Abstract

本发明涉及一种太阳能热电连供与建筑一体化安装支架,属于太阳能组件安装装置技术领域。包括支撑龙骨、底座和太阳能电池边框,所述支撑龙骨包括纵向龙骨和横向龙骨,所述纵向龙骨和横向龙骨均为U形槽结构,底座插接在纵向龙骨上,纵向龙骨与横向龙骨交错排布,构成矩形安装框架,太阳能电池边框钩接到安装框架上。本发明设计简单,安装方便,通过采用嵌入式、插接、卡接和勾搭组合,节省了钢材和螺栓等固定件;本发明的支架龙骨结构适合于本产品的安装和市场上各种形式的普通光电板和平板热水器的安装,一举多得,且该安装支架对建筑来说又起到了一个二次防水功能,以便解决了建筑上所带来的开裂而漏水等通病。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种太阳能热电连供与建筑一体化安装支架,属于太阳能组件安装装置技术领域。
背景技术
在光伏太阳能发电系统中,通常包括有安装在屋顶、地面等处的太阳能组件,太阳能组件通常为底部具有向内翻边的箱形结构,多个太阳能组件通过连接件进行连接,形成大面积的覆盖结构。传统的太阳能电池组件的安装,并没有专用的连接支架,现场施工不便、连接安装的工作量大,影响了施工效率的提高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种太阳能热电连供与建筑一体化安装支架,具有结构简单、制造方便,并可大大提高太阳能组件现场连接施工和后期维修更换的效率。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供太阳能热电连供与建筑一体化安装支架,包括支撑龙骨、底座和太阳能电池边框,所述支撑龙骨包括纵向龙骨和横向龙骨,所述纵向龙骨和横向龙骨均为U形槽结构,所述纵向龙骨的两边具有对称的凸起部,并在所述纵向龙骨上间隔设有形状与所述横向龙骨截面相同的开口卡槽,所述横向龙骨长度与相邻两个纵向龙骨的间距相等,所述横向龙骨两端均设有翻边,通过所述横向龙骨两端翻遍与所述纵向龙骨上的开口卡槽卡接,从而构成多个安装太阳能电池组件的矩形框;所述底座上部设有形状与所述纵向龙骨截面相同开口槽,在所述底座的开口槽内设有与所述凸起部匹配的凹陷部,所述纵向龙骨沿所述开口槽的凹陷部插接在所述底座上;所述太阳能电池边框的四边均具有挂钩结构,通过所述挂钩结构将太阳能电池挂接在所述支撑龙骨的矩形框内。
本发明进一步限定的技术方案是:前述的太阳能热电连供与建筑一体化安装支架,所述支撑龙骨的U形槽开口宽度至少为所述挂钩结构的两倍壁厚,可以将支撑龙骨两侧的太阳能电池组件的边框挂接在支撑龙骨的U形槽内,并通过两个边框之间的缝隙排出雨水,再由下部支撑龙骨的U形槽导流,达到了排水防漏的目的。
前述的太阳能热电连供与建筑一体化安装支架,所述纵向龙骨的高度至少是横向龙骨高度的两倍,这样横向支撑龙骨卡接在纵向支撑龙骨内就具有足够的高度,保证了横向龙骨卡接到纵向龙骨后安装支架的表面平整,并且使纵向龙骨具备足够的支撑强度,在太阳能电池组件安装后的很长的时间内使用不发生变形。
前述的太阳能热电连供与建筑一体化安装支架,所述底座两侧对称设置有支撑斜筋,通过斜筋增强底座的稳定性。
前述的太阳能热电连供与建筑一体化安装支架,所述纵向龙骨上间隔设置开口卡槽间距相等。
进一步的,前述的太阳能热电连供与建筑一体化安装支架,所述支撑龙骨、底座和太阳能电池边框均为一体挤压成型,通常采用铝质材料挤压成型,以减轻整体框架的重量,减轻对安装面的负载。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计简单,安装方便,通过采用嵌入式、插接、卡接和勾搭组合,节省了钢材和螺栓等固定件。本发明的支架龙骨结构适合于本产品的安装和市场上各种形式的普通光电板和平板热水器的安装,一举多得,且该安装支架对建筑来说又起到了一个二次防水功能,以便解决了建筑上所带来的开裂而漏水等通病。

