技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种螺丝结构,特别是一种将模板固定于壁面上的壁钉。
背景技术
一般现有的建筑技术中,在建造墙壁时,先建立水泥墙(混凝土墙)或是钢架,再将绝缘板体设置于水泥墙或钢架外侧,接着将壁钉穿过绝缘板体及水泥墙或钢架,进而将绝缘板体固定于水泥墙或钢架上,最后在绝缘板体的外侧建立砖墙以完成整个墙壁架构,由上述可知,壁钉为建造墙壁结构不可或缺的元件。
请参阅中国台湾第M518737号专利,请参考该案第4及5图,其揭露了一种钢构螺丝10(亦为本案所称的壁钉),钢构螺丝10的下方设置一螺丝孔,外螺牙12锁入该螺丝孔,另外,钢构螺丝10的上方设有一固定片14,固定片再利用电阻焊接的工法与转动头20进行连接以完成整体的钢构螺丝,由上述说明可知,现有钢构螺丝的构造较为复杂,其制作方式亦较为烦琐。
另外,现有制造钢构螺丝的方式,利用锻造工艺(Forging)制作各部位的元件,再将各元件组装起来以完成钢构螺丝,不只提高了制作成本,亦不符合经济效益。
综合上述说明,现有的钢构螺丝仍有其待改良之处,而有待改进。
发明内容
由此,本实用新型的主要目的乃在于提供一种壁钉,其结构较为简单,制作流程亦较为简化,进而能降低制作成本并且符合经济效益。
该壁钉包含一杆体、一钉头、一转动头以及一胶套,该杆体具有相对的一第一端部以及一第二端部,该钉头包含一螺丝杆以及一钻头,该螺丝杆的两端分别为一体成型于该杆体的第二端部以及该钻头,该转动头一体成型于该杆体的第一端部,该胶套包覆该杆体及该转动头的外缘。
优选地,该胶套为乙烯丙烯橡胶(EPDM)材质,此种材质具有耐老化、耐磨及防水的特性,因此可保护该杆体及该转动头,使该杆体及该转动头不会因为长久的使用而有生锈或腐蚀的情况出现。
优选地,该杆体的第二端部与该螺丝杆的连接处外周缘环设一凸部,当该壁钉的钉头在穿过绝缘板体并锁入钢架或水泥墙时,该凸部用以封住该钉头在水泥墙或钢架上所钻出的孔洞。
优选地,该胶套包覆该凸部,并且如上述说明,该胶套可适当地保护该凸部,使该凸部不会因为长久的使用后而有生锈或腐蚀的情况出现。
优选地,在本实用新型一实施例中,该钻头呈锥状,进而利于该钻头于水泥墙上钻孔。
优选地,在本实用新型一实施例中,该钻头设有至少一排屑沟,进而利于该钻头于铁板或钢架上钻孔,而钻孔所产生的碎屑可通过该至少一排屑沟排出。
优选地,在本实用新型一实施例中,该转动头包含一盘体以及一立板,该盘体具有相对的一底面以及一顶面,该杆体的第一端部一体成型地连接于该盘体的底面,该立板一体成型地立设于该盘体的顶面,该盘体的外径大于该杆体的外径,该胶套包覆该盘体及该立板,藉此,使用者可利用一电(气)动工具驱动包覆该立板的该胶套,进而驱动该杆体及该钉头同步进行旋转,并穿过墙壁结构中的绝缘板体及钢架(水泥墙),并将绝缘板体固定于钢架(水泥墙)。
优选地,一穿孔贯穿该胶套及该立板。
优选地,于本实用新型一实施例中,该胶套包含一体成型地一第一套部、一第二套部以及一第三套部,该第一套部包覆该杆体,该第二套部包覆该盘体,该第三套部包覆该立板,该第二套部之外径大于该第一套部的外径。
优选地,一穿孔贯穿该第三套部及该立板。
据此使用者可利用一电(气)动工具驱动包覆该立板的该第三套部,进而驱动该立板、该杆体及该钉头同步进行旋转,并穿过墙壁结构中的绝缘板体及钢架(水泥墙),并将绝缘板体固定于钢架(水泥墙),更进一步来说,由于包覆该盘体的该第二套部的外径大于包覆该杆体的第一套部,因此该第二套部朝向绝缘板体的一侧会紧抵于绝缘板体,并且封闭该钉头于绝缘板体上钻出的孔洞。
