Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种易安装的LED双环吸顶灯,包括底盘、LED光源板、驱动电源、透光罩以及压环,LED光源板和驱动电源安装在底盘上,透光罩罩设在底盘上,压环套设在透光罩外部并承托住透光罩,压环与底盘之间通过多个安装柱可拆卸式连接,多个安装柱中至少有一个安装柱为可折弯安装柱。本实用新型将压环与底盘之间的安装柱设计为可折弯结构,在安装透光罩前可以将压环的一端预先连接在底盘的可折弯安装柱上,利用安装柱的可折弯结构令压环处于向下打开状态,此时再将透光罩安装在底盘上后,只需一只手将压环的另一端与其他安装柱连接即可;折弯结构的安装柱设计,为吸顶灯的安装提供了便利。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED照明技术领域,具体涉及一种易安装的LED双环吸顶灯。
背景技术
吸顶灯是一种吸附或嵌入到屋顶天花板上的灯具,一般用于家庭、办公室等场所。现有吸顶灯一般采用轻质塑料透光罩,透光罩卡扣在底盘上,安装比较方便。但塑料透光罩硬度低,表面容易被划伤,同时散热也不太好,且时间长后表面容易发黄,从而影响光通量。为此,有部分制造商开始采用玻璃透光罩来弥补塑料透光罩的不足。但是,玻璃透光罩比较重,难以卡扣在底盘上,因此市面上出现了一种双环吸顶灯,除了底盘外,还需要一个专门的压环托住玻璃透光罩,该双环吸顶灯包括底盘、LED光源板、驱动电源、玻璃透光罩和压环。底盘为一个金属圆盘,周沿具有平台,内底面上安装LED光源板和驱动电源,圆盘周沿平台上设置多个安装柱,玻璃透光罩罩设在底盘上,压环套设在透光罩上,然后将压环用螺母锁住在安装柱上,将透光罩固定在底盘与压环之间。但这种安装方式需要同时对玻璃透光罩和压环进行安装,安装时需要双手托住压环,一个人在高空仰面作业很不方便,并且玻璃透光罩易碎,安装不好容易摔碎。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的发明目的是提供一种易安装的LED双环吸顶灯,安装方式简单,一个人即可方便作业,可以有效避免安装时透光罩的意外脱落。为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种易安装的LED双环吸顶灯,包括底盘、LED光源板、驱动电源、透光罩以及压环,LED光源板和驱动电源安装在底盘上,透光罩罩设在底盘上,压环套设在透光罩外部并承托住透光罩,压环与底盘之间通过多个安装柱可拆卸式连接,多个安装柱中至少有一个安装柱为可折弯安装柱。
所述可折弯安装柱包括固定部和折弯部,固定部的顶端与底盘连接,固定部的底端与折弯部的顶端铰接,折弯部的底端与压环连接。
所述固定部的顶端与底盘一体连接。
所述固定部的顶端设有螺纹孔,底盘上设置螺纹柱,固定部的顶端与螺纹柱螺纹连接。
所述固定部的底部设有凸耳,凸耳上开设通孔;折弯部的顶部开设可容纳凸耳的通槽,通槽的侧壁上对称开设通孔,凸耳嵌入到通槽内,插销穿过通槽上的通孔及凸耳上的通孔将两者连接在一起。
所述折弯部的下部设置有外螺纹,压环的四周开设有螺丝孔,折弯部的下部穿过螺丝孔后用螺帽固定。
所述透光罩为玻璃透光罩。
所述压环与底盘之间留有间距。
本实用新型将压环与底盘之间的安装柱设计为可折弯结构,在安装透光罩前可以将压环的一端预先连接在底盘的可折弯安装柱上,利用安装柱的可折弯结构令压环处于向下打开状态,此时再将透光罩安装在底盘上后,只需一只手将压环的另一端与其他安装柱连接即可;折弯结构的安装柱设计,为吸顶灯的安装提供了便利。
以下通过附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步阐述。

具体实施方式:
本实施例提供一种易安装的LED双环吸顶灯,如图1和图2所示,其结构主要包括底盘1、LED光源板5、驱动电源6、玻璃透光罩3以及压环2。其中,底盘1为具有底面的金属圆盘,底盘1的底面中部安装驱动电源6,驱动电源5的周围安装LED光源板5。底盘1的底面上设有环槽,玻璃透光罩3的边缘置于环槽内将玻璃透光罩3罩设在底盘1上。底盘1的环槽外侧圆周上设有若干安装柱4,玻璃透光罩3的外部用压环2将其承托住,压环2为金属圆环,压环2与底盘1之间留有较大的间距,是为了方便透光罩3的安装操作,压环2与底盘1通过若干安装柱4可拆卸式连接。
