量，从而测定被测试件表面的清洁度，而清洗完成后落入于水箱41中的污染物可以通过离子交换柱5进行过滤清洁，使萃取液能够再次利用。
更进一步的，NaCl合格质量为1.56ug/sq.cm。