具体实施方式
    实施例1
本实施例提供的一种太阳能热电连供与建筑一体化安装支架,结构如图1至图2所示,包括支撑龙骨、底座1和太阳能电池边框2,支撑龙骨包括纵向龙骨3和横向龙骨4,纵向龙骨和横向龙骨均为U形槽结构,纵向龙骨的两边具有对称的凸起部5,并在纵向龙骨3上间隔设有形状与横向龙骨截面相同的开口卡槽,横向龙骨4长度与相邻两个纵向龙骨的间距相等,横向龙骨两端均设有翻边,通过横向龙骨两端翻遍与纵向龙骨上的开口卡槽卡接,从而构成多个安装太阳能电池组件的矩形框;底座1上部设有形状与纵向龙骨截面相同开口槽7,在开口槽7内设有与凸起部匹配的凹陷部6,纵向龙骨3沿开口槽的凹陷部插接在底座上;太阳能电池边框2的四边均具有挂钩结构,通过挂钩结构将太阳能电池挂接在支撑龙骨的矩形框内。
本实施例在安装时,先将底座插接在纵向龙骨上,然后根据安装的太阳能电池板的实际尺寸确定纵向龙骨的宽度,确定好安装的宽度后,通过膨胀螺栓将底座固定安装在安装面上,然后在纵向龙骨上开设开口卡槽,开口卡槽的间距与待装的太阳能电池板组件尺寸匹配,待开口卡槽全部设好后,将横向龙骨卡接到开口卡槽上,构成太阳能电池板组件的安装框架,最后将组装好的太阳能电池组件的钩接到安装框架上即可,安装方便,且牢固不易晃动,当电池板组件出现故障后,通过吸盘直接就可将电池板取出,不需要其他工具即可完成操作。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.太阳能热电连供与建筑一体化安装支架,包括支撑龙骨、底座和太阳能电池边框,其特征在于:所述支撑龙骨包括纵向龙骨和横向龙骨,所述纵向龙骨和横向龙骨均为U形槽结构,所述纵向龙骨的两边具有对称的凸起部,并在所述纵向龙骨上间隔设有形状与所述横向龙骨截面相同的开口卡槽,所述横向龙骨长度与相邻两个纵向龙骨的间距相等,所述横向龙骨两端均设有翻边,通过所述横向龙骨两端翻遍与所述纵向龙骨上的开口卡槽卡接,从而构成多个安装太阳能电池组件的矩形框;所述底座上部设有形状与所述纵向龙骨截面相同开口槽,在所述底座的开口槽内设有与所述凸起部匹配的凹陷部,所述纵向龙骨沿所述开口槽的凹陷部插接在所述底座上;所述太阳能电池边框的四边均具有挂钩结构,通过所述挂钩结构将太阳能电池挂接在所述支撑龙骨的矩形框内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热电连供与建筑一体化安装支架,其特征在于:所述支撑龙骨的U形槽开口宽度至少为所述挂钩结构的两倍壁厚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热电连供与建筑一体化安装支架,其特征在于:所述纵向龙骨的高度至少是横向龙骨高度的两倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热电连供与建筑一体化安装支架,其特征在于:所述底座两侧对称设置有支撑斜筋。
5.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能热电连供与建筑一体化安装支架,其特征在于:所述纵向龙骨上间隔设置开口卡槽间距相等。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一权利要求所述的太阳能热电连供与建筑一体化安装支架,其特征在于:所述支撑龙骨、底座和太阳能电池边框均为一体挤压成型。
