背景技术
VR游戏机是一台提供虚拟现实游戏体验的游艺设备。
现有的VR游戏机在传动机构、VR手柄、外机组合方式上均有不足,具体是:
现有传动技术的问题:
1、现有传动技术存在当头显下落过程中有外力拉扯时,下落过程仍会持续,造成电机烧毁或线圈卡死,达不到无人值守的目的;2、现有传动技术存在当设备断电后,头显连接线无法回收,无人值守状态下易造成财产损失,不适用于公共场合设备的投放。
同时,VR手柄存在以下不足:
1、VR手柄数据连接方式存在的问题:VR手柄数据连接方式采用蓝牙无线连接,手柄运行过程中易受周边环境干扰,产生数据传输中断等不稳定因素;
2、VR手柄电池供电方式存在的问题:VR手柄现供电方式采用开启手柄后舱盖,以安放两节5号电池的方式进行供电。手柄运行过程中存在因电力不足造成的信号中断及数据传输失败;
3、VR手柄主菜单键激活方式存在的问题:VR手柄按键较多,其中手柄在关闭状态时需要按下主菜单键方能激活使用,手柄在长期无操作状态下将进入休眠模式,如再次使用手柄需重新按下主菜单键方能唤醒使用,其间等待时间(经测试10-15秒左右)较长,影响用户体验。VR手柄在实际使用过程中极易误操作而触发主菜单键造成操作中断甚至导致系统崩溃,影响设备正常运行;
4、VR手柄防盗问题:VR手柄无线连接的方式容易丢失并造成财产损失,不适用于公共场合设备的投放。
在外机结构方面,现有技术存在运输与维护的问题。
另外,目前市面上的VR游戏机普遍存在不能实现无人值守的情况,或者VR设备无法自动存放等问题。有人值守会增加运营成本及投放难度,VR设备无法自动收回存放则会增加设备的损耗率,从而会增加运营成本。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种软硬件一体的共享VR游戏设备,能够实现VR游戏机共享和无人值守,并能实现外机分体式组合,方便维修与升级。本实用新型分别对现有设备的传动机构、VR手柄进行改进。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
共享VR游戏一体机,主要由主机箱、发光体及支撑柱组件、头显收纳组件、主显示器和传动装置组成。所述支撑柱上安装有发光体;所述主显示器通过安装框架固定位于支撑柱上方;头显收纳组件固定位于机体最上方,头显收纳组件后端与主显示器安装框架固定连接;所述主机箱上有VR手柄。
所述主显示器安装框架内部安装有传动装置,传动装置主要包括驱动结构,所述驱动结构由单向轴承、主动齿轮、驱动电机、涡卷弹簧、带座轴承、驱动轴、单向轴承、从动齿轮、电磁刹车和制动盘组成;单向轴承和主动齿轮安装在驱动电机的输出轴上,与安装座连接,涡卷弹簧、单向轴承与从动齿轮安装到驱动轴上,通过带座轴承与电磁刹车与安装座连接,制动盘通过内圈与单向轴承紧配在一起;所述主机箱位于其两侧的支撑柱之间,与支撑柱活动连接;所述VR手柄是由手柄、定制数据线组成,数据线内嵌钢丝绳,VR手柄通过定制数据线与机箱主体内的电脑相连。

本实用新型手柄使用定制USB数据线替代蓝牙模块,承载手柄数据通信,保障数据传输的稳定性;使用USB数据线替代原厂手柄采用5号电池的供电方式,保障供电的持续性;在不损坏原有线路的前提下屏蔽了原厂手柄主菜单键功能。并增加重力感应唤醒功能,手柄在游戏启动或者使用者拿起手柄同时手柄感知重力变动自动唤醒,在无人使用状态(12分钟)后自动休眠。使用定制USB数据线(线内嵌有钢丝绳)在增强数据线强度的同时,增强手柄防盗性。
本实用新型外机设计采用分体式组合,分为头显收纳组件、机体、与主机箱三部分,机体部分主要承担外观造型、支撑结构及传动结构的作用;主机箱部分主要承担核心部件的容纳,其中包括电脑、音箱、触摸屏、电源及数据传输线等。主机箱与机体采用供电数据模块连接,三部分可单独分离,其中任一组件损坏可直接替换无需现场维修与升级,保证设备持续运行。

