Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种油墨废水处理系统,属于废水处理技术领域,油墨废水处理系统包括第一处理箱、第二处理箱、第一电机、第二电机、第一搅拌器、第二搅拌器以及过滤管道。本实用新型公开的油墨废水处理系统能够更好地对油墨废水进行处理,提高对油墨废水的处理效果,并且很好地将油墨废水处理产生的废渣进行分离。

[0002] 水污染是当前我国面临的主要环境问题之一。预测工业废水占总污水量的70%以 上。而工业废水又以高浓度有机废水为主。高浓度有机废水对环境水体的污染程度大,而且 处理难度较高,是国内外环保研宄领域中的难题之一,它的净化处理越来越受到人们的关 注。在生产过程中,会产生大量的废水,特别是油墨废水,在废水特别是油墨废水中含有大 量的如碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质、纤维素和有毒性的有机物质,如果将电路板生产过程中 产生的废水特别是油墨废水直接排放,势必造成环境的严重污染。

[0007] 所述第一处理箱顶部设置喇叭状进料口,所述第一处理箱左侧设置进料管道,所 述第一处理箱右侧与所述过滤管道相连,所述第一处理箱与过滤管道相接处设置卸料电磁 阀,所述过滤管道向右下方倾斜,所述过滤管道右端底部设置第一过滤网,所述过滤管道右 侧与滤渣收集器相接,所述滤渣收集器呈球状;
[0008] 所述第二处理箱设置在第一过滤网下方,所述第二处理箱底部呈喇叭状,所述第 一过滤网通过管道与第二处理箱相连,所述第二电机设置在第二过滤网顶部,所述第二搅 拌器设置在第二电机下方,所述第二搅拌器与所述第二电机转轴相接;所述第二处理箱左 侧设置混凝剂管道,所述第二处理箱右侧设置絮凝剂管道,所述第二处理箱底部与卸料管 道相接,所述卸料管道底部设置第二过滤网。

[0015]本实用新型提供的油墨废水处理系统,通过设置第一处理箱以及第二处理箱,对 油墨废水进行双重处理,提高油墨废水的处理效果,通过设置进料口,用于向第一处理箱加 入待处理的油墨废水,通过设置进料管道,向第一处理箱加入盐酸或醋酸等酸处理液,经过 第一处理箱加酸搅拌处理后,油墨废水进入过滤管道,经过酸处理后产生的废渣由于第一 过滤网的阻隔,留在了管道上,然后进入到滤渣收集器中,液体通过第一过滤网进入到第二 处理箱中,从混凝剂管道加入聚合氯化铝,从絮凝剂管道中加入聚丙烯酰胺,通过第二搅拌 器搅拌处理后,经过处理后的液体以及处理后产生的废渣一同进入卸料管道中,经过第二 过滤网将废渣分离,将处理后的液体排出。

[0026]油墨废水和酸处理液分别从进料口 8以及进料管道9进入第一处理箱1中,第一电 机3带动第一搅拌器5,对第一处理箱1内的物料进行搅拌,搅拌完成后,打开卸料电磁阀71, 物料进入过滤管道7,经过第一过滤网11过滤后,滤液进入到第二处理箱2中,滤渣进入滤渣 收集器10中,同事混凝剂管道12以及絮凝剂管道13分别向第二处理箱2中通入聚合氯化铝 以及聚丙烯酰胺,第二电机4带动第二搅拌器6,对第二处理箱2内的物料进行搅拌,搅拌完 成后,打开第四电磁阀2〇,物料进入卸料管道14中,经过第二过滤网15的处理,使液体进入 物料收集箱16中,完成对油墨废水的处理。
