The paper collecting mechanism comprises a paper collecting wooden support 24, a paper collecting baffle 25 and a paper collecting bottom plate 26;
the delivery wooden support 24 is positioned on the top surface of the delivery bottom plate 26;
the delivery baffle 25 is positioned at the rear upper part of the delivery wooden support 24;
after the paper dropping wheel 17 presses the rear edge of the paper 7, the overall speed of the paper 7 immediately decreases to be the same as the linear speed of the speed reducing roller 21, then the paper 7 is conveyed to the paper collecting baffle 25 continuously along with the rotation of the speed reducing roller 21, the paper 7 collides with the paper collecting baffle 25 at a low speed and then smoothly falls on the paper collecting wooden support 24, and the paper collecting bottom plate 26 automatically falls down along with the increase of the number of the paper 7.

Claims (2)
1. A laminating machine capable of reducing speed of paper comprises a paper conveying mechanism and a paper collecting mechanism, and is characterized in that: defeated paper mechanism with be provided with reduction gears between the paper receiving mechanism, reduction gears includes speed reduction roller (21), the one end and the speed reduction drive mechanism transmission of speed reduction roller (21) are connected, speed reduction drive mechanism includes speed reduction action wheel (11), speed reduction from driving wheel (20), speed reduction transmission strip (12), speed reduction from driving wheel (20) with the one end fixed connection of speed reduction roller (21), speed reduction action wheel (11) and gear motor (10) axis of rotation fixed connection, speed reduction action wheel (11) with pass through between speed reduction driven wheel (20) speed reduction transmission strip (12) transmission is connected, the top of speed reduction roller (21) is provided with some paper wheels (17).
2. A laminator capable of decelerating paper according to claim 1, wherein:
the speed reduction driving wheel (11) is a speed reduction driving chain wheel, the speed reduction driven wheel (20) is a speed reduction driven chain wheel, and the speed reduction transmission belt (12) is a speed reduction transmission chain; or,
the speed reduction driving wheel (11) is a speed reduction driving gear, the speed reduction driven wheel (20) is a speed reduction driven gear, and the speed reduction transmission belt (12) is a speed reduction transmission synchronous toothed belt;
the speed reducing motor (10) is positioned below the speed reducing roller (21);
the paper dotting wheel (17) is rotationally connected with one end of the swing arm (16); the other end of the swing arm (16) is hinged with the fixed plate (14);
the other end of the swing arm (16) is hinged with the fixed plate (14) through a bearing (15) with a seat;
the other end of the swing arm (16) is rotationally connected with a bearing (15) with a seat;
the bearing (15) with the seat is fixedly connected with the fixing plate (14);
the swing arm (16) comprises two longitudinal rods (16-1) and a transverse rod (16-2);
one end of one transverse rod (16-2) is vertically and fixedly connected with the middle part of one longitudinal rod (16-1);
the other end of one transverse rod (16-2) is vertically and fixedly connected with the middle part of the other longitudinal rod (16-1);
the two longitudinal rods (16-1) and the transverse rod (16-2) form an H shape;
the lower ends of the two longitudinal rods (16-1) are fixedly connected through a lower shaft rod (16-4);
two paper dotting wheels (17) are arranged;
the two paper dotting wheels (17) are arranged at two ends of the lower shaft lever (16-4);
the two paper dotting wheels (17) are rotationally connected with the lower shaft lever (16-4); the upper ends of the two longitudinal rods (16-1) are fixedly connected through an upper shaft rod (16-3);
two bearings (15) with seats are provided;
the two bearings (15) with the seats are rotationally connected with the upper shaft lever (16-3);
the fixed plate (14) is fixedly connected with the cylinder seat (19) through a supporting beam (13);
one end of the swing arm (16) is connected with the cylinder seat (19) through a cylinder (18);
the end of a piston rod of the air cylinder (18) is hinged with one end of the swing arm (16);
the end of a piston rod of the air cylinder (18) is rotatably connected with one end of the swing arm (16) through a joint bearing (23);
the joint bearing (23) is rotationally connected with the lower shaft lever (16-4);
the bottom of the cylinder body of the cylinder (18) is hinged with the cylinder seat (19);
the control signal input end of the air cylinder (18) is electrically connected with the control signal output end of the programmable logic controller;
a first signal input end of the programmable logic controller is electrically connected with a signal output end of the sensor (22);
the sensor (22) is arranged at a path along which the sheet (7) travels;
the sensor (22) is arranged below or above the front edge of the decelerating roller (21);
a second signal input end of the programmable logic controller is electrically connected with a signal output end of the encoder (27);
the signal acquisition end of the encoder (27) is connected with the paper conveying mechanism;
the paper conveying mechanism comprises a conveying driving roller (4), a conveying driven roller (9) and a paper conveying belt (8);
the conveying drive roll (4) is close to the decelerating roll (21);
the conveying driven roller (9) is far away from the speed reducing roller (21);
the conveying driving roller (4) is in transmission connection with the conveying driven roller (9) through the paper conveying belt (8);
the paper conveying belt (8) conveys paper (7) to the paper delivery mechanism;
a paper conveying plate (6) is arranged between the conveying driving roller (4) and the conveying driven roller (9);
the paper conveying plate (6) is close to the conveying driving roller (4);
the paper conveying plate (6) is close to the lower side surface of the upper section of the paper conveying belt (8);
one end of the conveying driving roller (4) is in transmission connection with the conveying transmission mechanism;
the conveying transmission mechanism comprises a conveying driving wheel (2), a conveying driven wheel (5) and a conveying transmission belt (3); or,
the conveying driving wheel (2) is a conveying driving gear, the conveying driven wheel (5) is a conveying driven gear, and the conveying transmission belt (3) is a conveying transmission synchronous toothed belt;
the conveying driven wheel (5) is fixedly connected with one end of the conveying driving roller (4);
the conveying driving wheel (2) is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of the conveying motor (1);
the conveying motor (1) is positioned below the conveying driving roller (4);
the conveying driving wheel (2) is in transmission connection with the conveying driven wheel (5) through the conveying transmission belt (3);
the conveying driving roller (4) is parallel to the conveying driven roller (9);
the conveying drive roll (4) is parallel to the decelerating roll (21);
the signal acquisition end of the encoder (27) is connected with the other end of the conveying driving roller (4);
the paper collecting mechanism comprises a paper collecting wooden support (24), a paper collecting baffle (25) and a paper collecting bottom plate (26);
the delivery wooden support (24) is positioned on the top surface of the delivery bottom plate (26);
the paper collecting baffle (25) is positioned at the rear upper part of the paper collecting wooden support (24).