如图1所示,所述发光体及支撑柱2.0由发光底座2.1、发光柱2.2,、环形发光带2.3、侧面发光板2.4、发光底座后盖板2.5、背光板2.6及主机箱发光条2.7组成。发光底座2.1的前部和侧面有透光孔,内部紧贴一层柔光板,中间有七彩灯光旋转投影到柔光板上,同时作为整个机器的固定底座与地面接触。发光柱2.2的发光面为正前方的两个面,发光面周边一圈线条流水灯,中间为面灯,通过螺丝与发光底座2.1和显示器安装框架4.1连接。环形发光带2.3卡在头显收纳盒3.1的凹槽内。侧面发光板2.4的光源由周边一圈线条流水灯和中间的发光面灯,通过螺丝与显示器安装框架4.1连接。背光板2.6印有图案,通过背部的光源投射使图案更突出。主机箱发光条2.7嵌在机箱主体1.1的楞线上,光源为3色跑马灯。
如图1所示,所述头显收纳组件3.0由头显收纳盒3.1、头显过线轮3.2、头显穿线管3.3、横梁盖板3.4和横梁3.5组成。横梁3.5通过螺丝与显示器安装框架4.1连接,头显收纳盒3.1通过螺丝与横梁3.5连接,头显过线轮3.2与头显穿线管3.3固定于横梁3.5内,VR头显1.5的线缆依次通过头显过线轮3.2、头显穿线管3.3到传动装置5中,横梁盖板3.4通过螺丝与横梁3.5连接保护内部组件。
如图1所示,所述主显示器4.0由显示器安装框架4.0.1、后盖板4.2和液晶显示器4.3组成。显示器安装框架4.1通过螺丝与发光底座2.1、发光柱2.2连接,后盖板4.2在后方通过螺丝锁紧到显示器安装框架4.1上,液晶显示器4.3在前方通过螺丝锁紧到显示器安装框架4.1上。
如图2和图3所示,传动装置5.0由安装座5.1、驱动5.2、绞盘5.3和传感器5.4组成。所述安装座5.1.0由驱动安装座5.1.1、弹簧保护板5.1.2、固定底座5.1.3、弹簧限位片5.1.4和前盖板5.1.5组成。
所述驱动5.2.0由单向轴承5.2.1、主动齿轮5.2.2、驱动电机5.2.3、涡卷弹簧5.2.4、带座轴承5.2.5、驱动轴5.2.6、单向轴承5.2.7、从动齿轮5.2.8、电磁刹车5.2.9和制动盘5.2.10组成。
单向轴承5.2.1和主动齿轮5.2.2安装在驱动电机5.2.3的输出轴上,并通过螺丝与安装座A连接,涡卷弹簧5.2.4、单向轴承5.2.7与从动齿轮5.2.8安装到驱动轴5.2.6上,通过带座轴承5.2.5与电磁刹车5.2.9与安装座A螺丝连接,制动盘5.2.10通过内圈与单向轴承5.2.7紧配在一起。
所述绞盘5.3.0由内盘5.3.1、连接杆5.3.2和外盘5.3.3组成。
所述传感器5.4.0负责给控制电路信号,在达到设定的圈数后停止动作。
传动装置工作原理为:放线时驱动电机5.2.3通过单向轴承5.2.1带动主动齿轮5.2.2,驱动从动齿轮5.2.8做顺时针方向转动,头显的线缆顺时针绕在绞盘5.3.0上,绞盘5.3.0通过螺丝连接在从动齿轮5.2.8上,此时头显的线缆伸出,在释放线缆的同时,从动齿轮5.2.8通过驱动轴5.2.6收紧涡卷弹簧5.2.4。放线结束时驱动电机5.2.3停止转动,电磁刹车5.2.9通电,吸住并使制动盘5.2.10停止转动,制动盘5.2.10通过单向轴承5.2.7卡住驱动轴5.2.6,从而使绞盘5.3.0停止。此时人为拉头显时,线缆拉动绞盘5.3.0带动从动齿轮5.2.8和驱动轴5.2.6顺时针方向转动,驱动轴5.2.6和制动盘5.2.10之间通过单向轴承5.2.7打滑,从动齿轮5.2.8与主动齿轮5.2.2通过单向轴承5.2.1与驱动电机5.2.3之间打滑,进而释放线缆。收线时电磁刹车5.2.9断电,此时涡卷弹簧5.2.4作为动力源,通过驱动轴5.2.6、从动齿轮5.2.8和绞盘5.3.0回收线缆,同时从动齿轮5.2.8与主动齿轮5.2.2通过单向轴承5.2.1与驱动电机5.2.3之间卡住,利用电机旋转产生的电磁力阻尼,使线缆缓慢和匀速回收。
如图4所示,所述VR手柄手柄供电模块由手柄外壳 1.4.1、电路板1.4.2、弹簧针1.4.3、定制USB数据线1.4.4组成。电路板1.4.2和弹簧针1.4.3安装在手柄外壳1.4.1内,定制USB数据线1.4.4一端与电路板1.4.2焊接,一端穿出手柄外壳1.4.1与电脑1.7相连。
