The utility model provides a massage cushion.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, it is an exploded view of the first embodiment of the massage cushion of the present invention. The utility model discloses a massage pad, include:
an outer sleeve 1;
a massage head component 3 which is arranged near the front side surface of the outer sleeve 1;
the driving component 2 is arranged in the outer sleeve 1, and the driving component 2 is used for driving the massage head component 3 to move when receiving a starting signal;
an inner liner 14, positioning the drive assembly 2 inside the casing 1; and
at least one switch mechanism 4, the switch mechanism 4 being electrically connected to the drive assembly 2 and configured to generate an activation signal when the massage recipient approaches and/or presses against the front side of the casing 1.
In this embodiment, the outer cover 1 is usually made of a material with a certain flexibility, which can be used to fix the driving component 2 and the massage head component 3, and can also be used to drive the massage head component 3 to massage the human body through the outer cover 1 by the driving component 2, so as to avoid the larger friction force generated by the direct action of the massage head component 3 on the human body.
In order to realize the movement of the massage head component 3 and achieve the purpose of massaging the human body, the driving component 2 can be a structure with a motor, and the massage head component 3 is driven to rotate or swing by the motor; the massage head component 3 can also be driven to do linear motion or swing through a screw rod and a connecting device.
For positioning the driving member 2, the inner lining 14 may be a flexible product, an elastic product, or a product with a hard outer shell covering an elastic inner cavity or a flexible inner cavity, such as: latex products, silicone rubber products and soft plastic products.
In order to make the massage head assembly 3 effectively massage the human body, the massage head assembly 3 generally adopts an integrally formed structure having protrusions, such as: an integral injection molding plastic product with a bulge. It is also possible to use a structure in which part of the structure of the massage head unit 3 is movable, for example: the massage head component 3 is provided with a bulge which can move relative to the connected part, and the connected part between the massage head component 3 and the driving component 2 is provided with a transmission device connected with the bulge, so that the bulge is driven to move at a preset frequency when the driving component 2 drives the massage head component 3 to move.
In order to fix the massage head assembly 3 on the driving assembly 2, the massage head assembly 3 is usually sleeved on the driving shaft of the driving assembly 2, and the massage head assembly 3 is fixed on the driving shaft by screws; or the massage head component 3 is provided with a threaded hole and the driving shaft of the driving component 2 is provided with a thread, so that the massage head component 3 is screwed on the driving shaft of the driving component 2; further, the massage head unit 3 is bonded to the drive shaft of the drive unit 2. Or a structure that the massage head component 3 is inserted in the driving shaft of the driving component 2 is adopted.
To effect actuation of the drive assembly 2, the switch mechanism 4 is typically a single switch. Specifically, the switch mechanism 4 is a mechanism adopting a mechanical switch, and the driving assembly 2 is started by pressing or sliding a traditional mechanical switch; a mechanism comprising an inductive switch may also be used to activate the drive assembly 2 by sensing a change in the external environment, such as: the device comprises a magnetic induction switch temperature induction switch, a photoelectric control induction switch and an ultrasonic distance sound induction switch; or a mechanism including an intelligent switch, the driving component 2 is started by means of sensing the mobile terminal, such as: and when the intelligent equipment carried by the user is recognized to reach the preset distance, the driving component 2 is started.
When a user approaches and/or presses the front side surface of the outer sleeve 1, the switch mechanism 4 is closed to generate a starting signal, so that the switch mechanism 4 and the driving component 2 form a closed loop, and the driving component 2 is started to drive the massage head component 3 to move at a preset frequency. When the user leaves the front side of the jacket 1, the switching mechanism 4 is disconnected from the drive assembly 2, so that the drive assembly 2 stops moving. The circuit where the driving component 2 is located is closed by approaching and/or pressing the switch mechanism 4, so that the operation step that a switch button needs to be pressed independently before the massage cushion is used is avoided, the step of starting the massage cushion is simplified, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, the switch mechanism 4 is a mechanical switch mechanism and/or an electronic induction switch mechanism. That is, at least one of the switch mechanisms 4 may include a mechanical switch, an electronic inductive switch, a mechanical switch mechanism, and an electronic inductive switch mechanism.
