本实用新型公开一种新型的煲胆结构，安装在电饭煲内，包括上端沿边紧贴在煲盖下端面处的外胆体、嵌设于外胆体内的呈网筛状设置从而实现水渣分离效果的内胆，内胆朝外延伸出一环形卡边，外胆体内侧壁设有供环形卡边搭接在上的环形台阶，环形台阶上设有若干对环形卡边具有顶起作用的顶杆装置。本实用新型采用双胆的结构样式以达到水渣分离和蒸煮降糖的效果，煲胆结构包括外胆体、内胆，内胆呈网筛状设置从而达到水渣分离效果；当环形卡边搭接在环形台阶上时，通过顶杆装置对内胆作升降运动，使得食物中的糖分冲刷到外胆体的水中，使用方便，而且煲胆结构的密封性好，煲胆结构内压力高，提高食物的降糖效果，缩短蒸煮时间，效果显著且节能环保。
