一种水泡粪发酵塔阳光加热棚,包括人字支架(1)、透明板(2)、集水斜板(3)、采热板(4)、集水槽(5)和清水排出管(6),所述人字支架(1)为两个,并分别安装在发酵塔顶部两端,人字支架(1)两侧分别倾斜安装有透明板(2),所述透明板(2)下侧平行安装有集水斜板(3)。本实用新型的优点是:本装置利用阳光给发酵塔加热,使发酵塔内水分快速蒸发,并收集后排出到发酵塔外,即加快了发酵速度,又节约了能源;通过改变阳光加热棚的大小和形状,能将本装置应用到各种发酵塔上。

本实用新型涉及禽畜粪便发酵领域,具体涉及一种水泡粪发酵塔阳光加热棚。
背景技术
目前,大多数中小型养猪场均为老式圈舍,其粪便收集多采用水冲式,养殖废水产生量大,废水肥效低,且环境污染严重;尤其是夏季猪舍降温,多采用水槽浸泡式,猪场用水量大,能耗高,养猪费用高;目前有一些液态发酵塔能对这种含水量大的粪便进行处理,但由于含水太多,发酵速度慢。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述背景技术中存在的问题,现研发出一套发酵塔阳光房加热浓缩减量系统,即在发酵塔顶部制作安装人字型透明阳光房,利用阳光加热发酵塔内物料,使水分快速蒸发,加快发酵效率。
技术方案如下:人字支架、透明板、集水斜板、采热板、集水槽和清水排出管,所述人字支架为两个,并分别安装在发酵塔顶部两端,人字支架两侧分别倾斜安装有透明板,所述透明板下侧平行安装有集水斜板,且集水斜板为透明状,人字支架中部竖直安装有采热板,所述人字支架底部两侧分别设有集水槽,集水槽一端与集水斜板底部相连,所述集水槽一侧设有清水排出管。
优选的,所述透明板为透明塑料瓦或玻璃。
优选的,所述采热板表面为黑色。
本实用新型的优点是:本装置利用阳光给发酵塔加热,使发酵塔内水分快速蒸发,并收集后排出到发酵塔外,即加快了发酵速度,又节约了能源;通过改变阳光加热棚的大小和形状,能将本装置应用到各种发酵塔上。

如图1所示,本实用新型包括:人字支架1、透明板2、集水斜板3、采热板4、集水槽5和清水排出管6,所述人字支架1为两个,并分别安装在发酵塔顶部两端,人字支架1两侧分别倾斜安装有透明板2,所述透明板2下侧平行安装有集水斜板3,且集水斜板3为透明状,人字支架1中部竖直安装有采热板4,所述人字支架1底部两侧分别设有集水槽5,集水槽5一端与集水斜板3底部相连,所述集水槽5一侧设有清水排出管6;所述透明板2为透明塑料瓦或玻璃。
工作原理:首先将本阳光加热棚安装到发酵塔顶部,由于阳光加热棚表面采用透明板2,阳光直接照射到发酵塔的物料上,给发酵塔内物料加热升温,使物料在高热情况下,产生大量水蒸气,当水蒸气积聚在阳光加热棚上的集水斜板3上时,凝结成水珠,并落入到集水槽5内,然后通过清水排出管6排出到发酵塔外,集中收集再利用,从而达到液肥浓缩减量,增加液肥肥效,和节约用水,降低养殖费用目的。
采热板4表面为黑色,收集热量效率更高,加快水分蒸发速度。

1.一种水泡粪发酵塔阳光加热棚,其特征在于,包括人字支架(1)、透明板(2)、集水斜板(3)、采热板(4)、集水槽(5)和清水排出管(6),所述人字支架(1)为两个,并分别安装在发酵塔顶部两端,人字支架(1)两侧分别倾斜安装有透明板(2),所述透明板(2)下侧平行安装有集水斜板(3),且集水斜板(3)为透明状,人字支架(1)中部竖直安装有采热板(4),所述人字支架(1)底部两侧分别设有集水槽(5),集水槽(5)一端与集水斜板(3)底部相连,所述集水槽(5)一侧设有清水排出管(6)。