Further, the mechanical switching mechanism includes: a travel switch 41; the travel switch 41 generates a starting signal for starting the driving component to drive the massage head component to work when the massage receptor leans against the front side surface of the outer sleeve.
Further, the mechanical opening and closing mechanism further includes a box 43 and a transmission member 42. Wherein, the travel switch 41 is arranged in the box body 43; the transmission member 42 is in contact with the travel switch 41, and the transmission member 42 is movably connected with respect to the box body 43.
Specifically, the box body 43 is arranged towards the front side opening of the outer sleeve 1, the transmission piece 42 is movably connected with the box body 43 and exposed out of the opening at the front side of the box body 43, and the travel switch 41 is arranged in the box body 43 and located at the rear side of the transmission piece 42. When the transmission member 42 contacts the outer cover 1 when the massage recipient presses against the front side of the outer cover 1 and moves relative to the box 43 to press the stroke switch 41, the stroke switch 41 generates an activation signal accordingly. When the force acting on the transmission member 42 across the outer cover 1 is removed from the massage recipient, the transmission member 42 is lifted relative to the stroke switch 41, and the stroke switch 41 is turned off.
Preferably, the transmission member 42 is of a curved configuration, and the curved configuration is adjacent the front side of the casing 1.
In the present embodiment, in order to make it easier for the user to activate the massage mattress, the switch mechanism 4 is activated by pressing the transmission member 42, so that the switch spring of the switch mechanism 4 is more easily pressed. Meanwhile, the contact area with the user is increased by adopting the curved surface structure of the transmission member 42, and the friction with the outer cover 1 is reduced, so that the stroke switch 41 is more easily pressed down.
Further, one end of the transmission member 42 is rotatably connected to the box 43, and the other end is rotatable away from or close to the bottom wall of the box 43.
Specifically, the transmission member 42 is provided with a buckle 421. The sidewall of the box 43 is provided with a limiting hole 431, and the hook of the buckle 421 can move up and down in the limiting hole 431, that is, the transmission member 42 can move in the box 43 under the limiting action of the limiting hole 431, as shown by an arrow in fig. 12.
In this embodiment, the structure that the buckle 421 is matched with the limiting hole 431 is adopted, so that the transmission member 42 is prevented from falling off in the movement relative to the box body 43, and the transmission member 42 can move up and down relative to the box body 43 in a preset range.
Further, the transmission member 42 is further provided with a pressing protrusion 422. In order to close the travel switch 41, a structure of pressing the protrusion 422 is adopted. When the transmission member 42 is pressed down, the pressing protrusion 422 abuts against the switch spring of the travel switch 41, and the travel switch 41 is closed.
Further, a movable portion 423 is disposed at one end of the transmission member 42. To realize the movement of the transmission member 42, the movable portion 423 is movably connected to the open end of the box 43. Preferably, the movable portion 423 is connected to the open side of the box 43 in a generally axial hole configuration.
In this embodiment, the up-and-down movement of the transmission member 42 relative to the box body 43 is facilitated by adopting the shaft hole structure between the transmission member 42 and the box body 43. Alternatively, a structure in which the transmission member 42 and the box body 43 are integrated, that is, the open ends of the transmission member 42 and the box body 43 are connected to each other, may be adopted.
Further, the switch mechanism 4 further includes an elastic member 435, and the elastic member 435 elastically connects the case 43 and the transmission member 42 to restore the transmission member 42 when the massage recipient gets out of the front side of the housing 1.
One end of the elastic member 435 is fixed to the bottom wall of the box 43, and the other end is connected to the pressing protrusion 422 of the transmission member 42. When an external force acts on the transmission member 42, the transmission member 42 presses the elastic member 435 to accumulate elastic potential energy, and the travel switch 41 is closed; when the external force acting on the transmission member 42 is removed, the elastic potential energy of the elastic member 435 is converted into an elastic force to act on the transmission member 42, the transmission member 42 is bounced, and the travel switch 41 is turned off, so that the circuit where the travel switch 41 is located is turned off.
