本实用新型公开了一种整体式空气能烘干房,包括烘干房本体,所述烘干房本体内部与进热管一侧端部相连通,且进热管另一侧端部嵌合在导热管外部侧壁,所述门体侧壁上固定安装有操控面板,所述烘干房本体顶部侧壁上固定安装有温度计,且温度计一侧设置有压力计,所述压力计固定安装在烘干房本体顶部侧壁上。该整体式空气能烘干房通过将导热管和出气管采用内嵌在烘干房本体侧壁内部,同时能够需要排出的热量在烘干房侧壁上形成环状的加热层,能够将余热进行充分利用,解决了由于烘干房连通的加热管道和出气排湿管道均直接与空气能烘干机进行直接连通,导致热量在进行排入和排出过程中,热能消耗量过大,造成了能源浪费,降低整体烘干效率的问题。

背景技术
烘干设备是指通过一定技术手段,干燥物体表面的水分或者其他液体的一系列机械设备的组合,目前流行的烘干技术主要是紫外烘干,红外烘干,电磁烘干和热风烘干,它们各有特色,广泛运用在各种机械设备和食品的烘干。
在目前空气能烘干房使用时,由于烘干房连通的加热管道和出气排湿管道均直接与空气能烘干机进行直接连通,导致热量在进行排入和排出过程中,热能消耗量过大,造成了能源浪费,降低整体烘干效率。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种整体式空气能烘干房,以解决上述背景技术中提出的由于烘干房连通的加热管道和出气排湿管道均直接与空气能烘干机进行直接连通,导致热量在进行排入和排出过程中,热能消耗量过大,造成了能源浪费,降低整体烘干效率的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种整体式空气能烘干房,包括烘干房本体,所述烘干房本体内部与进热管一侧端部相连通,且进热管另一侧端部嵌合在导热管外部侧壁,所述烘干房本体侧壁内部嵌合有耐高温保温棉,所述导热管嵌合在耐高温保温棉内部,且导热管另一侧端部与加热空腔相连通,所述加热空腔另一侧壁与进气管一侧端部相连通,且进气管另一侧端部与空气能热泵烘干机相连通,所述烘干房本体上部侧壁镶嵌有出气口,且出气口与出气管相连通,所述出气管嵌合在烘干房本体侧壁内部,且烘干房本体外部侧壁上活动连接有门体,所述门体侧壁上固定安装有操控面板,所述烘干房本体顶部侧壁上固定安装有温度计,且温度计一侧设置有压力计,所述压力计固定安装在烘干房本体顶部侧壁上。
优选的,所述进热管为圆形结构,且进热管在导热管侧壁上呈均匀分布,所述导热管与进热管之间构成垂直连接结构,且导热管和进热管相连通。
优选的,所述导热管与烘干房本体内部侧壁相平行,且导热管在烘干房本体内部分布为环状结构,所述导热管设置数量为2-4根。
优选的,所述空气能热泵烘干机、温度计和压力计与操控面板之间为并联电性连接。
优选的,所述出气管与导热管之间相平行,且出气管以烘干房本体纵向对称中心线为轴线呈对称分布。

工作原理:在使用该整体式空气能烘干房时,首先对烘干房本体1整体连接结构进行检查,保证烘干房本体1能够正常进行烘干作用,检查完毕后,再进行以下操作,将进热管2和导热管3在烘干房本体1侧壁内部进行铺设,进热管2的端部与烘干房本体1内部相连通,导热管3在烘干房本体1侧壁内部形成分层围护结构,导热管3端部与加热空腔5相连通,出气管9在烘干房本体1上部侧壁内部进行铺设,出气管9端部的出气口8与烘干房本体1 内部进行连通,温度计12和压力计13对烘干房本体1内部的压力、湿度和温度进行检测,同时进气管6和出气管9与空气能热泵烘干机7进行连通,空气能热泵烘干机7吸收环境中热能,经热泵装置提升到为高温热能,冷媒 (氟利胺)通过压缩机做功,变成为高温高压气体,通过进气管6进行传递热量至加热空腔5内部,进行存储,通道导热管3在烘干房本体1侧壁内部形成加热层,进热管2进行排放热量升温烘干房本体1内空气温度,烘干房本体1内的物料通过热风做功的形式使物料中的水分汽化蒸发,蒸发出来的水蒸汽由出气口8进行收集,出气管9进行排出,从而达到烘干物料,这就是整体式空气能烘干房的使用过程。

1.一种整体式空气能烘干房,包括烘干房本体(1),其特征在于:所述烘干房本体(1)内部与进热管(2)一侧端部相连通,且进热管(2)另一侧端部嵌合在导热管(3)外部侧壁,所述烘干房本体(1)侧壁内部嵌合有耐高温保温棉(4),所述导热管(3)嵌合在耐高温保温棉(4)内部,且导热管(3)另一侧端部与加热空腔(5)相连通,所述加热空腔(5)另一侧壁与进气管(6)一侧端部相连通,且进气管(6)另一侧端部与空气能热泵烘干机(7)相连通,所述烘干房本体(1)上部侧壁镶嵌有出气口(8),且出气口(8)与出气管(9)相连通,所述出气管(9)嵌合在烘干房本体(1)侧壁内部,且烘干房本体(1)外部侧壁上活动连接有门体(10),所述门体(10)侧壁上固定安装有操控面板(11),所述烘干房本体(1)顶部侧壁上固定安装有温度计(12),且温度计(12)一侧设置有压力计(13),所述压力计(13)固定安装在烘干房本体(1)顶部侧壁上。
