本实用新型属于变压器绝缘筒设备技术领域,具体涉及一种T形螺栓攻丝工装。
背景技术
在变压器绝缘筒制备过程中,由于原材料玻璃纱需要浸上环氧树脂胶液,因此在制备过程中,设备上或者零部件上会粘附上胶液,尤其是螺栓,螺栓的螺纹里粘附上胶液后,螺栓就失去作用效果,影响下步工序,这时候需要人工除胶,将螺纹里的胶液刮除,以备螺栓的继续使用,人工除胶过程费时费力,而且螺纹较细小,人工过程工作效率较低,因此,急需一种自动化程度较高的螺栓攻丝工装。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种T形螺栓攻丝工装,该工装结构简单,自动化程度高,能快速高效的对T形螺栓的螺纹进行攻丝清理,省时省力。
本实用新型的目的是以下述方式实现的:
一种T形螺栓攻丝工装,T形螺栓包括螺栓和垂直螺栓设置的横向手柄,该攻丝工装包括机架,机架上设置有放置台和伸缩气缸,伸缩气缸为水平设置,放置台上设置有用来放置横向手柄的定位孔,所述定位孔的两侧分别设置有限位块,放置台上还设置有螺栓固定装置;所述伸缩气缸的高度与放置台高度一致,伸缩气缸的伸缩杆上固定有电机,所述电机为正反转电机,电机的转轴上可拆卸的设有螺母套筒,螺母套筒的前端的螺母孔内固定有螺母,所述螺栓、螺栓固定装置、螺母套筒、电机的转轴和伸缩气缸均设置在一条轴线上。
所述螺栓固定装置包括卡箍和搭扣,卡箍的一端铰接在机架上,卡箍的另一端通过搭扣锁紧在机架上。
所述卡箍的内侧设有防滑垫。
所述伸缩气缸通过支撑架固定在机架上。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型通过机架上的放置台对需要除胶的螺栓进行固定,然后通过电机带动的螺母和螺母套筒对螺栓进行除胶,该装置省时省力,自动化程度高,除胶效果显著,大大提高了工作效率。

如附图所示,T形螺栓1包括螺栓101和垂直螺栓101设置的横向手柄102,本实用新型为一种T形螺栓1攻丝工装,包括机架2,机架2上设置有放置台3和伸缩气缸8,伸缩气缸8为水平设置,放置台3上设置有用来放置横向手柄102的定位孔301,所述定位孔301的两侧分别设置有限位块4,放置台3上还设置有螺栓固定装置5,所述螺栓固定装置5包括卡箍501和搭扣502,卡箍501的一端铰接在机架2上,卡箍501的另一端通过搭扣502锁紧在机架2上,所述卡箍501的内侧,即卡箍501与螺栓101接触的一侧设有防滑垫,增加卡箍501和螺栓101之间的摩擦力,防止螺栓101转动;所述伸缩气缸8的高度与放置台3高度一致,伸缩气缸8的伸缩杆801上固定有电机7,所述电机7为正反转电机,电机7的转轴701上可拆卸的设有螺母套筒6,螺母套筒6的前端的螺母孔内固定有螺母601,螺母套筒6为可拆卸连接,能够根据不同的螺栓101直径,更换直径相匹配的螺母套筒6和螺母601,所述螺栓101、螺栓固定装置5、螺母套筒6、电机7的转轴701和伸缩气缸8均设置在一条轴线上,因此,伸缩气缸8的伸缩杆801带动电机7和螺母套筒6前进时,螺母套筒6内的螺母601能够螺接上螺栓101,从而对螺栓101的螺纹进行攻丝清理胶液。
本实用新型的工作过程如下:
对粘附了环氧树脂胶液的螺栓101进行攻丝除胶时,将横向手柄102插入定位孔301中,定位孔301两侧的限位块4,对螺栓101进行进一步限位,减小螺栓101扭动幅度,然后,通过螺栓固定装置5的卡箍501和搭扣502将螺栓101牢固的固定在机架2上,然后选择和螺栓101直径相匹配的螺母套筒6和螺母601,将该螺母套筒6安装在电机7的转轴701上,打开伸缩气缸8,伸缩气缸8的伸缩杆801伸出,从而推动电机7和螺母套筒6行走至螺栓101前,打开电机7,电机7带动螺母套筒6转动,通过螺母套筒6内固定的螺母601的转动,螺母601在螺栓101上转动,从而将螺栓101的螺纹里的凝固的胶液除去,除胶完成之后,改变电机7转动方向,同时伸缩气缸8的伸缩杆801收回,将螺母套筒6从螺栓101上取出,完成除胶工作。