Furthermore, a rib 432 for dividing the inner cavity of the box body 43 is arranged in the box body 43, a clearance groove 433 for the up-and-down movement of the transmission piece 42 in the box body 43 is formed by one side of the rib 432 and the side wall of the inner cavity, an opening 434 for connecting a terminal of the travel switch 41 with the driving assembly 2 is arranged on the bottom wall of the box body 43 on the other side of the rib 432, the rib 432 tightly clamps the travel switch 41, that is, the travel switch 41 is fixed on the bottom wall of the box body 43 corresponding to the opening 434, and the terminal of the travel switch 41 can be touched through the opening 434. When the transmission member 42 is pressed down, the pressing protrusion 422 presses the switch receptor of the travel switch 41, the travel switch 41 generates a start signal, the driving assembly 2 is started, and the driving assembly 2 drives the massage head assembly 3 to move.
Preferably, the switching mechanism 4 is provided in plurality, and the plurality of switching mechanisms 4 are provided in parallel.
Optionally, multiple types of switches are added for use in combination with the travel switch 41. For example: the magnetic induction switch temperature inductive switch, the photoelectric control inductive switch, the ultrasonic distance sound inductive switch and the mechanical switch can be respectively adopted to be connected in parallel and then connected with the driving component 2 in series, and when any one switch is closed, the driving component 2 is started. Alternatively, the number of the switch mechanisms 4 may be one. The switch mechanism 4 is electrically connected with the driving assembly 2, and when the switch mechanism 4 is closed, the driving assembly 2 is started.
Further, the electronic induction type switch mechanism includes: a magnetic induction switch; when the massage receptor is close to the front side surface of the outer sleeve, the magnetic induction switch generates a starting signal for starting the driving component to drive the massage head component to work.
Preferably, the magnetic induction switch comprises: a permanent magnet 44 and a magnetic induction switching circuit 45. The permanent magnet 44 and/or the magnetic induction switch circuit 45 are arranged on the jacket; when the massage recipient is pressed against the front side of the outer cover 1, the magnetic induction switch circuit 45 corresponding to the position of the permanent magnet 44 induces the magnetic field of the permanent magnet 44 and generates a start signal.
Alternatively, the permanent magnet 44 is mounted on the casing 1 such that the magnetic induction switch circuit 45 is mounted in the casing in a position corresponding to the position of the permanent magnet 44. The magnetic induction switch circuit 45 can also be arranged on the outer sleeve 1, so that the permanent magnet 44 and the magnetic induction switch circuit 45 are correspondingly arranged in the outer sleeve. Alternatively, the permanent magnet 44 and/or the magnetic induction switch circuit 45 are mounted on the casing 1.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, magnetic induction switch circuit 45 is installed at a certain position between two sets of massage head subassemblies 3, and permanent magnet 44 is installed on the overcoat, and is in magnetic induction switch circuit 45's dead ahead, and overcoat 1 is propped up by bulge 46 on two sets of massage head subassemblies 3, install the permanent magnet 44 on overcoat 1 with magnetic induction switch circuit keeps at a magnetic induction switch circuit distance that is not triggered, and permanent magnet 44 is installed on overcoat 1 for magnetic induction switch circuit 45, and magnetic induction switch circuit 45's both sides have the protruding piece 46 that is used for tightening overcoat 1, and permanent magnet 44 is located between two protruding pieces 46. When the massage receptor leans on the front side of the outer sleeve 1, the permanent magnet 44 arranged on the outer sleeve 1 is pushed and approaches the magnetic induction switch circuit 45, so that the permanent magnet 44 is relatively close to the magnetic induction switch circuit 45, the magnetic induction switch circuit 45 is closed when the magnetic induction switch circuit 45 senses that the permanent magnet 44 approaches to a preset position, and the driving component 2 is started to drive the massage action head to move. When the massage recipient is far away from the front side of the outer sleeve 1, the permanent magnet 44 is reset to the original position due to the tension of the outer sleeve 1, the magnetic induction switch circuit 45 is disconnected, the circuit where the magnetic induction switch circuit 45 is located is opened, and the driving assembly 2 stops working.
Further, the massage cushion of the present invention further comprises a fixing support 15 disposed in the outer cover 1, the driving component 2 and/or the switch mechanism 4 are mounted on the fixing support 15, and the fixing support 15 is mounted in the outer cover 1.
