本实用新型属于变压器绝缘筒设备技术领域，具体涉及一种T形螺栓攻丝工装。
背景技术
在变压器绝缘筒制备过程中，由于原材料玻璃纱需要浸上环氧树脂胶液，因此在制备过程中，设备上或者零部件上会粘附上胶液，尤其是螺栓，螺栓的螺纹里粘附上胶液后，螺栓就失去作用效果，影响下步工序，这时候需要人工除胶，将螺纹里的胶液刮除，以备螺栓的继续使用，人工除胶过程费时费力，而且螺纹较细小，人工过程工作效率较低，因此，急需一种自动化程度较高的螺栓攻丝工装。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题，本实用新型提供一种T形螺栓攻丝工装，该工装结构简单，自动化程度高，能快速高效的对T形螺栓的螺纹进行攻丝清理，省时省力。
本实用新型的目的是以下述方式实现的：
一种T形螺栓攻丝工装，T形螺栓包括螺栓和垂直螺栓设置的横向手柄，该攻丝工装包括机架，机架上设置有放置台和伸缩气缸，伸缩气缸为水平设置，放置台上设置有用来放置横向手柄的定位孔，所述定位孔的两侧分别设置有限位块，放置台上还设置有螺栓固定装置；所述伸缩气缸的高度与放置台高度一致，伸缩气缸的伸缩杆上固定有电机，所述电机为正反转电机，电机的转轴上可拆卸的设有螺母套筒，螺母套筒的前端的螺母孔内固定有螺母，所述螺栓、螺栓固定装置、螺母套筒、电机的转轴和伸缩气缸均设置在一条轴线上。
所述螺栓固定装置包括卡箍和搭扣，卡箍的一端铰接在机架上，卡箍的另一端通过搭扣锁紧在机架上。
所述卡箍的内侧设有防滑垫。

如附图所示，T形螺栓1包括螺栓101和垂直螺栓101设置的横向手柄102，本实用新型为一种T形螺栓1攻丝工装，包括机架2，机架2上设置有放置台3和伸缩气缸8，伸缩气缸8为水平设置，放置台3上设置有用来放置横向手柄102的定位孔301，所述定位孔301的两侧分别设置有限位块4，放置台3上还设置有螺栓固定装置5，所述螺栓固定装置5包括卡箍501和搭扣502，卡箍501的一端铰接在机架2上，卡箍501的另一端通过搭扣502锁紧在机架2上，所述卡箍501的内侧，即卡箍501与螺栓101接触的一侧设有防滑垫，增加卡箍501和螺栓101之间的摩擦力，防止螺栓101转动；所述伸缩气缸8的高度与放置台3高度一致，伸缩气缸8的伸缩杆801上固定有电机7，所述电机7为正反转电机，电机7的转轴701上可拆卸的设有螺母套筒6，螺母套筒6的前端的螺母孔内固定有螺母601，螺母套筒6为可拆卸连接，能够根据不同的螺栓101直径，更换直径相匹配的螺母套筒6和螺母601，所述螺栓101、螺栓固定装置5、螺母套筒6、电机7的转轴701和伸缩气缸8均设置在一条轴线上，因此，伸缩气缸8的伸缩杆801带动电机7和螺母套筒6前进时，螺母套筒6内的螺母601能够螺接上螺栓101，从而对螺栓101的螺纹进行攻丝清理胶液。
本实用新型的工作过程如下：
对粘附了环氧树脂胶液的螺栓101进行攻丝除胶时，将横向手柄102插入定位孔301中，定位孔301两侧的限位块4，对螺栓101进行进一步限位，减小螺栓101扭动幅度，然后，通过螺栓固定装置5的卡箍501和搭扣502将螺栓101牢固的固定在机架2上，然后选择和螺栓101直径相匹配的螺母套筒6和螺母601，将该螺母套筒6安装在电机7的转轴701上，打开伸缩气缸8，伸缩气缸8的伸缩杆801伸出，从而推动电机7和螺母套筒6行走至螺栓101前，打开电机7，电机7带动螺母套筒6转动，通过螺母套筒6内固定的螺母601的转动，螺母601在螺栓101上转动，从而将螺栓101的螺纹里的凝固的胶液除去，除胶完成之后，改变电机7转动方向，同时伸缩气缸8的伸缩杆801收回，将螺母套筒6从螺栓101上取出，完成除胶工作。