经测试VR手柄在线下实际运营环境中存在不足。无法满足本实用新型线下无人值守阶段的数据传输、设备防盗、持续供电以及完整的用户体验,且短期内无法让原手柄生产商进行专项改进。就此对VR手柄供电模块进行以下改造。
a)使用USB线替代蓝牙模块;
b)使用USB线替代电池供电;
c)游戏手柄自动唤醒与自动休眠;
d)定制USB数据线;
本实用新型改进后的VR手柄,具有如下优势:
1.针对数据连接方式:手柄改造后使用定制USB数据线1.4.4替代蓝牙模块,承载手柄数据通信,保障数据传输的稳定性;
2.针对电池供电方式:手柄改造后使用定制USB数据线1.4.4替代原厂手柄采用5号电池的供电方式,保障供电的持续性;
3.针对主菜单键激活方式,本实用新型在不损坏原有线路的前提下屏蔽了原厂手柄主菜单键功能。并增加重力感应唤醒功能,即改造后的手柄在游戏启动或者使用者拿起手柄同时手柄感知重力变动自动唤醒,在无人使用状态(12分钟)后自动休眠;
4.针对设备防盗:手柄改造后使用内嵌钢丝绳的定制USB数据线1.4.4,在增强数据线强度的同时,提高手柄防盗性。
图5为本实用新型组装后的立体图,可见本实用新型的完整组合部分。
如图5所示是本实用新型的完整组合效果,上部主显示器4.0在待机状态下播放引导视频,在工作状态下播放游戏画面。主机箱1.0上部触摸显示屏1.3的角度与高度满足低年龄段用户的使用。整机灯光效果采用LED发光柱2.2、环形发光灯带2.3、侧面发光板2.4、背光板2.6。整机在维护上做到主机箱1.0可以从VR游戏机分离出来,进行独立维护与替换。
图6为本实用新型工作流程图,下面结合图6详细描述,包括如下步骤。
【启动设备】:关机状态下首次启动设备,通电即启动电脑开启平台;待机状态下,点击屏幕即可进入用户主界面;全屏界面状态下,界面不可关闭。
【扫码付费】:在用户主界面选择游戏,手机扫描二维码付费;系统判定用户是否付费,付费成功可直接启动游戏;若付费失败或超时,则系统返回用户界面。
【启动游戏】:当用户满足条件,系统指令传动装置下放头显设备。
【屏幕锁定】:当用户进入游戏过程一段时间后,屏幕自动锁定,只显示时间正计时与关闭游戏按钮。
【结束游戏】:用户在游戏结束后,点击关闭游戏,语音提示摘下头显,系统指令传动装置收回头显;当用户超时或系统判定10分钟内未有任何操作,则系统结束游戏,指令传动装置收回头显,返回用户主界面。
图7是本实用新型原理图,下面结合图7详细描述本实用新型的工作原理。
本设备是软硬件一体机,软件通过指令控制硬件动作,如头显的收放。
硬件控制指令包括放出头显、收回头显、空机检测、硬件状态轮询检测和平台心跳包5种指令模式。
当用户成功付款后执行指令放出头显;当用户手动结束或游戏时间结束时执行收回头显指令。
本设备还设置有平台心跳包指令,平台定时发送心跳包指令给硬件,连续5个未收到,表面设备故障,此时系统奔溃并重启。
本设备是无人值守,在软件更新方面,通过后台自动推送更新并自动实时下载,并在游戏空闲期间自动安装,安装过程中锁屏并提示,游戏更新时在待机页面显示当前正在更新游戏。
本领域的技术人员可以对本实用新型进行各种改型和改变。因此,本实用新型覆盖了落入所附的权利要求书及其等同物的范围内的各种改型和改变。
图8是本实用新型总装配图,下面结合图8详细描述本实用新型的组合连接关系及装配方式。
由图可见,本实用新型组件分为主机箱1.0、发光体及支撑柱2.0、头显收纳组件3.0、主显示器4.0四部分组成。
本实用新型外机采用分体方式组合;头显收纳组件3.0位于机体最上方,组件后端与主显示器4.0连接,头显收纳组件3.0承担头显与线束的收纳及挑出;主显示器4.0位于发光体及支撑柱2.0上方,内部安置有传动装置5.0。
