背景技术
目前太阳能电池板的安装都是固定在支架上,多块电池连接后经中间装置并入电网。分布式光伏发电的电池板一般分散安装在楼顶层或者屋顶上。固定电池板的支架,由框架、支撑腿组成,多块电池板紧密排列由框架的方形竖柱上一定距离间隔的固定件固定。这种结构的的支架,没有考虑处理漏水的结构,电池板在成年累月的使用过程中,遇见雨水或者结冰后融化,在电池板周边就有水浸沥,破坏了电池板下面的楼层和屋顶的结构,造成楼顶和房屋的漏水,给用户造成不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种太阳能电池板固定支架,以克服电池板周边滴沥水的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种太阳能电池板固定支架,包括一框架,所述框架由若干根间隔一定距离并排设置的竖柱组成,相邻的竖柱之间安装有若干块电池板,所述电池板通过固定件固定在竖柱上。
所述竖柱的两侧沿纵向分别设置一竖水槽,上下相邻的电池板之间的连接缝处设置横向水槽,该横向水槽的两端固定在竖水槽的外沿上,该横向水槽的下沿高于上沿,且内折。
本实用新型使用时,电池板竖边缝的水进入竖水槽;电池板上下接缝处进入的水进入横向的水槽,再流入竖柱两边的竖水槽里。这样就保证了电池板下部的干爽。
本实用新型结构合理,安装使用方便,有效解决了电池板组漏水的困扰,易于推广使用。

如图1-3所示,一种太阳能电池板固定支架,包括一框架,框架的底部安装有支撑脚5、6、7,所述框架由若干根间隔一定距离并排设置的竖柱组成,相邻的竖柱之间安装有若干块电池板1,所述电池板1通过固定件3固定在竖柱上。
所述竖柱的两侧沿纵向分别设置一竖水槽2,上下相邻的电池板1之间的连接缝处设置横向水槽4,该横向水槽4的下沿高于上沿,且内折。该横向水槽4的两端固定在竖水槽2的外沿上。
所述竖水槽2高38.5毫米,竖柱宽40毫米,竖水槽2底宽各30毫米;竖水槽2外沿宽10毫米。横向水槽4的下沿高20毫米,上沿高10毫米,底宽80毫米,下沿内折宽10毫米。
本实用新型使用时,电池板1竖边缝的水进入竖水槽2;电池板1上下接缝处进入的水进入横向水槽4,再流入竖柱两边的竖水槽2里。这样就保证了电池板下部的干爽。
