经检索,中国发明:CN201410721061.7公开了一种零件清洗装置,目的在于提供一种可清洗零件碎屑的零件碎屑清洗装置,所述零件清洗装置包括支架、水槽、吊篮、电机和连杆机构,所述水槽安装在所述支架上,所述水槽内设有清洁液,所述电机安装在所述支架上,所述连杆机构包括转轮、第一连杆、第二连杆和第三连杆,所述转轮可转动的安装在所述支架上,所述转轮通过传动带与所述电机传动连接,所述第一连杆一端固定在所述转轮圆心,所述第一连杆另一端与所述第二连杆可转动连接。本发明的有益效果在于:零件通过吊篮放置在水槽中,水槽设有超声波装置,在超声波的作用下可清洗出碎屑,同时电机带动连杆机构,进而带动吊篮上下运动,起到清洗作用。
但其仍存在较为严重的问题,直接将零件放入清洗液中进行清洗会因零件表面的碎屑过多而导致需要经常更换清洗液,会造成资源浪费,清洗成本高,其次,吊篮的上下运动会使吊篮中的零件相互碰撞摩擦,严重的可能会使零件产生损伤,同时一次一篮的清洗方式导致清洗效率过低。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术的不足,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提出一种电动压缩机零件清洗装置,致力于解决前述背景技术中的技术问题之一。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种电动压缩机零件清洗装置,包括圆柱状壳体,所述壳体底部圆心位置与顶部圆心位置贯穿连接有旋转机构,所述旋转机构上半部设置有两组提升机构,且两组提升机构以旋转机构为轴镜像设置,两组提升机构下方分别活动连接有吊篮,所述两组提升机构下方分别设置有吹净机构和清洗烘干机构,吹净机构与清洗烘干机构分别固定安装于壳体内部底面,壳体靠近吹净机构的侧壁上开设有开口,开口下方位于壳体外表面设置有控制面板。
进一步的,所述旋转机构包括设置于壳体顶部外表面圆心处的旋转步进电机,所述旋转步进电机连接有旋转轴,所述旋转轴另一端配合连接有轴承,所述轴承固定安装于壳体内部底面圆心处,所述旋转轴上半部固定设置有轴套,所述轴套上分别设置有两组承载板和两组承载杆,所述承载板在承载杆上方,且两组承载板以旋转轴为轴镜像设置,两组承载杆也以旋转轴为轴镜像设置,所述承载杆末端设置有滑轨,所述提升机构固定安装于承载板上。
进一步的,所述提升机构包括固定安装于承载板上的步进转盘,步进转盘圆心处设置有转盘转轴,第一连杆两端分别固定连接于转盘转轴上与步进转盘边缘处,且第一连杆位于转盘边缘处一端还活动连接有第二连杆,所述第二连杆下方连接有第三连杆,所述第三连杆与滑轨配合安装,第三连杆末端还固定设置有挂钩,所述挂钩上配合连接有吊篮。
进一步的,所述吹净机构包括安装于提升机构下方的吹净腔,吹净腔内部侧壁上固定安装有吹风机,吹净腔底部设置有出污口,出污口下方设置有可拆卸的集污腔。
进一步的,所述清洗烘干机构包括设置于提升机构下方的清洗箱,清洗箱中设置有清洗液,清洗箱内部四周设置有超声波装置,清洗箱底面外部还设置有搅拌电机,搅拌电机连接有搅拌转轴,搅拌转轴贯穿清洗箱底部且设置有搅拌叶片,所述清洗箱靠近旋转轴一侧设置有防护板,所述防护板高出清洗箱的部位设置有热风机。
进一步的,所述吊篮包括吊篮主体,吊篮主体顶部固定安装有吊环,所述吊篮主体为网状结构。
本实用新型有益效果是:
1.通过吹净机构对零件进行初步的清洁,使零件上的碎屑进入集污腔中,能提高零件进入清洗液时的清洁度,使清洁液的消耗速度减缓,能够减少清洁液的消耗,起到节省成本的作用,并且碎屑集中处理,绿色环保;
2.通过搅拌叶片使清洗液相对零件运动,配合超声波装置对零件进行清洁,使清洁下来的碎屑脱离零件表面,同时避免了零件之间的相互运动,防止零件撞击摩擦导致零件损伤的情况发生。