发光体及支撑柱2.0承担主体结构支撑、配重、外观部件附着的作用;主机箱1.0位于发光体及支撑柱2.0中下方,两柱之间。主机箱1.0承担核心部件的安置作用,核心部件包括电脑、手柄、音箱、触摸屏、电源及数据传输线。主显示器4.0与主机箱1.0之间使用供电数据模块连接,VR游戏整机与主机箱1.0可单独分离,主机箱1.0底部配有滚轮,可向正前方拉离VR游戏整机,方便维护或整体替换,维护完成后反方向推入归位即可。
本实用新型的主旨是VR游戏机线下网点无人化值守运营,目标是要达到易运输、易安装、易操作、易维护的要求。
本实用新型所使用的外机新技术的采用分体式组合,分为头显收纳组件、机体、与主机箱三部分,机体部分主要承担外观造型、支撑结构及传动结构的作用;主机箱部分主要承担核心部件的容纳,其中包括电脑、音箱、触摸屏、电源及数据传输线等。主机箱与机体采用供电数据模块连接,头显收纳组件、机体、与主机箱可单独分离,其中任一组件损坏可直接替换无需现场维修与升级,保证设备持续运行。
本领域的技术人员可以对本实用新型进行各种改型和改变。因此,本实用新型覆盖了落入所附的权利要求书及其等同物的范围内的各种改型和改变。

Claims (6)

1.共享VR游戏一体机,主要由主机箱、发光体及支撑柱组件、头显收纳组件、主显示器和传动装置组成,所述支撑柱上安装有发光体;所述主显示器通过安装框架固定位于支撑柱上方;头显收纳组件固定位于机体最上方,头显收纳组件后端与主显示器安装框架固定连接;所述主机箱上有VR手柄,其特征是:所述主显示器安装框架内部安装有传动装置,传动装置主要包括驱动结构,所述驱动结构由单向轴承、主动齿轮、驱动电机、涡卷弹簧、带座轴承、驱动轴、单向轴承、从动齿轮、电磁刹车和制动盘组成;单向轴承和主动齿轮安装在驱动电机的输出轴上,与安装座连接,涡卷弹簧、单向轴承与从动齿轮安装到驱动轴上,通过带座轴承与电磁刹车与安装座连接,制动盘通过内圈与单向轴承紧配在一起;所述主机箱位于其两侧的支撑柱之间,与支撑柱活动连接;所述VR手柄是由手柄、定制数据线组成,数据线内嵌钢丝绳,VR手柄通过定制数据线与机箱主体内的电脑相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的共享VR游戏一体机,其特征是:所述传动装置由安装座、驱动结构、绞盘和传感器组成;所述安装座由驱动安装座、弹簧保护板、固定底座、弹簧限位片和前盖板组成空心结构;所述绞盘由内盘、连接杆和外盘组成;所述传感器固定在驱动安装座上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的共享VR游戏一体机,其特征是:所述主机箱由机箱主体、触摸显示屏、VR手柄、VR头显、电脑及扬声器组成;机箱主体与前检修门和后检修盖板连接成一个空心结构,触摸显示屏安装在机箱主体外部正上方,VR手柄连接电脑通过数据线从机箱主体两侧延伸出来,VR头显通过数据线与电脑连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的共享VR游戏一体机,其特征是:所述发光体及支撑柱组件由发光底座、发光柱、环形发光带、侧面发光板、背光板及主机箱发光条组成;发光底座与地面接触,发光底座和显示器安装框架连接;环形发光带卡在头显收纳盒的凹槽内;侧面发光板和中间的发光面灯与显示器安装框架连接,主机箱发光条嵌在机箱主体的楞线上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的共享VR游戏一体机,其特征是:所述头显收纳组件由头显收纳盒、头显过线轮、头显穿线管和横梁组成;横梁与主显示器安装框架连接,头显收纳盒与横梁连接,头显过线轮与头显穿线管固定于横梁内,VR头显的线缆依次通过头显过线轮、头显穿线管到传动装置中,横梁盖板与横梁连接保护内部组件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的共享VR游戏一体机,其特征是:所述主显示器由显示器安装框架和液晶显示器组成;显示器安装框架与发光底座、发光柱连接,后盖锁紧到显示器安装框架上,液晶显示器锁紧到显示器安装框架上。
