背景技术
装配式结构具有施工周期短、抗震性能好、节约劳动力,环保等特点,是一种高度产业化的绿色建筑。剪力墙构件是超高层建筑必不可少的构件之一,主要用来抵抗建筑物所受到的侧向水平力,所以在剪力墙结构在火灾下的安全性需得到足够重视。装配式建筑的防火通常是在整体结构完成后再进行的工程,以往的工程难免大量湿作业且造价很高,耐久较差。为改善传统防火的一些缺陷,与绿色建筑理念深度融合得情况下,创新的构造以及材料使用弥补了传统防火处理的缺陷,因此,本发明人对此做进一步研究,研发出一种钢混组合剪力墙,本案由此产生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种钢混组合剪力墙,能防止混凝土爆裂,同时防止钢与混凝土交界面上裂纹的发生。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种钢混组合剪力墙,包括位于混凝土最外两侧的翼缘,所述翼缘上下两端焊接有若干角钢,同一翼缘上下两端的角钢之间设置有加气混凝土板,翼缘两侧的角钢之间设置有金属网,所述金属网上铺设有细石砂浆层。
进一步,所述角钢和加气混凝土板之间通过螺钉固定连接。
进一步,所述加气混凝土板和翼缘之间通过聚合物砂浆粘合。
进一步,所述角钢之间间隔均匀。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
可以将普通墙面处理后作为剪力墙防火的一部分,工程量减少,金属网不仅在火灾下防止混凝土爆裂,同时防止钢与混凝土交界面上裂纹的发生,防火构造安全性以及耐久性高,整体防火工序少且造价低。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图所示,一种钢混组合剪力墙,包括普通的剪力墙板,剪力墙板由翼缘1、腹板、加劲板7为钢架浇筑混凝土6而成,翼缘1位于混凝土6最外两侧翼缘1上下两端焊接有两排角钢2,角钢2的一侧边贴合在翼缘1上,另一侧垂直翼缘1设置,每一排角钢2之间间隔均匀,同一翼缘1上下两端的角钢2之间设置有加气混凝土6板3,角钢2和加气混凝土6板3之间通过螺钉固定连接,加气混凝土6板3和翼缘1之间通过聚合物砂浆粘合,聚合物砂浆防止钢与混凝土6交界面上裂纹的发生或阻止裂缝的扩展。
在翼缘1两侧的角钢2之间设置有金属网4,金属网4上铺设有细石砂浆层5,在火灾发生的情况下能防止混凝土6爆裂。
以尽可能少的改造提高了普通剪力墙的综合防火性能,性价比高。