3.通过多工位以及可拆卸吊篮的设置,可使装置中零件在清洁的同时,对未清洁的零件进行装载准备,使多个工位的工序同时进行,大大提高了工作效率。

如图1-图2所示,一种电动压缩机零件清洗装置,包括圆柱状壳体1,所述壳体1底部圆心位置与顶部圆心位置贯穿连接有旋转机构2,所述旋转机构2上半部设置有两组提升机构4,且两组提升机构4以旋转机构2为轴镜像设置,两组提升机构下方分别活动连接有吊篮7,所述两组提升机构4下方分别设置有吹净机构5和清洗烘干机构6,吹净机构5与清洗烘干机构6分别固定安装于壳体1内部底面,壳体1靠近吹净机构5的侧壁上开设有开口,开口下方位于壳体1外表面设置有控制面板3。
所述旋转机构2包括设置于壳体1顶部外表面圆心处的旋转步进电机21,所述旋转步进电机21连接有旋转轴22,所述旋转轴22另一端配合连接有轴承27,所述轴承27固定安装于壳体1内部底面圆心处,所述旋转轴22上半部固定设置有轴套23,所述轴套23上分别设置有两组承载板24和两组承载杆25,所述承载板24在承载杆25上方,且两组承载板24以旋转轴22为轴镜像设置,两组承载杆25也以旋转轴22为轴镜像设置,所述承载杆25末端设置有滑轨26,利用旋转步进电机21实现零件的转移,使零件到达不同的工位进行清洁,所述提升机构4固定安装于承载板24上。
所述提升机构4包括固定安装于承载板24上的步进转盘41,步进转盘41圆心处设置有转盘转轴42,第一连杆43两端分别固定连接于转盘转轴42上与步进转盘41边缘处,且第一连杆43位于转盘41边缘处一端还活动连接有第二连杆44,所述第二连杆44下方连接有第三连杆45,所述第三连杆45与滑轨26配合安装,第三连杆45末端还固定设置有挂钩46,通过提升机构配合旋转机构实现零件的转移,所述挂钩46上配合连接有吊篮7。
所述吹净机构5包括安装于提升机构4下方的吹净腔51,吹净腔51内部侧壁上固定安装有吹风机52,吹净腔51底部设置有出污口53,出污口53下方设置有可拆卸的集污腔54,对加工后的零件进行初步清洁,将其表面附着的碎屑灰尘等除去并集中收集,可提升其进入清洗液时的洁净度,有效减少清洗液的更换次数。
所述清洗烘干机构6包括设置于提升机构4下方的清洗箱61,清洗箱61中设置有清洗液,清洗箱61内部四周设置有超声波装置62,清洗箱61底面外部还设置有搅拌电机63,搅拌电机63连接有搅拌转轴64,搅拌转轴64贯穿清洗箱61底部且设置有搅拌叶片65,通过搅拌机构使得清洗液相对零件流动,配合超声波装置62能够更有效的去除零件上的附着物,所述清洗箱61靠近旋转轴22一侧设置有防护板66,所述防护板66高出清洗箱61的部位设置有热风机67,对清洗后的零件进行烘干。
所述吊篮7包括吊篮主体71,吊篮主体71顶部固定安装有吊环72,可活动拆卸的吊篮 7使装置内的零件在进行清洁时,工作人员能够在备用的吊篮内装载零件,当清洁完成时,将装载好零件的吊篮与零件清洁完成的吊篮进行互换即可,大大提升了工作效率,所述吊篮主体71为网状结构,有利于零件与清洗液的接触,提高清洗效率。
本具体实施方式的工作原理为:将需要清洗的零件放置于吊篮7内部,将吊篮7从开口处悬挂于提升机构4上,按下控制面板3上的开关,步进转盘41转动带动整个提升机构4工作,使吊篮7下降到吹净机构5中,吹风机52对吊篮7中的零件进行初步清洁,清除下来的碎屑等通过出污口53进入集污腔54,清除完成后提升机构4将吊篮7提升,旋转机构2工作使装有初步清洁的零件的吊篮7运动到清洗箱61上方并停止,工作人员将装有未清洁零件的备用吊篮7悬挂到开口处的提升机构4上,通过控制面板3按下开关,靠近开口处的吊篮7重复上述工序,装有初步清洁的零件的吊篮7进入清洗箱61中,在搅拌叶片65与超声波装置62的共同作用下进行清洁,清洁完成后提升机构4将两个吊篮7提升,热风机67开始工作对清洗后的零件进行烘干,烘干完成后旋转机构2带动吊篮7移动,烘干后的零件到达开口处,工作人员将装有未清洁的零件的吊篮与装有烘干后零件的吊篮互换,并重复上述动作即可继续对零件进行清洁。

