技术领域

背景技术
光伏发电系统的工作环境为露天,所以配套的电力电缆均露天敷设。由于光伏发电系统工作环境的特殊性,配用市售常规电力电缆尽管能够满足电流传输要求,但应用效果达不到预期,问题主要有两方面。一是市售常规电力电缆的绝缘层抗辐射能力不足,易发生老化,一旦表面护套层和内置绝缘层发生龟裂便带来安全隐患;二是市售常规电力电缆抗电磁干扰能力差,若配套的光伏发电系统所在地磁场强度较大,易对光伏发电系统产生电磁场干扰。鉴于上述情况,市场需求一种能够满足光伏发电系统配套要求的专用电缆。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要针对市售常规电力电缆不适合光伏发电系统配套的问题,提出一种结构简单、制作容易、耐辐射且抗电磁场干扰的复合屏蔽型光伏发电系统用电缆。
本实用新型通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
复合屏蔽型光伏发电系统用电缆,它包括细长的镀锡绞合铜导体,以及同轴相套合的绝缘层、屏蔽层和护套层。所述绝缘层直接套合在镀锡绞合铜导体外壁上。其改进之处在于:所述屏蔽层介于相套合的绝缘层与护套层之间。
作为进一步改进方案,所述屏蔽层呈管状,它由不同材质分层复合而成,内层为镀锡软铜丝编织物,外层用铝塑复合带单层重叠绕包成形。
作为进一步改进方案,所述屏蔽层内置的镀锡软铜丝编织物编织密度不小于80%,单层重叠绕包的铝塑复合带重叠率不小于15%,而且铝质面朝内,塑质面朝外。
作为进一步改进方案,所述绝缘层和护套层均采用经125℃辐照交联工艺处理的低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃制作。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、电缆内置屏蔽层结构简单、制作容易;
2、由镀锡软铜丝编织而成的屏蔽层,显著增强电缆抗电磁干扰能力,满足光伏发电系统配套要求;
3、绝缘层和护套层的材质是低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃,均经125℃辐射交联工艺处理过,其分子结构由线性交联结构变成网状结构,因此能大幅提升绝缘层和护套层耐高低温性能,以及机械性能和抗日光老化性能。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例,对本实用新型作进一步说明。
附图1所示的是复合屏蔽型光伏发电系统用电缆的横向截面,它由处在居中位置的镀锡绞合铜导体1,以及与镀锡绞合铜导体1同轴相套合的绝缘层2、屏蔽层3和护套层4。所述绝缘层2直接套合在镀锡绞合铜导体制1外壁上,构成电缆的主体。为了满足光伏发电系统抗电磁干扰的使用要求,本实用新型在绝缘层2外壁上加设屏蔽层3。所述屏蔽层3呈管状,它由不同材质分层复合而成,内层为镀锡软铜丝编织物,本实施例中该编织物的编织密度为80%;外层用铝塑复合带单层重叠绕包成形,单层重叠绕包的铝塑复合带重叠率为15%,而且要求铝质面朝内绕包,塑质面朝外。本实用新型在屏蔽层3的基础上外套合护套层4。为了提高绝缘层2和护套层4耐用性,全部选用经辐照交联工艺处理的低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃制作。这种低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃材质经125℃辐射交联工艺处理后,其分子结构由线性交联结构改变成更稳定的网状结构,因此能大幅度提升绝缘层2和护套层4耐高低温性能,相关的机械性能和抗日光老化性能也有一定提高,该技术效果使产品电缆满足光伏发电系统配套要求,在标准规定使用期内不会发生龟裂老化,确保配套的光伏发电系统安全生产。

Claims (4)

1.一种复合屏蔽型光伏发电系统用电缆,它包括细长的镀锡绞合铜导体(1),以及同轴相套合的绝缘层(2)、屏蔽层(3)和护套层(4);所述绝缘层(2)直接套合在镀锡绞合铜导体(1)外壁上;其特征在于:所述屏蔽层(3)介于相套合的绝缘层(2)与护套层(4)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合屏蔽型光伏发电系统用电缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层(3)呈管状,它由不同材质分层复合而成,内层为镀锡软铜丝编织物,外层用铝塑复合带单层重叠绕包成形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合屏蔽型光伏发电系统用电缆,其特征在于:所述屏蔽层(3)内置的镀锡软铜丝编织物编织密度不小于80%,单层重叠绕包的铝塑复合带重叠率不小于15%,而且铝质面朝内,塑质面朝外。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合屏蔽型光伏发电系统用电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层(2)和护套层(4)均采用经125℃辐照交联工艺处理的低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃制作。
