本实用新型室内净化器部分采用负离子除尘、除菌技术,循环净化室内的空气,还包括外挂制氧机,外挂制氧机通过输氧管道连接至负离子发生器入口与空气混合,来自外挂制氧机的氧气与空气一起经过负离子发生器处理,再排出到室内,不仅可以循环净化室内的气体,还可以不断地为室内补充氧气,增加空气的质量,而且外界引入的几乎都是90%以上含量的氧气,没有太大的气流量,和空气混合后无论是冬天还是夏天都能保证不引起室内气温发生太大变化。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本实用新型,但并不构成对本实用新型的限定。此外,下面所描述的本实用新型各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
如图1所示:
一种新型空气杀菌、消毒、净化装置,包括室内净化器,所述室内净化器包括依次流体连接的前置滤芯、进气风扇和负离子发生器,还包括外挂制氧机,所述外挂制氧机通过输氧管道连接至负离子发生器的入口。
在本实施例中外挂制氧机采用PSA制氧技术,PSA制氧机组内置分子筛,一般使用沸石分子筛,沸石分子筛具有电极性的晶体结构,在压力作用下可与氮分子的电四极矩相吸引。而氧分子的电四极矩相对较弱,吸引力较小。因此分子筛在压力下对氮气有较大的吸附作用,能够把大量的氮气吸附在晶体中,而让氧气流过,这样在压力下空气中的氧气和氮气就得以分离。其结构主要包括压缩气泵、PSA制氧机组1、PSA制氧机组2和泄压管道,所述PSA制氧机组1、PSA制氧机组2入口均通过二位三通电控阀1与压缩气泵出口连接,还通过二位三通电控阀2与泄压管道连接;所述PSA制氧机组1、PSA制氧机组2出口通过二位三通电控阀3与输氧管道连接,所述输氧管道连接至室内净化器,本实施例设置了两个PSA制氧机组,并通过三个二位三通电控阀来进行气流通道切换,当一个PSA制氧机组的分子筛吸附氮气接近饱和时,就需要脱附再生,这时另一PSA制氧机组开始产氧,这样产氧过程基本上是连续的,就能获得源源不断的的氧气,电控阀的采用PLC自动控制切换就可以。空气通过负离子发生器时,空气中烟尘、粉尘、飘尘等带正电荷的颗粒物很容易吸附负离子,使得这些尘粒凝并,成为大粒子沉降下来,净化了空气,尤其是对粒径小至0.01μm的微粒和难以去除的飘尘,如香烟烟雾、致敏微粒等的凝并效果明显,对过敏性花粉热、支气管哮喘、上呼吸道黏膜炎等均能起到缓解或治愈作用。负离子抑菌机理在于负离子与细菌结合后,使细菌产生结构的改变或能量的转移,导致细菌死亡。负离子也能有效去除空气中的多种有害物质,如一些有害的化学物质和挥发性有机化合物VOC等,从而达到净化空气的目的,来自外挂制氧机的氧气与空气一起经过负离子发生器处理,再排出到室内,不仅可以循环净化室内的气体,还可以不断地为室内补充氧气,增加空气的质量。
具体的,为了方便除去带电粒子和微粒,进气风扇与负离子发生器之间还安装有静电除尘器。
具体的,为了室内净化器净化后的气流和来自外挂制氧机的氧气在排出前能充分混合均匀,室内净化器在负离子发生器的出口还安装有混合扩散装置。可以选择螺旋通道式混合风扇,混合气体在风扇中螺旋通过,从而达到混合的目的。
具体的,还包括用于控制所述外挂制氧机和室内净化器的电路系统,电控系统都是现有的成熟技术,主要就是控制各阀门和电器的工作,此处不在赘述。
以上结合附图对本实用新型的实施方式作了详细说明,但本实用新型不限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本实用新型原理和精神的情况下,对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,仍落入本实用新型的保护范围内。

1.一种新型空气杀菌、消毒、净化装置,包括室内净化器,所述室内净化器包括依次流体连接的前置滤芯、进气风扇和负离子发生器,其特征在于:还包括外挂制氧机,所述外挂制氧机通过输氧管道连接至负离子发生器的入口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型空气杀菌、消毒、净化装置,其特征在于:所述外挂制氧机包括过滤器、压缩气泵、PSA制氧机组1、PSA制氧机组2和泄压管道,所述PSA制氧机组1、PSA制氧机组2入口均通过二位三通电控阀1依次与压缩气泵和过滤器连接,还通过二位三通电控阀2与泄压管道连接;所述PSA制氧机组1、PSA制氧机组2出口通过二位三通电控阀3与输氧管道连接,所述输氧管道连接至室内净化器。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型空气杀菌、消毒、净化装置,其特征在于:所述进气风扇与负离子发生器之间还安装有静电除尘器。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型空气杀菌、消毒、净化装置,其特征在于:所述室内净化器在负离子发生器的出口还安装有混合扩散装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型空气杀菌、消毒、净化装置,其特征在于:所述混合扩散装置为螺旋通道式混合风扇。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型空气杀菌、消毒、净化装置,其特征在于:还包括用于控制所述外挂制氧机和室内净化器的电路系统。