1.一种电动压缩机零件清洗装置,其特征在于:包括圆柱状壳体(1),所述壳体(1)底部圆心位置与顶部圆心位置贯穿连接有旋转机构(2),所述旋转机构(2)上半部设置有两组提升机构(4),且两组提升机构(4)以旋转机构(2)为轴镜像设置,两组提升机构下方分别活动连接有吊篮(7),所述两组提升机构(4)下方分别设置有吹净机构(5)和清洗烘干机构(6),吹净机构(5)与清洗烘干机构(6)分别固定安装于壳体(1)内部底面,壳体(1)靠近吹净机构(5)的侧壁上开设有开口,开口下方位于壳体(1)外表面设置有控制面板(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动压缩机零件清洗装置,其特征在于:所述旋转机构(2)包括设置于壳体(1)顶部外表面圆心处的旋转步进电机(21),所述旋转步进电机(21)连接有旋转轴(22),所述旋转轴(22)另一端配合连接有轴承(27),所述轴承(27)固定安装于壳体(1)内部底面圆心处,所述旋转轴(22)上半部固定设置有轴套(23),所述轴套(23)上分别设置有两组承载板(24)和两组承载杆(25),所述承载板(24)在承载杆(25)上方,且两组承载板(24)以旋转轴(22)为轴镜像设置,两组承载杆(25)也以旋转轴(22)为轴镜像设置,所述承载杆(25)末端设置有滑轨(26),所述提升机构(4)固定安装于承载板(24)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电动压缩机零件清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗烘干机构(6)包括设置于提升机构(4)下方的清洗箱(61),清洗箱(61)中设置有清洗液,清洗箱(61)内部四周设置有超声波装置(62),清洗箱(61)底面外部还设置有搅拌电机(63),搅拌电机(63)连接有搅拌转轴(64),搅拌转轴(64)贯穿清洗箱(61)底部且设置有搅拌叶片(65),所述清洗箱(61)靠近旋转轴(22)一侧设置有防护板(66),所述防护板(66)高出清洗箱(61)的部位设置有热风机(67)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种电动压缩机零件清洗装置,其特征在于:所述提升机构(4)包括固定安装于承载板(24)上的步进转盘(41),步进转盘(41)圆心处设置有转盘转轴(42),第一连杆(43)两端分别固定连接于转盘转轴(42)上与步进转盘(41)边缘处,且第一连杆(43)位于转盘(41)边缘处一端还活动连接有第二连杆(44),所述第二连杆(44)下方活动连接有第三连杆(45),所述第三连杆(45)与滑轨(26)配合安装,第三连杆(45)末端还固定设置有挂钩(46),所述挂钩(46)上配合连接有吊篮(7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动压缩机零件清洗装置,其特征在于:所述吹净机构(5)包括安装于提升机构(4)下方的吹净腔(51),吹净腔(51)内部侧壁上固定安装有吹风机(52),吹净腔(51)底部设置有出污口(53),出污口(53)下方设置有可拆卸的集污腔(54)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动压缩机零件清洗装置,其特征在于:所述吊篮(7)包括吊篮主体(71),吊篮主体(71)顶部固定安装有吊环(72),所述吊篮主体(71)为网状结构。
