Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种用于废气净化的反应器。它包括壳体和设于壳体中的吸附床,在壳体上端设有废气出口和热风出口,在壳体下端设有废气进口和热风进口,所述的废气进口和热风进口都与吸附床的气体入口相连,所述的废气出口和热风出口都与吸附床的气体出口相连,在废气出口、废气进口、热风出口和热风进口上都设有阀门。本实用新型的用于废气净化的反应器可吸附与脱附两用,该反应器制造成本低,吸附材料(抽屉式)装卸方便,操作简便,可在不拆卸吸附材料的情况下进行脱附。

技术领域:
本实用新型属于废气净化处理技术领域,具体涉及一种用于废气净化的反应器。
背景技术:
吸附是对有机废气处理的一个重要过程,工业生产中普遍采用的吸附装置为固定床,原料气从吸附床的一端输入,产品从另一端输出。吸附材料大部分为可脱附再生材料,需要对其进行脱附再生然后重新投入使用。用于吸附有机废气的反应器多为固定床反应器,此类固定床反应器结构简单,用途单一,不能直接对吸附材料直接进行脱附再生或者需要繁琐复杂的操作才能进行,远远减低了工作效率。固定床反应器的缺点就是装卸填料不方便,在工业生产中常常要同时使用两个以上的反应器,没有高效的利用反应器的价值。固定床反应器中的抽屉式反应器虽然使得装卸填料较为方便,但是还没有满足生产中的高频率、效率。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可吸附与脱附两用的用于废气净化的反应器,该反应器制造成本低,吸附材料装卸方便,操作简便,可在不拆卸吸附剂的情况下进行脱附。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案予以实施的:
本实用新型的用于废气净化的反应器,其特征在于,包括壳体和设于壳体中的吸附床,在壳体上端设有废气出口和热风出口,在壳体下端设有废气进口和热风进口,所述的废气进口和热风进口都与吸附床的气体入口相连,所述的废气出口和热风出口都与吸附床的气体出口相连,在废气出口、废气进口、热风出口和热风进口上都设有阀门。
优选,所述的吸附床为抽屉式吸附床,包括若干层层上下排列的抽屉,抽屉的拉出端位于壳体侧壁上,在所述的抽屉中填充有吸附材料。
所述的吸附材料可以为活性炭,吸附树脂等各种吸附材料。
进一步优选,所述的抽屉式吸附床,包括1-3层上下排列的金属网格式抽屉,即抽屉的除了外部拉手部分的侧壁是板状,其他侧壁都是金属网格,金属网格中装填有吸附材料。
本实用新型是这样使用的:
吸附时,关闭壳体侧壁的热风进、出口阀门,废气由壳体底部的废气进口进入壳体,经过壳体内放置在金属网格抽屉上的吸附材料进行吸附,再由壳体顶部的废气出口排出;脱附时,关闭废气进、出口的阀门,热风从壳体侧壁下部的热风进口进入壳体,流经金属网格抽屉,使放置在金属网格抽屉上的吸附材料进行加热脱附,脱附出来的有机废气随热风由壳体侧壁上部的热风出口排出。
因此,本实用新型的用于废气净化的反应器可吸附与脱附两用,该反应器制造成本低,吸附材料(抽屉式)装卸方便,操作简便,可在不拆卸吸附材料的情况下进行脱附。

以下实施例是对本实用新型的进一步说明,而不是对本实用新型的限制。
实施例1:
如图1和图2所示,本实施例的用于废气净化的反应器,包括壳体1和设于壳体中的吸附床2,在壳体上端设有废气出口3和热风出口4,在壳体下端设有废气进口5和热风进口6,所述的废气进口5和热风进口6都与吸附床的气体入口相连,所述的废气出口3和热风出口4都与吸附床的气体出口相连,在废气出口3、废气进口5、热风出口4和热风进口6上都设有阀门。所述的吸附床为抽屉式吸附床,包括2层上下排列的金属网格式抽屉(抽屉的除了外部拉手部分的侧壁是板状,其他侧壁都是金属网格,金属网格中装填有吸附材料7。抽屉的拉出端8位于壳体侧壁上。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于废气净化的反应器,其特征在于,包括壳体和设于壳体中的吸附床,在壳体上端设有废气出口和热风出口,在壳体下端设有废气进口和热风进口,所述的废气进口和热风进口都与吸附床的气体入口相连,所述的废气出口和热风出口都与吸附床的气体出口相连,在废气出口、废气进口、热风出口和热风进口上都设有阀门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于废气净化的反应器,其特征在于,所述的吸附床为抽屉式吸附床,包括若干层上下排列的抽屉,抽屉的拉出端位于壳体侧壁上,在所述的抽屉中填充有吸附材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于废气净化的反应器,其特征在于,所述的吸附材料为活性炭或吸附树脂。
4.根据权利要求2所述的用于废气净化的反应器,其特征在于,所述的抽屉式吸附床,包括1-3层上下排列的金属网格式抽屉,即抽屉的除了外部拉出端部分的侧壁是板状,其他侧壁都是金属网格,金属网格中装填有吸附材料。