在上述多个安装柱4中至少有一个采用如图3和图4所示的可折弯安装柱4,其目的是方便在安装吸顶灯时可以将压环2的一端与底盘1预连接。可折弯安装柱4的结构可以采用现有技术中的多样形式来实现,本实施例中的可折弯安装柱4的结构如图3和图4所示,可折弯安装柱4包括固定部401、折弯部403以及插销402,固定部401的顶端与底盘1连接,固定部401的底端与折弯部403的顶部用插销402铰接,折弯部403的底端与压环2连接。固定部401的顶部可以采用与底盘1一体连接的形式直接固定在底盘1上;也可以先在底盘1上设置螺纹柱,在固定部401的顶部开设螺纹孔,通过螺纹柱与螺纹孔的配合将固定部401的顶端安装在底盘1上。固定部401的底部设置一个凸耳,凸耳上开设通孔,在折弯部403的顶部纵向开设通槽,在通槽的两侧壁对称开设贯通通槽的通孔,将凸耳插入到通槽内,用插销402穿过通槽侧壁的通孔以及凸耳上的通孔将固定部401与折弯部403铰接在一起,这样折弯部403就可以沿竖直方向转动。折弯部403的底部设置一个直径小于折弯部本体直径的螺纹柱,在压环2的底部四周对应安装柱4的位置开设螺丝孔,令折弯部403底部的螺纹柱穿过压环2上的螺丝孔后,用螺帽7拧紧固定。
在安装本实施例中给出的吸顶灯时,先如图5所示,将压环2与底盘1上任意一个可折弯安装柱4按照上述给出的方式先连接在一起,通过安装柱4的折弯效果可以令压环2悬挂在底盘1的下方一侧。由于底盘1与压环2之间留有较大的间距,并不会对玻璃透光罩3安装造成妨碍。悬挂好压环2后,再如图6所示,将玻璃透光罩3的边缘嵌入在底盘1的环槽内,用一只手拖住玻璃透光罩3,另一只手将压环2悬空的一侧用螺帽7安装到其他安装柱4上进行定位,再依次将剩余的安装柱4进行连接固定。
以上实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案而非限制,本领域普通技术人员对本实用新型的技术方案所做的其他修改或者等同替换,只要不脱离本实用新型技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本实用新型的权利要求范围中。
Claims (8)
1.一种易安装的LED双环吸顶灯,其特征在于:包括底盘、LED光源板、驱动电源、透光罩以及压环,LED光源板和驱动电源安装在底盘上,透光罩罩设在底盘上,压环套设在透光罩外部并承托住透光罩,压环与底盘之间通过多个安装柱可拆卸式连接,多个安装柱中至少有一个安装柱为可折弯安装柱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易安装的LED双环吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述可折弯安装柱包括固定部和折弯部,固定部的顶端与底盘连接,固定部的底端与折弯部的顶端铰接,折弯部的底端与压环连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种易安装的LED双环吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述固定部的顶端与底盘一体连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种易安装的LED双环吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述固定部的顶端设有螺纹孔,底盘上设置螺纹柱,固定部的顶端与螺纹柱螺纹连接。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种易安装的LED双环吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述固定部的底部设有凸耳,凸耳上开设通孔;折弯部的顶部开设可容纳凸耳的通槽,通槽的侧壁上对称开设通孔,凸耳嵌入到通槽内,插销穿过通槽上的通孔及凸耳上的通孔将两者连接在一起。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种易安装的LED双环吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述折弯部的下部设置有外螺纹,压环的四周开设有螺丝孔,折弯部的下部穿过螺丝孔后用螺帽固定。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种易安装的LED双环吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述透光罩为玻璃透光罩。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种易安装的LED双环吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述压环与底盘之间留有间距。