优选地,本实用新型所提供的该壁钉,其包含的该杆体、该钉头及该转动头为一体成型(integrally)压制(pressing)制成,之后再将该胶套包覆于该杆体及该转动头进而完成该壁钉的制造流程,不仅制造成本较低,制造流程亦较为简化,具有提升经济效益的优点。

请参考图1至图4,本实用新型第一实施例所提供的壁钉100,包含一杆体10、一钉头20、一转动头30以及一胶套40,其中,杆体10、钉头20及转动头30为一体成型,更进一步来说,杆体10、钉头20及转动头30为金属材质并且一体成型(integrally)压制(pressing)制成,因此制造成本较低。
杆体10于本实施例中为圆杆,其目的在于钻孔时可降低阻力,在其它实施例中,杆体10其横切面亦可为多边形,杆体10具有相对之一第一端部12以及一第二端部14。
钉头20包含一螺丝杆22以及一钻头24,螺丝杆22呈长轴状并且外周缘设有外螺纹23以供壁钉100钻入墙壁60时可使螺丝杆22螺合于墙壁60上的钻孔62,螺丝杆22的两端分别一体成型于杆体10的第二端部 14以及钻头24,其中,螺丝杆22、杆体10及钻头24为同轴设置并可同步进行转动,另外,杆体10的第二端部14与螺丝杆22的连接处外周缘环设一凸部16,并且凸部16的外径大于螺丝杆22及钻头24的外径,藉此,当壁钉100的钉头20在钻入墙壁60时,凸部16用以封住钉头20在墙壁60上所钻出的钻孔62;于本实施例中,钻头24应用于钢架或铁板组成的墙壁60,因此钻头24上设有至少一排屑沟26,藉此,当钻头24钻设于钢架或铁板组成的墙壁60时,排屑沟26可将钻孔所产生的铁屑排出,请参考第5图,为本实用新型第二实施例,当钻头24’应用于水泥或混凝土墙时,钻头24’设计成锥状,以利于钻头24’在水泥或混凝土墙上钻孔。
转动头30为一体成型于杆体10的第一端部12,因此转动头30可与杆体10及钉头20进行同步旋转,转动头30可受一电动工具或气动工具驱动而进行旋转,藉此,可同步带动杆体10及钉头20旋转并钻入墙壁60,更进一步来说,转动头30包含一盘体32以及一立板34,盘体32在本实施例中为圆盘,在其它实施例中亦可为多边形盘体或不规则形盘体,盘体 32具有相对的一底面322以及一顶面324,杆体10的第一端部12一体成型地连接于盘体32的底面322,于本实施例中,第一端部12连接于盘体 32的底面322的中心,并且盘体32的底面322垂直于杆体10,盘体32 的外径大于杆体10的外径;立板34一体成型地立设于盘体32的顶面324,并且垂直于盘体32的顶面324,立板34具有一前端面342、一后端面344、以及连接前端面342及后端面344的二侧部345、一顶部346以及一底部 347,立板34的底部347为一体成型于盘体32的顶面324,在本实施例中,立板34的二侧部345、顶部346、前端面342及后端面344各设有至少一凸缘348,在其它实施例中,亦可只有二侧部345、顶部346、前端面342 及后端面344至少其中之一设有凸缘348,设置凸缘348的功效在于当后面所述的胶套40包覆立板34时,凸缘348可加强胶套40与立板34之间的结合强度。
胶套40包覆于杆体10及转动头30的外缘,在本实施例中,胶套40 为乙烯丙烯橡胶材质(EPDM),乙烯丙烯橡胶材质(EPDM)具有耐老化、耐磨及防水的特性,因此可保护杆体10及转动头30,使杆体10及转动头 30不会因为长久的使用而有生锈或腐蚀的情况出现,于其它实施例中,胶套40亦可为其他耐老化、耐磨、防水或导热系数低的材质制成,其中,胶套40包覆转动头30的盘体32及立板34,以及包覆杆体10及环设于第二端部14与螺丝杆22连接处外周缘的凸部16;更进一步来说,胶套40 包含一体成型地一第一套部42、一第二套部44以及一第三套部46,第一套部42包覆杆体10及环设于第二端部14与螺丝杆22连接处外周缘的凸部16,第二套部44包覆盘体32,第三套部46包覆立板34,其中第二套部44的外径大于第一套部42的外径。
