Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following specific examples and the accompanying drawings. The procedures, conditions, experimental methods and the like for carrying out the present invention are general knowledge and common general knowledge in the art except for the contents specifically mentioned below, and the present invention is not particularly limited.
The dust blocking device is arranged on the chassis below the vehicle seat close to the vehicle door (corresponding space is preset when the chassis is manufactured). The dust-proof device has two operation modes, namely a quick cleaning mode and a deep cleaning mode. The rapid cleaning mode is used when the sole is relatively clean and only dry dust is adhered, and the cleaning is rapid and efficient. The deep cleaning mode is mainly used when wet mud is adhered to the sole, and the cleaning is thorough.
Example 1
A quick clean mode of operation. When the vehicle door is opened, a person sits on the vehicle seat, two feet are placed outside the vehicle, the shell driving switch 11 is opened, the shell 3 extends out of the vehicle bottom under the driving of the shell driving mechanism 21, the two feet are placed in the middle of the automatic sole adapter 31, the quick cleaning switch 12 is opened, and the shell control mechanism 22 is started to quickly clean a control module program, so that the brush cleaning mechanism 321 (the brush driving motor 3211 drives the electric brush 3212) and the dust collection/drying mechanism 322 work simultaneously. After the cleaning is completed, the quick cleaning switch 12 is turned off, and the housing control mechanism 22 stops the quick cleaning control module program to stop the brush cleaning mechanism 321 and the dust suction/drying mechanism 322 at the same time. The feet are removed, the shell driving switch 11 is closed, and the shell 3 returns.
Example 2
Deep cleaning mode operation. The vehicle door is opened, a person sits on the vehicle seat, and the feet of the person are placed outside the vehicle. The shell driving switch 11 is started, the shell 3 extends out from the bottom of the vehicle under the driving of the shell driving mechanism 21, and two feet are placed on the outer side of the middle of the automatic sole adapter 31. Turning on the deep cleaning switch 13, starting the deep cleaning control module program of the shell control mechanism 22: firstly, the silicone ring retraction/release driving mechanism 311 is started, the screw rod 313 is driven to rotate clockwise, the serrated silicone ring 312 is retracted to be in a proper size with the sole, and after the serrated silicone ring 312 is retracted and meets resistance, the silicone ring retraction/release driving mechanism 311 stops working; then, the drain control valve 331 on the waste water tank 332 is opened; then, the brush cleaning mechanism 321 (the brush driving motor 3211 drives the electric brush 3212) and the spray cleaning mechanism 323 (the pressure-increasing water pump 3234 pumps water in the water tank 3231, and the water is pressurized and then delivered to the mist spray head 3236 through the water pipe 3235 to spray out in a mist form) work at the same time, and after a while (the depth cleaning control module of the shell control mechanism 22 is controlled by a program), the brush cleaning mechanism 321 and the spray cleaning mechanism 323 stop working at the same time; the drain control valve 331 on the waste water tank 332 is closed; the dust suction/drying mechanism 322 starts to operate. Finally, the deep cleaning switch 12 is turned off, the casing control mechanism 22 stops the dust collection/drying mechanism 322 by the deep cleaning control module program, and the silicone ring retraction/release driving mechanism 311 drives the screw rod 313 to rotate counterclockwise, so that the serrated silicone ring 312 is expanded to the original position. After cleaning, the feet are removed, the shell driving switch 11 is closed, and the shell 3 returns.
The protection of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. Variations and advantages that may occur to those skilled in the art may be incorporated into the invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the inventive concept, and the scope of the appended claims is intended to be protected.
