Abstract

本实用新型提供一种复合材料结构,包括第一布料层、第二布料层、透气热塑性材料层以及衬布层。透气热塑性材料层位于第一布料层以及第二布料层之间,且配置于第一布料层上。衬布层位于第一布料层以及第二布料层之间,由基布及点胶层组成,基布通过点胶层配置于第二布料层上。因此,可改善服装透气性及舒适感、弹性均一性以及设计灵活度,特别适用于运动服饰或贴身衣物。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种复合材料结构,尤其涉及一种可改善服装透气性、弹性均一性以及设计灵活度的复合材料结构。
背景技术
一般而言,服饰中可使用贴合结构以使外观更为美观且提供塑型功能(在特定区域通过贴合双层结构来调控身形)。在现有技术中,如图1所示,贴合结构大多使用热塑性薄膜,在两层布料层10中夹着一层热塑性薄膜胶片12。此现有结构具有不透气、舒适感与延展性不佳的缺点,特别是在运用于运动服饰或贴身衣物时,且弹性可能因高温热压制程而有所影响,当温度上升时,弹性可能下降,还具有弹性不均匀的问题。
基于上述,发展出一种适用于服饰的复合材料结构,以改善现有贴合结构不透气、舒适感不佳以及弹性下降且不均匀的缺点,为目前所需研究的重要课题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种复合材料结构,可改善服装透气性及舒适感、弹性均一性以及设计灵活度,特别适用于运动服饰或贴身衣物。
本实用新型的复合材料结构,包括第一布料层、第二布料层、透气热塑性材料层以及衬布层。透气热塑性材料层位于第一布料层以及第二布料层之间,且配置于第一布料层上。衬布层位于第一布料层以及第二布料层之间,由基布及点胶层组成,基布通过点胶层配置于第二布料层上。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,透气热塑性材料层包括点胶结构或由热塑性材料制成的网状物。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,基布的材料包括热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)、聚醚砜(PES)、聚酰胺(PA)、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)、热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)或其组合的共聚物或共混物。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,点胶层是由点胶制程制成,包括将高分子树脂胶体涂布于第二布料层上。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,点胶结构是由点胶制程制成,包括将高分子树脂胶体涂布于第一布料层上。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,高分子树脂胶体包括聚醚砜(PES)、聚酰胺(PA)、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)或其组合的共聚物或共混物。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,热塑性材料包括聚醚砜(PES)、聚酰胺(PA)、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)或其组合的共聚物或共混物。
基于上述,本实用新型的复合材料结构包含由基布及点胶层组成的衬布层以及透气热塑性材料层,点胶层中的空隙以及透气热塑性材料层可提供良好的透气性并改善舒适度,且通过衬布层中的基布选择,可调控本实用新型复合结构的弹性。相较于现有结构中所使用的热塑性薄膜,本实用新型复合材料结构中所使用的衬布层不会在高温融合制程融化。如此一来,本实用新型的复合材料结构对于热较不敏感,故不会因高温制程而影响弹性,因此,在制程上能够提供均一的弹性。另一方面,本实用新型通过使用具有不同弹性的衬布,可创造出不同的复合材料弹性,因此,在设计上能够有更多的灵活度。
为让本实用新型的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
在本说明书中,为求清楚说明,可能夸大图中分层及区域的大小及比例。此外,所示出点胶层或点胶结构中的点胶数目仅为例示说明用,本实用新型并不以此为限,可依实际操作情形而加以调整。
图2是依照本实用新型的一实施例的一种复合材料结构的示意图。
请参照图2,复合材料结构包括第一布料层20a、第二布料层20b、透气热塑性材料层28以及衬布层26。更详细而言,透气热塑性材料层28以及衬布层26皆位于第一布料层20a以及第二布料层20b之间。透气热塑性材料层28配置于第一布料层20a上,可改善穿着舒适度及透气性。衬布层26由基布24及点胶层22组成,基布24通过点胶层22配置于第二布料层20b上,因此,不但能通过点胶层22改善穿着舒适度及透气性,相较于现有结构中所使用的热塑性薄膜,衬布层26的基布24对于热较不敏感,故不会因高温制程而影响弹性。
在本实施例中,透气热塑性材料层28可包括点胶结构(如图2中所示出)或由热塑性材料制成的网状物,其中热塑性材料可包括聚醚砜(PES)、聚酰胺(PA)、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)或其组合的共聚物或共混物,但本实用新型并不以此为限。也即,即使图2中所示出的透气热塑性材料层28为点胶结构,但也可适情况采用其他透气热塑性材料或制程。基布24的材料可包括热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)、聚醚砜(PES)、聚酰胺(PA)、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)、热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)或其组合的共聚物或共混物,但本实用新型并不以此为限,也可视情况采用其他具有弹性的布料,以调控本实用新型复合结构的弹性,且还可通过使用具有不同弹性、拉伸恢复率以及尺寸规格的基布24,以提升设计灵活度。
在本实施例中,点胶层22以及采用点胶结构的透气热塑性材料层28可由点胶制程制成。举例而言,可包括将高分子树脂胶体涂布于第一布料层20a上,以制成采用点胶结构的透气热塑性材料层28;可包括将高分子树脂胶体涂布于第二布料层20b上,以制成点胶层22。高分子树脂胶体可包括聚醚砜(PES)、聚酰胺(PA)、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)或其组合的共聚物或共混物,但本实用新型并不以此为限。
综上所述,本实用新型的复合材料结构包含由基布及点胶层组成的衬布层以及透气热塑性材料层,特别适用于运动服饰或贴身衣物。相较于使用热塑性薄膜的现有贴合结构,本实用新型通过点胶层中的空隙以及透气热塑性材料层,可改善服装透气性、舒适感与延展性,且弹性不受高温制程影响,故能够进一步改善弹性均一性。另一方面,本实用新型通过衬布层中的基布选择,可调控本实用新型复合结构的弹性,还可通过使用具有不同弹性的衬布,可创造出不同的复合材料弹性,因此,在设计上能够有更多的灵活度。
虽然本实用新型已以实施例揭示如上,然其并非用以限定本实用新型,任何所属技术领域中技术人员,在不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围内,当可作些许的更改与润饰,故本实用新型的保护范围当视权利要求所界定者为准。

1.一种复合材料结构,其特征在于,包括:
第一布料层;
第二布料层;
透气热塑性材料层,位于所述第一布料层以及所述第二布料层之间,且配置于所述第一布料层上;以及
衬布层,位于所述第一布料层以及所述第二布料层之间,由基布及点胶层组成,所述基布通过所述点胶层配置于所述第二布料层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料结构,其特征在于,所述透气热塑性材料层包括点胶结构或由热塑性材料制成的网状物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料结构,其特征在于,所述点胶层是由点胶制程制成,包括将高分子树脂胶体涂布于所述第二布料层上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的复合材料结构,其特征在于,所述点胶结构是由点胶制程制成,包括将高分子树脂胶体涂布于所述第一布料层上。