一穿孔48贯穿胶套40及立板34,更进一步来说,穿孔48贯穿胶套 40的第三套部46以及立板34的前端面342及后端面344。
请接着参考图6,为本实用新型第一实施例所提供壁钉100将板体50 固定于钢架或铁板所组成的墙壁60的态样,于本实施例中,板体50为绝缘板体,于其它实施例中板体50亦可为一般建筑模板、防水板体或隔热板体;其中,包覆立板34的第三套部46可受一电(气)动工具(图中未示) 驱动而进行旋转,进而同步带动第二套部44、第一套部42、立板34、盘体32、杆体10、螺丝杆22及钻头24进行转动,同时使用者利用电(气) 动工具向壁钉100施加力量使壁钉100的钻头24及螺丝杆22穿过板体50 并锁入墙壁60,此时,环设于第二端部14与螺丝杆22连接处外周缘的凸部16配合第一套部42可封闭钻头24于墙壁60上钻出的钻孔62,而由于第二套部44的外径大于第一套部42的外径,因此第二套部44可封闭钻头24与螺丝杆22于板体50钻出的贯孔52,并且第二套部44朝向板体 50的一侧会紧抵板体50,进而将板体50固定于墙壁60上。
综合上述说明,本实用新型所提供的壁钉100,其包含的杆体10、钉头20及转动头30为一体成型(integrally)压制(pressing)制成,之后再将该胶套40包覆杆体10及转动头30进而完成壁钉100的制造,不仅制造成本低,制造流程亦较为简化,具有提升经济效益的优点。
最后必须再次说明,本实用新型于前述实施例中所揭露的构成元件,仅为举例说明,并非用来限制本实用新型的权利要求的范围,其他等效元件的替代或变化,亦应为本案的权利要求范围所涵盖。

Claims (10)

1.一种壁钉,包括一杆体,具有相对的一第一端部以及一第二端部,其特征在于:还包括:
一钉头,包含一螺丝杆以及一钻头,该螺丝杆的两端分别为一体成型于该杆体的第二端部以及该钻头,
一转动头,一体成型于该杆体的第一端部;以及一胶套,包覆该杆体及该转动头的外缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的壁钉,其特征在于,该胶套为乙烯丙烯橡胶材质(EPDM)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的壁钉,其特征在于,该杆体的第二端部与该螺丝杆的连接处外周缘环设一凸部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的壁钉,其特征在于,该胶套包覆该凸部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的壁钉,其特征在于,该钻头呈锥状。
6.根据权利要求1所述的壁钉,其特征在于,该钻头设有至少一排屑沟。
7.根据权利要求6所述的壁钉,其特征在于,该转动头包含一盘体以及一立板,该盘体具有相对的一底面以及一顶面,该杆体的第一端部一体成型地连接于该盘体的底面,该立板一体成型地立设于该盘体的顶面,该盘体的外径大于该杆体的外径,该胶套包覆该盘体及该立板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的壁钉,其特征在于,一穿孔贯穿该胶套及该立板。
9.根据权利要求7所述的壁钉,其特征在于,该胶套包含一体成型地一第一套部、一第二套部以及一第三套部,该第一套部包覆该杆体,该第二套部包覆该盘体,该第三套部包覆该立板,该第二套部的外径大于该第一套部的外径。
10.根据权利要求9项所述的壁钉,其特征在于,一穿孔贯穿该第三套部及该立板。