Alternatively, the switch mechanism 4 is limited to generating the activation signal only when the massage recipient approaches and/or presses the front side of the casing 1, and is not limited to the switch mechanism 4 being mounted on the fixed bracket 15, and the switch mechanism 4 may be separately mounted in the casing 1.
Preferably, the fixing bracket 15 is provided with a first mounting groove 153 for mounting the switching mechanism 4 and/or a second mounting groove 152 for mounting the driving assembly 2.
Alternatively, the box body 43 and the first mounting groove 153 are integrally formed, and the box body 43 and the first mounting groove 153 can also be relatively independently formed.
In this embodiment, by adopting the structure that the fixing bracket 15 fixes the driving component 2 and the switch mechanism 4, the driving component 2 or the switch mechanism 4 is prevented from moving relative to the outer sleeve 1 due to the vibration generated by the operation of the driving component 2, and the massage effect is prevented from being influenced.
Alternatively, the first and second mounting grooves 153 and 152 may be provided together on the fixing bracket 15.
Further, an anti-abrasion ring is arranged between the driving assembly 2 and the massage head assembly 3. Preferably, the anti-wear ring 151 is fixed to the bracket 15. Alternatively, the anti-abrasion rings may be provided on the corresponding contact surfaces of the driving assembly 2 or the massage head assembly 3. The anti-abrasion ring 151 is used to reduce the friction coefficient between the driving unit 2 and the massage head unit 3, and to extend the life of the massage head unit 3.
In the embodiment, the friction coefficient between the massage head assembly 3 and the driving assembly 2 is reduced by the structure that the anti-abrasion ring 151 is matched with the driving assembly 2 to drive the massage head assembly 3, so that the massage head assembly 3 and even the driving assembly 2 or other circuit equipment are prevented from being damaged due to excessive friction between the massage head assembly 3 and the driving assembly 2.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the lining member 14 is provided with a bracket mounting hole 141 for mounting the fixing bracket 15. Preferably, the lining member 14 has a plurality of fixing brackets 15 mounted thereon.
In the embodiment, by the structure of the bracket mounting hole 141 for mounting the fixing bracket 15 on the lining member 14, the driving assembly 2 is arranged on the lining member 14 in an embedding mounting manner on the premise of strengthening the fixing protection of the driving assembly 2 on the fixing bracket 15, so that the thickness of the massage cushion is effectively reduced.
Preferably, the lining element 14 is an article of neutral stiffness and/or elasticity, such as: latex products, silicone rubber products and soft plastic products. Preferably, the inner liner 14 is a foam article of neutral stiffness and/or resiliency.
In the embodiment, since the lining member 14 is a foam having a neutral hardness and/or elasticity, a part of the vibration can be absorbed by the lining member 14, so that the transmission of the vibration generated when the driving unit 2 operates to the outer cover 1 can be effectively reduced, and the generation of noise can be effectively reduced. In addition, the lining part is of a foam structure, so that the quality of the massage pad is effectively reduced, the massage pad is more convenient to carry, and the use experience of a user is improved. Optionally, the lining member 14 is an elastic material, such as: silica gel.
Preferably, a plurality of massaging protrusions 142 are provided on a side of the lining element 14 adjacent to the inner front side of the casing 1. The massage protrusions 142 are integrally formed with the lining member 14. In the present embodiment, by adopting the structure that the plurality of massage protrusions 142 are provided on the lining member 14, the user can massage the human body sufficiently when pressing the massage mat of the present invention. Meanwhile, when the massage cushion of the utility model is not powered on, the massage cushion can also massage through the massage bumps 142, thereby obviously improving the massage effect.
In the present embodiment, the number of the switch mechanisms 4 may be 3, that is, such that 3 switch mechanisms 4 are respectively provided at a plurality of positions within the casing 1. When a user approaches or presses any one of the switch mechanisms 4, the driving assembly 2 can be started to drive the massage head assembly 3 to massage the human body.
Furthermore, the massage cushion of the utility model also comprises a power line 6 passing through the outer sleeve 1. The power line 6 is electrically connected with the driving assembly 2, and the power line 6 supplies power to the driving assembly 2.
